I am very upset about the service I received at the service department at Oakville Honda. I beleive that most (if not all) technitians at the dealership are professionals and well trained. However at Oakville Honda its not the same. I took my car for a very simple repair. Actually it was for the installation of wiper blades. The technitian did not install it properly -it was left loose. When I used the wipers on a rainy day I heard a squeaking sound and later noticed a big scrath scross the windshield. The staff at the service department at first tried to blame it on me but I had to provide them with receipts showing the wiper blades were purchased and installed at their location. The manager agreed to replace the windshield - it was installed yesterday 3rd May 2017. When I brought the vehicle home I noticed it was scratched (with some pink marks) on the right side of the vehicle - and I know for a fact that those scraches did not exist before. I honestly dont know what to do at this point. I cant afford to leave my vehicle with them again only to find there is more damage than repairs done to the vehicle.
I would give them 0 stars but I had to give them atleast 1 star to post my rating.

Great online chat service to inquire about vehicles and be set up with a product specialist to further attend to my questions. I inquired about a car at 10pm via chat and got an email at 11pm from product specialist: Kevin Tieu who provided his personal contact info so I can have all my inquiries attended to. He was very flexible to set up an appointment. I was running late and they accommodated me. I was greeted by Bill Lee who made it his duty to ensure that I was comfortable and provided refreshments to make me feel really welcomed. I was allowed to look into the car I wanted at my own pace, had all my questions attended to very professionally and Kevin was very knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured, so I was able to consider all my options with the help of Kevin and made the best choice for myself. I have been to multiple dealerships, but this one stands above them all. Beginning with the prompt email from Kevin, the greeting of Bill Lee and finally purchasing a vehicle that I am highly satisfied with. Visiting this dealership is a must when considering acquiring a vehicle.

I have dealt with other Honda dealerships in the past but Oakville Honda far surpassed them all. The showroom is beautiful. The staff was all very friendly and our sales specialist Ryan Nifo was very knowledgeable, personable and no pressure at all. I even brought my 3 little children with me and they were entertained with the computers, TV's and popcorn in the comfortable lounge area. I would highly recommend seeing Ryan if you are looking for a Honda, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Ryan and Bill for your outstanding service!

I am writing here in order to share my experience with Oakville Honda. I recently bought my first vehicle with the help of Mohammed Assai. The assistance of the Honda team, along with their knowledge and respect was more than I could have asked for. Before purchasing a car at this dealership, we went to a few others and were not treated nearly as decently as Mo treated us here. He was not pushy or expectant and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Even after purchasing the car any questions I have had have been answered in a timely manor. My neighbours have been purchasing and servicing their cars there for the last 8 years, so I went in two Saturdays ago. It was super busy when I arrived, but I was still greeted by the receptionist who gave me a big smile and welcomed me to Oakville Honda. Because all the sales staff were busy with customers, a gentleman by the name of Nick came to welcome and address my dad and I. Nick was very professional and really knew what he was talking about, later I discovered he was the General Manager! I was surprised to see a GM so involved with customers. I ended up getting set up with a test drive in a new civic. My dad and I also wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal so we went to Halton Honda and Mississauga Honda to find not only better service and respect at Oakville but a better price! Booked two oil change appointments for Honda vehicle purchased here: 1st took 3.0 hours, 2nd took 3.5 hours. What s the point of booking an appointment? Also, they suggested $375 1st time & $850 2nd time ( seized brakes ) in extra work. Other mechanic looked at suggested work and couldn t justify any of it, at that time. This was my first time buying a car and both Bassam and Moe took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully explain every step of the way to me and guide me from the beginning to the end. I truly appreciated their honesty in their recommendations and they both went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. Moe continued to check in with me and even went out of his way to help me find a good deal on snow tires as well (somebody give this guy a raise!). My mother swears by this place and will only have her car serviced from this location. I didn t know why until I took her car in for service. She was having issues with her car and kept saying I have to take it to Anthony; I had no idea why she kept saying I have to take it to this location until I went. As mentioned above I dealt with Anthony in the service department and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. From the moment I walked in Anthony knew the car, who my mother was and was concerned to why it was in for service as my mother had just been in the week before for an oil change. I explained of the noise it was making and he said I will have the staff look at it as soon as possible. While waiting in the waiting area I was provided with updates and time updates along the way, He even went as far to ask if I wanted him to call my mother and explain to her about the costs of repair and why it was needed. To me that shows great customer service as he went the extra step to try and satisfy the customer. I have had my car serviced there before but have never really paid attention to it. I will in the future bring my car there for service and deal with Anthony again. It was by far the best customer experience I can say I have had in a very long time. His attention to even just explaining what the issue was with the car and why it was making the noise was amazing to me. Beware if you are taking your car for warranty wor...

