I recently got into car accident, left my car in collision center.
Picked up upon phone call, about to get into second car accident due to faulty fix/malfunction a day after a pick up.
My car's front was pretty much smashed so they replaced my radiators and cooling systems, along with structure part.
I got a phone call, picked it up, drove and somehow something went wrong; they are assuming air pocket, it ended up murdering engine, because cooling systems were NOT WORKING.
My car stopped while I was making a left turn in big intersection, light changed, could not move, and yes I was about to be smashed by all the incoming traffics. It was horrible experience, and by the time when I parked in the service center line, I literally just jumped out of my car because it sounded like big heavy tractor and I felt very unsafe.
I love Honda, used to drove CRV as family car, my Civic is my very own first car. They make nice long lasting, sturdy, and economical cars for good price, but it was not a pleasant experience as much as I trusted the brand that I love.
I am still going to give 4 stars, because staffs were nice, acknowledged their fault and willingness to fix and work on it.
Other than this, I did visited few times;before car accident happened, for help and fixing, and yes they were great.

been going here for 4 years now and each time I feel that the quality of service has degraded. Each time I take my car in for service, I was given a time for how long the service will take, and each time I would had to call to get an update on the status of my car after the given time. The last service, however, was the worse, I called in for a shuttle ride which never came after 1 hour! (Even after indicating to them that it was urgent that I get my car back in time - I even took into consideration about 2 hours of extra time just in case.

The one word to describe my experience with Oakville Honda would be exceptional. The whole process of getting a new car was hassle free and a pleasure. Booked test drive on Wednesday June 17 and received a follow up text and phone call. Arrived at dealership and was greeted promptly and directed to the sales rep assigned to us. We had asked to drive a CRV Sport but were given a more expensive Touring to drive. Upsell, here we go. Drove it and were told that we would receive pricing via text by tomorrow (Thursday). Well it's a week later and all we've received is promo texts and emails. During these tough times it's service that sells and obviously they either don't want or need our business. We went elsewhere.

My experience at Oakville Honda was great! My car was a disaster, and Kan Matharoo did the impossible!
My car stereo wasn't working, so I went here to get some assistance the worker with the silly ponytail told me it was a electrical problem I asked him if he could check my fuse and he said no I took my car somewhere else and it was the fuse.. I will never take my vehicle to this place again poor customer service skills.
Horribly long wait for a simple oil change. It took a total of 2.5 hours to get the service done despite having an appointment and they knew I was waiting. It's not the first time I have had issues with this service department.
One time I showed up at my appointed time and they said I didn't have an appointment despite having it confirmed the evening before. I had to go home to print out the email confirmation and by the time I got back they said it was too late to do what needed to be done, and there was no apology for their error. Should have learned from that.
Our experience at Oakville Honda was easily our best purchase experience ever. In fact, from the moment we stepped into the dealership, the receptionists, sales team, managers and other staff made us feel right at home. The service from beginning to end was comparable to that of being in a 5 star hotel or at a uber luxurious resort. We were a bit anxious taking our 3 year old along because he s such a handful, but the staff made us all very comfortable and were so super friendly with him. In the end, we left feeling like we made the best purchase for our family and I commented to my husband that I never felt like I was being sold anything. Mohammad Assi, our salesman was beyond professional and so knowledgeable. Sami Assi handled our financials with care and Bill Lee-Poy made sure we left feeling satisfied with our purchase. We just picked up our car this morning and I m still blown away by the experience. Unfortunately we were first met with a rude and unprofessional individual who seemed as if he was forced to interact with us. As we were about to leave however, we were greeted by a young, enthusiastic individual Mr.Moe Assi, who listened, showed empathy to the situation and tried his absolute best to assist us with answering our questions and providing us info about the car we were interested in. Made an appointment with a salesperson to see a car Saturday morning at 10am. Car has been with them for about 20 days. The sales manager BILL calls me to confirm Friday evening and all is good. I drive 60 km from out of town and I come here early only for them to tell me the car is SOLD last night at 6:30 and no one bothered to call and let me know. They could have called at night and at morning. Salesperson apologized and to cover gas money for my wastes time. Then the manager BILL said they cannot do that and threatened me when I said I was going to leave a review. VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, BILL WAS VERY RUDE, WOULD NOT TRUST THEM.
I was surprised to find out that at Oakville Honda the Express line is no more available!! I've been there twice and I've been asked if I have appointment. From here I understand that the express line has been discontinued. For instance this Saturday I was waiting 45 minutes before opening and when I finally got in (first in line) I was asked if I can leave the car for the entire day just for an oil change. Very, very disappointed!!!!!

