Horrible service, made an Appt for a tire swap, showed up on time and am told there is a queue and I'll need to wait 2.5 hours. Same thing happened to my wife last year. If you need an Appt go somewhere else!

I recently purchased a new-to-me vehicle at Honda Oakville and was really impressed at the sales process at this dealership. Having this be my third vehicle purchase and leading up to purchasing a Honda I visited about 5 different dealerships throughout the GTA and the level of care and customer service provided at Oakville Honda was significantly better than the others. In particular, I d like to give a special shout out to Mo who made the process seamless from test drive, to purchase and finally pick up. Thanks so much Mo!!! I d recommend anyone considering visiting this dealership to give it a chance and also ask for Mo, you will not be disappointed!

A couple of time I went here for service, both times my car door sill was badly scratched. First time I asked them to clean and buff. The second time I just left. Make sure you remind them that the tech needs to be more careful when working on cars. The good service adviser left and the not so good one stays.
One time I came because the tire pressure monitor went off and when the adviser checked he said it's no problem then I told him well tires pressure rises when car has been on the road.. and he had preached me not to trust Google.. I can't believe it.. later the dealership admit the tires were losing air.. good thing that guy is no longer there...

I'm beyond happy with my experience at Oakville Honda. I recently bought a 2016 Honda CRV from this dealership. I want to thank Kevin and Rachel for making the process of getting my used CRV easy. Kevin was great to deal with; he answered all the questions, my parents and I had. Rachel helped us in terms of financing approved for me as I'm only 18 and recently got a credit card. If anyone is considering buying a new or used car, I highly recommend Oakville Honda.

Poor service & complete disregard to customer satisfaction...
I had my vehicle scheduled for service at 12:30pm today, and the maintenance was supposed to take 1.5hrs. However, neither punctuality of appointments nor concern for customers time was demonstrated by employees. My service was finished at 3:30pm, and employees were neither apologetic about the inconvenience of this scenario nor for having a customer wait an extra 1.5hrs for no valid reason. Additionally, the service provided was of poor quality: my vehicle was supposed to get alignment maintenance, and yet after leaving the dealership, I found the same issue -which I came to address- to have not changed at all. However, since I have already been there for more than three hours, it was not feasible to go back. This will ultimately be my last time to get my vehicle serviced at this dealership. If you do not demonstrate enough concern for customers matters, time, and business, then your dealership becomes meritless of their confidence.

Been here for service on two occasions and it seems to be typical of the dealerships in the GTA that overcharges and recommends services that are not required on your vehicle. Last time I was there the service 'advisor' (re: salesman) recommended I perform services on my 2013 Homda civic that were not required. He recommended the brake fluid flush and a wheel alignment. Brake fluid flush is only required every 3 years. I had it done when I purchased the vehicle at another dealership less than 2 years before. I only discovered that when I went online to find out when it needs to be done and then the 'advisor' found out online when it was actually performed on my vehicle. He didn't bother to look before and didn't apologize after. Wheel alignments are mostly unnecessary unless you damage your wheels and/or you notice uneven tire wear. I owned a Saturn for about 9 years with over 200,000 kms and never had wheel alignment. It is a typical service scam that nets large profits for dealerships and is mostly not required. I said no of course. The service here also takes hours even when you have an appointment. A simple oil change, tire rotation and brake service should not take 3+ hours. Recently, I received a $25 cheque in mail for service or parts that can be redeemed at Oakville Honda. I called the parts department to inquire if I could use the 'cheque' to get wipers. The first time I called and asked for parts I was put on hold, then disconnected. The second time I called and was directed to parts, no one answered and my call went to voicemail and I left a message, No one returned my call. I will not return to this dealership for service or parts and don't recommend any one else does either. I go to a local place now for service and parts where I am not recommended service I do not need and it takes a reasonable time to have the work performed.
Update: be wary of all the new 5 star posts. They all appear to be from 1 post reviewers. If you insist on going here for service do your research first. Look in your owners manual to see what maintenance is actually required at the correct kilometre intervals. To keep your Honda (or other make) warranty valid you are NOT required to perform service at a dealership and you only need to perform the maintenance listed in your owners manual.