Beware if you are taking your car for warranty work. Their service team will find ways to avoid the work on your car. I bought a used Honda Fit which is under warranty and had a timing issue. The service supervisor confirms that the repair will be covered under warranty however i need to show them all the service paperwork from when it was originally sold. When i contacted Honda Canada, they mentioned that dealerships are not supposed to ask for service history if its under warranty. It turns out that dealerships find ways to refuse warranty work as they can only charge Honda Canada at book value - which means they dont have any profit on that work order.

I had two very positive experiences with Honda Oakville.
Due to the great service given by Moe Assi during the first experience when I did not buy anything, I returned to the dealership and bought my brand new 2018 Civic Touring.
As a newcomer who did not have the slightest knowledge of on how the things works here, Moe got all the attention to explain the procedures and obligations on my side as well as of the dealership. During the final negotiation (more than 4 hours) I demonstrated that I was aware of the prices, cars and conditions of the competitors (Honda and others) and Moe did a great job with the management to reach a really better condition in face of the competition to close the deal.
Other positive point, the color of the chosen vehicle was not in the inventory and he did not attempt to push any other colour out of the inventory to reach the sales or price target.
Also a great service also from Sami Assi of financial services that spent almost 1 hour explaining all the topics related to financing and leasing systems. The lease was approved on the first business day after.
Finally I have to emphasize all the care and attention of Moe, Bill Lee-Poy and all of the front desk staff with my son during the visits.
Considering all of that, I am extremely happy with the level of customer services that I received.

I visited twice and had good experiences there. I met both times with Jason Rebelo, who was friendly and informative and definitely easy to deal with. There wasn't a single question I asked that he couldn't answer about the Civic I was considering - and I ask a LOT of detailed questions! It was refreshing to speak with a sales guy that is clearly enthusiastic about both the Honda products and his job in general.

It came down to two cars for me, and though I ultimately didn't buy a Honda this time around, I would have felt comfortable buying from Oakville Honda and from Jason.

My wife and I went to Oakville Honda to test drive the 2018 Honda Accord, where we met with Ryan Nifo who spent more than two hours with us. He let both my wife and I drive the 2018 Honda Accord Touring and Touring 2.0, (city and highway driving), as we weren t sure, which one we preferred. We found Ryan to be very knowledgeable of the 2018 Accord and he patiently answered all our questions. All of this was done after I made it clear that we were not going to be purchasing a vehicle on this day, that we had to look at the Toyota Camry and Mazda 6 as well. Ryan never pressured us during the time we were with him. He was respectful of the other two vehicles while pointing out the advantages that the Accord offered. Even though we didn t purchase an Accord from Oakville Honda, as they did not have a 2018 Accord in the trim and colour we wanted, both my wife and I have no hesitation with recommending Ryan to any of our family members, or friends, who are interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle.

Very bad experience. Our Van AC system pipe needed to be replace on July 2018. For two and half months it was working fine. Last summer turn the AC on and is not working. Take the van back to fix it since we didn't use it much. I was surprised when we found out we need to pay for the whole service and parts again. Wasn't happy about it. Try to get some reasonable answer and reach out to Mike the service manager and spoke with him twice after leaving a few messages. It's been 5 months still didn't hear anything from them.