I visited Oakville Honda a few weeks ago in a quest for a new car and was pleasantly surprised by the staff at the dealership. I was tended to right away in a friendly and professional manner, not to pushy. The staff were all very knowledgeable and the test drive was great. Definitely gave me something to think about, I would 100% recommend friends and family to check it out in the future for all vehicle needs.
Worked with Jacky at the dealership. Very efficient and very personable. The negotiations were very nicely done no scare tactics no "you might not get this vehicle". We did go back and forth but it was done where I felt like I got a good deal (and I am sure they got a good deal too!). The dealership as a whole was very efficient and welcoming. I am here to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and everything is on time. I will certainly come back here.

So everything before buying went well. The salesman was very good (10/10 in honda's eyes), explained everything and didn't try to oversell the next model. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Manager very comfortable to talk with.
During the negotiation, it was ... interesting to say the least. We ended up getting what we asked but only after leaving the dealership; the salesman kept calling until the 3rd time and gave us what we asked (do some research on other comparables). So word of advice, get up and leave, they will call you back always with a little better. A little annoyed at that process but I understand why it was done. The winter tires that we agreed on were downgraded. But I found a mistake in the billing and Honda corrected it, so those cancel each other out.
I was not happy with the lower trade in on our old car. We should've sold it ourselves and probably would have made a better return. See below for more on that.
During the purchase, all went well. Everything explained again. Still very friendly.
After purchase, wife went to drop the spare key and look and behold, Our old car on sale for more than double what we sold to them (not even a week later). They didn't even repair the damage on the skirt which they said would be an extra $1000 to fix ... So NEVER sell a dealer a car, huge rip off. We should've sold it ourselves and made an extra $2k over what we sold to the dealer. So -1 star for unfair deal for buying old car. If you are going to buy our car, at least do what you said you would to it and repair it, not sell as is for over double.

This Honda location exceeds all others both in looks and in service.
We had the pleasure of having Esteban help us with choosing the car that fits us and our needs best. He had full knowledge of all their vehicles and what they offer. Once we decided on the H-RV Esteban made sure that all paperwork went as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Then we had the help of Sam in fianacing our new car. Sam was very easy to talk to and was very helpful as well. The papers were signed on Thursday evening and we picked up our new ride Monday afternoon.
Upon pickup we also met Bill who is one of the managers and he congradualated us on our new car which was very nice.

The oil change took 2.5 hours and they kept quoting me different times that it'd be done (at first they said an hour and 20 minutes), so I came back the dealership and then waited there for over an hour. Then an employee kept sending me outside saying "he's bringing it around right now" and repeatedly did that for about 20 minutes.
If your buying your first car or any car for the matter oakville honda is the place to be!! Ryan Nifo has tonnes of experience with honda vehicles, a great personality and most of all does everything he can to make a customer happy and satisfied! Upon buying my 2007 honda civic, during the saftey inspection the service team discovered that there was a crack in the engine block, without hesitation the sales manager Michael Moncrieffe called myself and told me the situation. Ryan and Michael handled the entire situation for me in a quick and professional manner. They reported to their head office and Honda manufacturer's to replace half of my engine! With no cost to me, after i had bought the vehicle. While taking the car on a test drive i asked Ryan if i could drive it to my mechanic to see if there is anythong wrong with the vehicle and he said forsure, and off we went for a hour test drive. I was pleased to know when my mechanic told me that my breaks and tires were brand new, and that my engine wasnt burning any extra oils or gas for emission reasons. For a 12 year old vehicle it was running as if it was brand new. Not only does oakville honda sell used and new vehicles, they do excellent service on there line of honda vehicles. If your buying a car, go to Oakville Honda and speak to Ryan Nifo and you wont regret buying Honda!!!