I was referred by a friend to go to Oakville Honda over a year ago, when I was looking for a second opinion on service for my vehicle. I was told to speak to a gentleman named Anthony, and I have been dealing with him and Oakville Honda ever since. I do not know much about cars, but he made me feel very comfortable with the process of explaining everything to me, and answering any questions I had. He is always professional, honest and very realistic in communicating wait times and the work that needs to be done to my vehicle.

I ve been to many dealerships for Honda, I just recently moved to Oakville and this is now the closest location for me. I didn t make an appointment and just showed up for an oil change. One thing I can say is this location has A+ SERVICE, the service advisor (John) went above and beyond making sure I was looked after with all my concerns and kept giving me updates on the vehicle.

Yes, you apparently gotta wait a bit because place is busy. I received my car at the scheduled time and Jacky ran an extra mile to fullfil my special request. Great job and you got a loyal customer.

Wanted to purchase a used Toyota Sequoia that they have on their lot and possibly trade in my Lexus. Contacted them and got an appointment, could not make it so i called and cancelled. Few days later got a txt from the salesman asking if im still interested and that they have a sale and if i would like to see the link to their website. I responded and asked if they could forward it to me. Waited a day plus. Responded again and received the link. Notified the salesman that i would be coming in the next day, he advised of an appointment required. Ok. Asked what time he would like me to come in, and never heard from them again. That was Nov 25, it's Dec 8 now. Guess what? Bought a car somewhere else.

We just picked up our brand new Odyssey and received the most amazing service from Brian Tan. I shopped around a lot and got the best price and the most prompt, courteous and straightforward experience I've ever had at a car dealer - truly refreshing.

I couldn't be happier with our decision to buy from Brian and Oakville Honda; I was so impressed I recommended Brian and Oakville Honda to a family member who is also shopping for a Honda.

Just for reference we live over an hour away from Oakville but even the over the phone and email interaction that I received made me want to skip all the other dealerships. I went in planning to pay off my leased car, dropped off my car at the service department for a safety inspection, but I still wanted to see if there were any other options. The receptionist found me a nice guy called Sam, the finance manager. He patiently listened to my situation and he totally understood my concerns. He referred me to a salesperson, Kumaran. Kumaran was very professional and he always puts the customer s needs first. He never pushes you and finds the options that are most suitable for you. He explained the terms and conditions very thoroughly. Between ordering and receiving my vehicle, he always kept me updated. Even on the the pick up day, he sent me a confirmation email. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Friendly staff and comfortable environment. The whole process was smooth and efficient. It was all above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Kumaran and Oakville Honda to my friends and family.

I went into Oakville Honda for service for an oil change for my 2018 Honda Civic. I had an absolutely horrible time at the dealership. This is my second trip to the dealership for an oil change. The first time I made the visit, the dealership took 3 hours for a simple oil change. After receiving the oil change, I used my loyalty card that I received when purchasing the vehicle to pay for the service. The dealership offers a $200 loyalty card for new customers. When paying for the service, I was informed that the card had a balance of $0. The service advisors figured out what was wrong and informed me that this issue would not happen again. Today, I experienced the same issue, but this time the service advisor Anthony Coventry was extremely rude and disrespectful. He informed me that I had a balance of $29 and when I tried to explain the issue to him, he would not listen to me. I was very kind about it. I also asked him to reach out to the Sales Manager Prakash that I purchased the car from, but he rudely told me that he's the 'Assistant Service Manager' and that any issue that occurs is taken up with him. I have never had a service advisor be impolite. Also, he charged me an extra $30 for a service and lied about the price. I did not realize that until I got home. I regret taking my car in for service at Oakville Honda. They provide the WORST service to customers taking in their car for service. I highly recommend avoiding Anthony. Him and the service team are completely unprofessional lying and overcharging customers for services. He charged me $90 for an oil change on a Honda Civic. The loyalty program is a complete scam. What really ticked me off was when Anthony stated that I would face the same issue next time I visit the dealership for service. I'm amazed at the audacity Anthony had to tell me that with a straight face. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership for service and going to a more respectful and trustworthy dealership for your Honda service.

