My family recently purchased a CRV from Oakville Honda the entire experience from the first step into the dealership to driving away in the car was (for lack of better words) amazing!!! Moe walked us through our different options in models and classes and answered every stupid little question we had without a hitch. He helped us make a great decision with the car choice and more importantly always wanted to meet our goals and our needs with the price and car specifics. Once we decided on the car we wanted to add warranties and extra protection and Sam walked us through and gave us quotes for every single option we had. He understood our budget and tried to give us the best bang for our buck and he 100% succeeded. My family could not be any happier with the car choice nor the dealership. My Sales person Firas was very understanding and patient with me! He helped me pick the best car based on my needs and then the finance manager made it all possible for me to get the car!!

Do not trust to their advise on the phone. They give you wrong advises easily..I called two days ago for a simple lube oil change. The lady said the nearest available date is November 19, but you can drive here anytime and ask for a quick oil change.. i got off from job today and went there but they totally denied what they advised before. Just wasting time!. it doesn t matter how much you talk about caring the customers, your act talks clearly...
I visited Oakville Honda on Jan16th,2019, with prefixed appointment at 10:30 AM. The salesperson was late for atleast 10 Minutes but thats OK things happen, in daily lives. I think his name was kevin (if Im not wrong), he went to look for car keys (2015 Honda Accord Sport/Toouring) but I was surprised he could not find the car also. What a surprise ? The answer was the car got sold yesterday. Kevin & his Manager also called me for the appointment a day earlier. It looks to me that it was a "Fake" advertisement just to attract the customers/buyers to the dealership. Another thing I noticed something about on line chatting for their dealership , the person having on line name "Samantha' gave me only half answers/replies. What a wastage of money on these things! I have very my bad experience with the dealership & on line Chatting thing. i will hesitate to recommmend anyone to Oakvile Honda.
I had an awesome car buying experience at this dealership even though I didn't end up buying a car here. If you're looking for a Honda, ask for Muneer to help you. He is extremely knowledgeable on the Honda product line up and has a passion for what he does. His selling techniques are perfect. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just a straight willingness to help you get the best car for you. We went as far as putting a deposit down on a car to hold it and didn't end up going through with the deal. Muneer never made us feel bad for doing what was best for us. The showroom, management, customer waiting area and service bays are all clean, well laid out and inviting. I was very happy and pleased with the service at Oakville Honda. I happened to pop by when the dealership was busy but I was still well taken care of. One thing I loved about it was there was a lot of inventory which gave me many options to choose from. I was also introduced to Nick, the General Manager, who thanked me for visiting which made the experience of shopping there even more enjoyable. All in all, I was VERY impressed.

My wife is currently driving our second Honda, and this thank you is long overdue. I have been servicing my vehicles at Oakville Honda for just over 10 years, and the primary reason for my continued support of this dealership is without question Anthony Coventry. Anthony has never been too busy to give me a hand when needed. He's been very knowledgeable when answering my many questions which is something I value greatly. Best of all, he just seems to be energetic and overly happy to be there for his clients, which makes the experience that much more pleasant. Most people will complain about a service department at one time or another, but I will go out on a limb and say you won't leave complaining after seeing Anthony the next time you're in.
They will take advantage of you if you are not knowledgeable about cars turning a $100 oil change into a $1000 bill using scare tactics. There's better options than this place.
My experience at Oakville Honda was absolutely wonderful. I was dealing with Moe, who was so helpful and reassuring thought out the process of purchasing my Honda Civic 2020 EX. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking into purchasing a vehicle.
I had a minor problem with my car and called to book an appointment. Receptionist told me I didn't need one. Went in after work only to be told by the service department that I would need one. Called back the next week and asked for an appointment. Told again that I did not need one. Explained what happened and receptionist became very frosty. Went to my appointment, car diagnosed and was told they would call when part came in. Never received a call. Emailed Manager to let him know that his staff was not very professional. A cordial email without any hysterics. Never received a reply. At least we know where the poor service starts!
Do not take your vehicle here. Go to another dealer. Very poor service.
Went in for service on my fit (which I bought here). They told me 2 days to get my part under warranty.. I called back a week later asking if it had arrived yet... Service tells me to talk to parts department, parts department tells me it was never ordered. I put the order in. Parts department tells me to re coordinate with service to make an appointment in 2 days when the part should arrive.... Fast forward 2 days, and service tells me they don't know about the part and to talk to parts again, parts won't pick up the phone after multiple calls...... The lack of coordination within this building is frustrating why should the customer have to coordinate the different departments together all while still dealing with a broken car. I'm at the point where I'll happily pay another place to do the work and disregard the "warranty" just to get the job done.
The 2 stars are only because I liked the salesman and love my car.
My sales rep (Ryan) was extremely accommodating to my schedule and answered all my questions. Everyone there is friendly and supportive 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone
The reason why you shouldn't buy a Honda at this dealership:
The sales person only want profit. If you comeback once you bought your car they won't have time to help you out. The sales person doesn't know the basic functionality of their basic car.
The reason why you shouldn't get your car service at this dealership:
I went for a oil change. The floor was full of oil and my shifter was only oily. When I went to complain they only sent the guy that did the oil change and he only cleaned the shifter.
Went for my second service to get something fix on my car. They didn't call me when my car was ready and when I called for the shuttle service since they didn't want to offer me a rental for a whole day since my car wasn't going to get ready and from my warranty package they will offer a rental if it take more than 5h. I had to wait 2 HOURS for the shuttle to show up. This is for sure I won't buy another car at this dealership.
They are nice at first buy don't care once they got your money.