Went for a oil change. Oil was .5 liter low when they finished. Then asked me to sign a wo because I wanted the additional oil installed to the proper level. (I always check the oil level and leaks after getting it changed at service centers). Then
had to drive back to the dealer and asked them to reset my maintenance minder back to 100% from 15%. Which should have been done before they returned my vehicle.
I'm just putting one star because I can't put zero star. Called to book an appointment only to find out on the day of my appointment that they did not set my appointment. Very unprofessional.

Messed up my CREDIT HISTORY. There is no option of zero stars I wonder. Finalized the deal for a car and then applied for finance with Honda Financing. The finance guy BRIAN told me you can't get it as you are immigrant and need PR status and offered a loan with Scotia bank with high interest which I denied and gave me a day to think on that and told me we can "explore options tomorrow". A day after I called and cancelled the booking as I didn't want high interest. Couple of days later I checked my credit report and found out that Brian already applied for loan to CIBC and BMO too and appeared as hard credit check on my Credit Report, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I called him and he bluntly says that he already told me that - "We will explore options tomorrow". I NEVER confirmed to explore options and never I wanted to. I told not to do this and that messes my credit history and he said 'Ok' with a shallow voice. So disgusting. Did that even though he knew he shouldn't and messed up my credit history. Did not even let me know that he has done that. Didn't have little decency to even say Sorry. Would never recommend this dealers.

Honda deserves five stars, a very, very special service
Failure to deliver on the day promised two times. Notified us minutes prior to pick up that vehicle won't be available that day because they didn't finish working on it. They were very accommodating prior to purchase but things changed after. They asked us to come back a 3rd time to pick up the car instead we said give us a car from your lot and we will return it when you give us our car. They clearly didn't like this option and tried to talk us out of it but we didn't back down given how frustrated we were. Customer satisfaction first, we shouldn't have to fight for it. Oakville Honda not impressed atall!

Avoid at all costs. Bought an 2016 Odyssey in June of 2019. They will say whatever is necessary to convince you to buy. The salesman did not follow through with what was promised, and 10 days later had warning lights coming on. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the issues corrected and the GM made it sound like they went above and beyond. I have a 10 page word document detailing the problems I had with this company. Honda Canada would not return my calls. Now, 6000km later I find that tire tread only has 7/32 remaining. Buying from Oakville Honda is the biggest mistake I've ever made.
Very bad experience. First impressions and purchase process is great. Problem begins after you sign your contract. You have to chase them for weeks and months for any kind of issues. Initially we received a vehicle with a faulty a/c, it was a nightmare getting any kind of timely update from them regarding ETA or even actually what is wrong. I finally got updates when I got Honda canada involved. Next, they somehow messed up my honda extended warranty papers and its been more than a month now and I still do not know why or what is the next step. I wish I had gone to some other honda dealer.

Don't even bother waste of my time, money, and effort. I had purchased a car for jacki, to have them neglect the maintenance on it from the beginning, lying to me saying that the car had been looked at and that I shouldn't worry about anything. A few days had passed and all sorts or problems with my car started to occur that should have been fixed from the start. I brought the vehicle in for them to fix but they seem to have found nothing wrong but very very low coolent level. I wasn't happy with vehicle I purchased with all the problems that were happening. So I tried to trade in the vehicle for something else, but he could only find me one car for an extra $2000 that I didn't want to spend. I had test drove the other car just to see how I like it, to find that it made a very loud whining noise, not a normal one. I had brought it up the noise to jacki, for him to tell me the problem is my ears that I'm need my hearing checked. I'm sorry but the rudest salesman I have met by far. Their services department is useless I had to demand for service or else I would have been stuck hours from home with no vehicle. I won't be bring my car back to you guys anytime soon thanks.

As soon as I walked into the dealership I was greeted and warmly welcomed by a few sales representatives who took their time and effort to explain the process and protocol in purchasing a Honda vehicle. They were very professional and showed much passion for their job. They also educated me on how to maintain a healthy and clean Honda car.