I dealt with Ryan Nifo regarding buying a new CRV. I have been in sales myself for my whole career and retired as a Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company. With that background I have high expectations of salespeople and not many meet my criteria for being called a 'great salesperson', but Ryan certainly does. He is not pushy - though he is great at follow-up, he is very knowledgeable about Honda products and the industry in general, very responsive when I had a question (in person, or by email), has great interpersonal skills and is generally a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him to any person interested in buying a Honda vehicle. Thanks for all your help Ryan!

I bought a Brand New Honda Civic 2018 from Oakville Honda about 2 weeks ago. My deal was a complex deal to crack as I had a 1 year old elantra with not much equity in it. But nevertheless the following ppl made it absolutely smooth transaction , Kunal Shah my sales rep he was amazing, very courteous with a back and forth follow up, (eventhough i had come back the 1st day without making a deal), Prakash (business manager) , Mike/Michael, (user car manager) Mike is one of the most courteous and friendly person I have spoken to in d car industry and with a great thorough knowledge) and Mr.Nick,the GM who was very friendly as well and greatly helped in cracking the deal. 10 days forward Unfortunately my steering wheel came with a bit of a flaw as it was peeling off from above I called Honda Oakville and now it was time to test their service (as normally dealerships are okay with sales but 'after service' is what really no dealerships offer) I called Jessica and got in contact with Janice who was taking care of my case and she honestly was absolutely amazing. Very prompt in her response. Very courtesous and Within 3 days my steering wheel is repaired and I am sure if any problem comes in the future (hopefully not) I can count on the dealership to repair it. I do not regret going 70kms back and forth to buy this car. And you guys will have my business for other 2 cars in the family very shortly. Thank you.

I was greeted with a cold smile of a sale person who did not seem to want to be there. When I was inquiring about the irregularities (such as major scratches, difference in bumper colours and moisture in the taillight for a "no-accident car") of the used car, the responses was aggressive and argumentative denying what I saw. When it came down to discussing the price, the sales person was rude and lied ("I didn't get a chance to speak to the sales manager", when I saw him chatting with the sales manager near the water cooler)! I expected Honda dealership employees to behave better than used car dealerships.

Ryan did best he could offer especially he provided visibilities in front of me, eg he called me about the new car's mileage before bringing it over the dealership. His manager Bill helped me understand the inventory situation and how they source the vehicle when the dealer running out inventory. Phenomenal Experience at Oakville Honda with Martin Saad!! I went into Oakville Honda needing to upgrade my 2008 Honda Civic to a newer model. I was greeted by Martin Saad upon entering the dealership who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and wants. He spent many hours with me on the multiple visits I made. He was always on time and ready when we had scheduled to sit down and discuss. We looked at a couple different options and vehicles, Martin and Alan (Financial Services) answered every question I had making it easy to understand and determine what the best route to take was. Martin ensured that he was very thorough during the process, which is very helpful, especially for someone who isn't current with all the car lingo! I ended up deciding on a 2015 Honda Civic EX. I am very happy with all the features that the car has and Martin also took the time to show me how everything worked and all the different things the vehicle was capable of when I came to pick up the car. I am 100% satisfied with Martin as a salesman and the Oakville Honda dealership and would recommend him to everyone out there looking to buy a new vehicle !

I regularly buy my Honda parts to service my 2017 civic here. A few days ago I sheared one of the lug nut posts when changing one of the wheels on my car so I needed a replacement.