Overall, a very good experience purchasing a car though this dealership. In my case, I was looking for a 2017 Accord Sport which were basically sold out nationwide as the 2018's were arriving. Thankfully, they were able to get car I wanted and made the deal happen. Make sure to have questions ready and to do your homework before you move from the Sales portion to the Finance portion of the deal-making process. Special mention to Jacky. You want to work with him if you go to Oakville Honda.

AMAZING customer service experience!!! I was highly impressed by the professionalism and politeness of the sales people.I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on a car/sales pitch as soon as I walked in. I was able to take my time and ask questions to which I received knowledgeable answers.
The staff are great at communicating the deals and offers right down to the fine print. They were able to understand my vehicle needs and budget and work within it!

The WORST experience I ve ever received on the service side. Would give negative points if I could. I took my car in over a month ago to get the A/C fixed (as the 2017 civics had a recall), and the service side somehow lost my hub cap during the process. Ive called MULTIPLE times throughout the course of a month to try to ask the service team to take a look in the back, and whatever other options they had to find the caps. However, without even trying to help, MARTINA the service receptionist denied any service and said that I was wrong and the team wouldn t have even touched the caps if they were just fixing the A/C. I called back a couple other times after to ask if they could take a look at their video surveillance just to be sure, and to no surprise, got no follow up and again was told that I was wrong. Finally, the fourth week into following up, I asked to speak to the manager as I was not getting any help from Martina or anyone else. AT THE END OF IT ALL, they DID have my hub caps. However instead of the manager, Michael having the decency to follow up with me, he had his assistant Martina leave a simple voicemail saying they found it. No apology, nothing from the manager, just a brief message from Martina, the lady that was no help from the start and denied anything from me from the beginning.
Just a tip from someone that works in the service industry or anyone that has any common sense/decency: if a client calls in concerned or upset and escalated the matter to a manger after a MONTH of countless calling and unattended voice messages, it would only be the simple and right thing for the manager (in this case Michael) to apologize and leave a voicemail himself. A simple my apologies we have your hubcaps and would be happy to put them on for you would ve sufficed.
Either way, I called again to follow up, and this time I was upset calling in, and when I explained the situation to Michael (keep in mind he s supposedly the manager , he started yelling, telling me to stop yelling (ironic lol), lost his temper, and was speaking over me. When I asked for HIS managers contact information his response was IDK YOU FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF . When I asked do you not know who your manager is? He said NO I DONT THATS FOR YOU TO FIGURE OUT and hung up.
Nevertheless, I found the GM s contact info and will be escalating this issue.
It is such a shame because the sales side was so nice during the entire leasing process, yet after my lease is up, I don t plan on continuing my relationship with Honda Oakville due to the ignorance, pride, and overall terrible customer service from the service side.

We wanted to say that while we decided not to purchase a Honda at this point in time, the service we received from Ryan Nifo was tremendous. All our questions were answered knowledgeably and quickly. Other dealers we have been dealing with have been frustrating as every question needs to be referred to the manager. We did not find this with Ryan. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. We will not hesitate to go back to him when we are next in the market for a new vehicle.
I have lived in Oakville for 30 years. In that time I have owned five Honda Accords. Only one of these Accords was purchased at this dealership - two more at Mississauga Honda and two at Halton Honda. Reason: total arrogant senior sales management. Just recently, giving them another try I walked out after being lectured on "how to buy a car".
Service however has always been first class. No complaints there. In contrast I was treated very well at Toyota and Mazda. Still love Honda's and will buy another but not at this dealership.
This is a place that put customers needs and satisfaction first.
INTIAL REVIEW (Nov 2018): I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic SE, any throughout my experience was pleasant, Kevin helped me with the process and he is the best. He got me the best price possible for the car and also managed to get the colour of my car from their sister dealership(Dalawari group).
You might have to wait a little as sometimes it get super busy but seating area, coffee and popcorn machine was fairly good to balance out that waiting period.
I will recommended this dealership to anyone who wanted a great service at the great price.
UPDATE(SEPT 2020): DON T FALL INTO BUYING LIFETIME RUST PROTECTION SINCE ITS ONLY COVERED IN ONE OF THE DALAWARI GROUP DEALERSHIP.

I had a great experience at Oakville Honda. The staff was super friendly very knowledgeable as well as very professional, the salesman was really focused on me and my needs. I got set up on a test drive within minutes and was able to get the car I wanted and under my budget! I would definitely bring my friends and family.
Had my 05' accord broken down in the middle of an intersection called Oakville Honda to see if I could get it towed and fixed as it was just before new years, Anthony coventry was able to keep me clam and when I explained what happened and i was holding a small circle shaped rubber part he was able to figure out it was my drive shaft that broke and not my transmission or anything serious. Best service I have ever received.

