I am very upset about the service I received at the service department at Oakville Honda. I beleive that most (if not all) technitians at the dealership are professionals and well trained. However at Oakville Honda its not the same. I took my car for a very simple repair. Actually it was for the installation of wiper blades. The technitian did not install it properly -it was left loose. When I used the wipers on a rainy day I heard a squeaking sound and later noticed a big scrath scross the windshield. The staff at the service department at first tried to blame it on me but I had to provide them with receipts showing the wiper blades were purchased and installed at their location. The manager agreed to replace the windshield - it was installed yesterday 3rd May 2017. When I brought the vehicle home I noticed it was scratched (with some pink marks) on the right side of the vehicle - and I know for a fact that those scraches did not exist before. I honestly dont know what to do at this point. I cant afford to leave my vehicle with them again only to find there is more damage than repairs done to the vehicle.