I called Oakville Honda and was advised that one was left in stock so I told them I would come and pick it up shortly. After I hung up however the parts department realized they were actually out so they called Acura of Oakville to have it delivered as I was arriving.

Friendly staff, and excellent customer service. Will definitely stop here first when I consider buying a new vehicle.

I have taken our vehicles here for service for years without questioning their recommendations ... but no more.

The reader's digest version ... over a 2 year period they continually mis-diagnosed a heating problem in our Acura 1.7 el (a car you think they'd know about as it's basically an upscale Civic) costing me literally thousands of dollars in service until the engine finally blew a gasket.

After the fact I talked to a Honda trained mechanic who based on the description of the original symptoms responded by describing the symptoms as the situation escalated right up to & including the blown gasket ... all without seeing the car and only hearing my explanation of the original symptoms.

Had I gone to this guy in the first place it would have saved me enough to buy a decent used car. ... This situation especially bothers me as he said this issue with the engine is not an uncommon one and easily diagnosed & treated.

I am not impressed with Oakville Honda's missed diagnosis and failure to make things right after the fact.

Go to other dealerships. This place is probably the most expensive Honda dealership. Cars here around about 8-10% more expensive. If you are buying a car that is work $25k, this place will sell the same car for almost $28k

Very negative experience. Purchased a preowned 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. I have purchased a fair number of used cars and this was by far the worst experience I have had. We paid top dollar for the vehicle and the only thing we asked for was winter mats, which we assumed, were going to be ordered new. They ended up taking them out of another vehicle on the lot, which would have been fine if they were up front about it from the beginning, it just felt sneaky.

The dealership was very hard to deal with and made it difficult to process the paperwork in a way to minimize the time that I would have to spend at the dealership. The finance manger would not even call me to tell me what I should bring or start the credit application, despite a clear request for them to contact me to help expedite the process.

I tried fives times to get in touch with the General Manager of the dealership prior to the deal closing to address my concerns. I was very clear to staff who took my phone call that he needed to call me back, and I also left him a personal voicemail. To this day he has not reached out to me.

My last Honda Pilot I bought from a dealership several hours away, never even met them in person as they even delivered the car to us and I had no trouble dealing with them.

Clearly, Oakville Honda does not care about customers, just the bottom line.

We wanted the car, so I had deal with them and I feel like they took advantage of this, otherwise I would have walked away.

Test drove with Assistant Sales Manager. Told him that I will test drive another one and will call you to finalize the offer. The tone of sales person changed and was shocked to hear racial comments exactly, " This is a different car serviced and maintained here. Not like Asians who do not change oiled for long time and expect the car to perform". Then came another one, " This is Oakville dealership for different class. The people just drop the keys and we do the service. Not like other customers where people go for cheap options."
So if you are an Asian or do not belong to Oakville, remember this is not the dealership for you. However if want to be embarrassed, and belittled its your choice. Mix of rude, arrogant, pushy and bragging attitude.

Oakville Honda was a great company because of the service department. The gentlemen I dealt with was "Kan Matharoo". I have been to many different dealerships and get ripped off for more money for different services because "I fall for it, as a woman" I feel. I didn't feel this way with Kan Matharoo, he was an absolute gentlemen and understood what job I needed done and did it, he didn't push me to any other services because nothing else was needed on my vehicle.

Visited the dealership for the first time to get my car serviced. They told me the approx. waiting time an hour and half, but they didn't even take my vehicle after been there for more than two hours.
Finally i have to reach the front desk to ask them how much more time it will take, and very patiently they told me that it's gonna take some more time, like i know that, my vehicle is still right in front of my eyes.
THEY DONOT HONOUR YOUR TIME at all.

Beware any used cars that aren't Honda's at this place. Tried to pawn an obvious junker on me.

Also, don't be swayed by positive reviews here. They pressure people to leave these on the spot, at the conclusion of a sale. It's all nonsense.