We spoke over the phone & agreed to a lease for 2020 Honda Crv Sport, within five minutes...WOW! There was no need to haggle, as is usually the case. Dave, came out batting & immediately offered me a very competitive lease arrangement (SO REFRESHING). Later he even threw in some extras (at no extra cost) & arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home in a glass trailer. That experience blew me & my family away!

Just bought a one year old pre owned car today. Was promised a oil service. Did not do it. One door was broken I asked it to be fixed. Did not fix. It got locked when I drive home. They had 2 weeks.

Initial responses to your inquiries were handled professionally and promptly both by text message and by phone. Yes, the Mazda 3 was sold while you traveled. That is unfortunate. Yet contrary to your statements, our salesperson advised you a FULL 60 minutes before your arrival not 20 minutes, nor while you were here that the Mazda 3 had been sold. What s more, the vehicle was NEVER presented to you, thus your stinky description is obviously fabricated. In an attempt to defuse your anger, our salesperson arranged the gift card, presented by our Sales Manager, to demonstrate how deeply we respected your perspective. Your reaction? An outburst of profanity and heaving of water across the showroom floor. Customers come first, but sometimes they don t come at all. Presented with a customer in store to purchase the Mazda 3 you expressed interest in, we acted on it. While that s unfortunate timing for you and resulted in frustration it s not a licence to fabricate events and dishonour our hard-earned reputation.

Great experience buying a car, it is my first Honda! Ryan Nifo was helpful in terms of information, and finding a good deal. Setting up the test drive took a bit of time, but in the end it was good. Negotiating took a little time, but Ryan was patient and informative. Great overall experience.

He delivered the car soo quick and gave me all the details i needed and answered all my questions honestly. I felt like part of a family with the way he treated me!! Oakville Honda are soo patient and helpful even after the delivery they always answered my questions with all details needed. Im glad i drove an hour just to sit down with Kevin. I knew this was the place as soon as i called and spoke to kevin. He is soo experienced and knowledgable!!!
Also Sam was amazing with our financing deals and questions. He explained and broke down everything to me as i am a new car owner. He will make you feel at home! :-)

Just bought my first brand new car from this Honda dealership. It's sparkling clean, vast, and full of friendly people who remember your name and stop by to shake your hand. I never felt like I was being "had" by any representative at this location, as many people say they feel when they go out to buy a car. Everything is transparent and they even understand how far hospitality goes- offers of water, coffee, soda, apples, donuts, etc.
Not to mention product specialist Ryan Nifo - a serious asset to the team and to the ease of process in buying a car that suited my needs perfectly. It can be difficult to find people you feel are inherently trustworthy - especially when dealing with a commitment as big as a new car - but Mr. Nifo really breaks it down for you and can answer all of your questions.
I also have to mention Taylor Khan of the collision centre - thank you for being supportive and really "going to bat" for me - I got exactly what I needed.
September 22nd UPDATE:
I came back to add more to my review because I had driven over a giant screw / bolt / piece of metal the second day I had my car. I used the roadside assistance to have the spare put on and brought it to the dealership. I'm really impressed by the customer service of this place. I contacted Ryan Nifo and Taylor Khan to help me make sure I could have my tire repaired or replaced as soon as possible. They connected me with John Tsiminos, although all of this happened after the dealership was closed. That's beyond customer service. That's off-the-clock customer service. I picked up my car at noon today, perfect, clean, and without hassle. Thanks again Oakville Honda.
My boyfriend recently bought his used Audi Q3 from Honda Oakville and we are beyond happy! We had a very smooth and easy experience all thanks to the sales rep. Kevin, who wasn't pushy and who was just an honest guy overall - he was great! We also loved meeting and working with Sam from financial services - he was very understanding, helpful and just amazing!
We went into Oakville Honda after getting a price from another dealership that we've dealt with for 14 years plus. Our first interaction was with Bill Lee who made us feel like we were walking into our long time family member's home! He made us feel so welcomed and happy to service our needs. We explained to him we were looking for our 3rd Honda Odyssey and he immediately paired us up with Dylan Cohen a rookie sales rep. Dylan approached us smiling with an enthusiastic attitude and ready to meet our needs. We explained to Dylan what were looking for and our budget. Being the new kid on the block, he took a chance to be beaten down by the big boys with our financial requests...but Dylan delivered! We then sat with Sam Assi who patiently went thru all our financials and offered us some substantial savings with the extra's. We picked up our new van last night and it was like we were walking on a red carpet and everyone noticing us and make us feel amazing! I feel that companies need to follow the regime of Oakville Honda's outstanding customer service! They truly went above and beyond to measure up to our very demanding needs and wants. Excellent job to all the staff at Oakville Honda!!!
We came to Oakville Honda last Saturday and the receptionist was so warm and welcoming. I even heard her answer the phone in french which I thought was really cool. My mom was looking around and I was just sitting and I was enjoying the muffins and the popcorn. Nice experience overall.