My experience with this dealership was extraordinary. I was trying to trade in my car and it was the first dealership I hit, without expecting to walk out with a car. The entire staff is very pleasant and Alex is a thorough professional. He has superb customer service skills and advised me very well. His manager, who was attentive and courteous to a T, helped seal the deal. Needless to say, it all happened pretty fast but without feeling pressured in any way. I hated my experience with Oakville Honda's staff especially the sales Manager Alex Crafton. Extremely poor customer service. I bought my Honda CRV from them in July 2015 and had the worst experience with them. Initially when I bought my vehicle they were great because they wanted the sale. Then a month later I was checking my 407 bill and realize that my license plate was not on the account. When I called 407 they told me that according to the ministry my plates are not attached to my vehicle. I called Oakville Honda to find out what went wrong and got mixed answers. None of them seemed to care what went wrong. According to the Ministry the paper work that was brought to them was filled incorrectly so even though I owned my car the car was still showing under their name. For two weeks I called every day to find out if the issue has been resolved and every day I was told the paper have been sent to Ministry and it will be corrected. Then I would call the ministry and they will tell me it is not done. Two week every single day I called over and over and no one was being helpful. When I spoke to Alex told me he will look into the matter but never called me back. I kept calling him and leaving messages but he wouldn t return my calls. One time he picked up the phone from hold and then quickly hanged up on me. I was so frustrated, there was nothing that I could do on my end because according to the ministry only Oakville Honda can resolve this issue by transferring the vehicle back to my name. Jessica Petric the customer service rep kept promising to call back but wouldn t and kept saying that paper work has been send and she will let me know when she would get it back but then go home without calling. Obviously she was incompetent of filling the paper work correctly because the issue was not being resolved. The only individual who showed some sympathy to me was their newly hired customer service rep Thia. she felt really bad because I would call every day and she would answer the phone and direct me to Jessica and of course Jessica would making fake promises of the resolving the issue and forget about me as soon we get off the phone. Once I explained to Thia why I am calling hundred times a day, she finally said even though I have been only here for few weeks I promise I will help you to get this issue resolved because I feel really bad that you are calling every day. Then she filled all the paper work herself and send it in to the ministry and followed up them to see if there was anything that was missing. Thia kept following up with the ministry and with me throughout the day until the issue was resolved. Thanks Thia. Over all I will never recommend Oakville Honda to any of my family or Friends. They have very poor customer service, they don t care about their customers so please don t waste your time going to that dealer ship. You will regret it.

Unfortunately the service side is absolutely dismal - No one ever returns a call in the service department. My wife had on numerous occasions made repeated attempts over a handful of months to get a response for a very simple question and was always promised a call back - no one ever calls. So I decided to try it out and I made 3 attempts over one week to get in touch with someone in service and each and every time I was promised a call back. I never got a call or a email. I am offered a service appointment but what is the point if I can't confirm my parts are in or have a question about my service options.
Without a strong service side to the business why would I want to buy another vehicle from this dealership?

I have had very negative experience with service. I booked service 10 days ahead of time to bring my car at 11am and I was told it will take only 20 minutes but it took them 6 hours. I also purchased mats which they said not to worry they will replace them. Of course they forgot to replace them, and I will have to go back to them to explain what happened and to ask for refund or to give me the mats I already paid for.
Also, month ago I left my car for another service and I was waiting all day long to get my car back, they said they will order a part and will call me when part arrives. did they need all day long to order part and let me take my car. they are extremely unorganized and neglectful for us waiting for simple thing 6-8 hours. this is my first and LAST Honda car ever. can't deal with their service any more.

I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic EX-T just over a week ago from this dealership and George was my sales guy. He was great responding to my myriad of questions. I initially was going to lease the vehicle but then decided to purchase as they were able to secure 0% financing from Honda Canada. That easily save me $15 per month. The deal went so smooth that there isn't a lot to say. There was a small hiccup when I picked up the vehicle as the protection package (mats and rear mudguards) hadn't been put in and on the vehicle but George corrected this the same day. I had custom rims and better rubber put on and now the vehicle looks and handles like a sports car. If the service is as smooth as the purchase I will continue to go back.

Having been to several other car dealerships in the previous few days, shopping around, we were able to tell from the beginning that we were not being hustled. They valued our time, and we got the deal we wanted at a very competitive price. Furthermore, they went the extra mile to ensure the car would be ready very quickly before our rental expired, which other dealers weren't able to pull. Very well done. Keep up the superb customer care experience. All dealerships sell cars, but only a few do it with dignity and honesty.

I was charged much more than the quoted cost for door handle replacement. I'm not sure how it can take 2.5 hours to swap out a door handle, and the part was also more than originally quoted (which I have written down from when I was on the phone with them). They conveniently had me check-out with the reception girl so that she couldn't answer any of my questions about the much-higher-than-quoted cost. Generally disappointed and will not be back for service here unless rectified
