It's OK. I would expect this awesome chain hotel's housekeeping to be much better. Dust in the room, on table, lamp, headboard, wall and all flat services. My son accidentally rub onto the wall, all the dust just came falling off like a snow storm.

Good thing about this hotel is that it is at the airport and there's a train station right there so the location is very convenient.

Stayed overnight due to a layover. Initially very happy to stay at the Hilton given its proximity to the airport, we ended up being very disappointed by their customer service.

Front desk staff, Sasha, offered a king room with a rollaway bed for our young son, but never actually sent the rollaway to our room. Ended up taking multiple phone calls back to the front desk, where we were given excuses like "oh, there's actually a fee" and "its a shift change so it'll take a while" before finally convincing them to send the bed. Nothing like having to argue on the phone after a day of airport delays and needing to wake up with kids at 4am.

Avoid.

This place is ok, if need micro wave they charge a fee, is family oriented with pool, sauna even a massage if needed. Room service is fast, & the food was great, especially the room service strip steak, melted in mouth, ooh ya, was awesome. The price was about normal for this hotel. I have 4 star due to amenity's you have to pay for that would normally come with stay, but at a hotel by airport a little different charges but still a great night sleep with the comfortable beds & pillows, awesome.

This is the worst hotel I ve stayed in, two star hotels have offered better service than this hotel. Not worth 350 dlls a night. You don t have water in the rooms, they don t deliver water to the rooms either, they have audacity to tell you to drink tap water instead. They don t bring anything up to your room, they ask for you to go to the desk and get it. The concierge service is horrible. They do not help you or do anything for you, but instead say there s nothing for them to do if you don t choose the businesses that they recommend. Instead they tell you how hard it will be if you choose a different establishment. This is not a 4 star hotel, I feel deceived. We waited for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and after 30 mins of waiting we got an Uber instead. It was just a horrible service, not what you expect for the price of the false star rating All of this was while being a honors member. Poor, inferior, just unacceptable for a Hilton hotel.

The airport that I took the first flight to is here.
Taoyuan Airport took a ride to Chicago to take the Evergreen BR56 for more than 15 hours.
The first time I entered the United States, I was asked to go to the customs to ask questions.
For the first time, the customs scene in the US drama is reflected in front of you.
Very handsome airport police, smooth after the end of the question
Many of the first time contributed to this airport

I thought that Taoyuan Airport was very big. After that, I realized that Taiwan is really small.

After going abroad, there will be an international outlook, and the horizon will be broader!!

Even though my flights were delayed and even one was cancelled, the place had very informative staff. I asked a couple questions they were so very nice and with my southern accent, I'm surprised they understood me lol Many shops to eat from, fresh foods to fast foods and a little in between.

Feels like home since I've stayed in the exact same room 5 times over a couple of years. Very clean and covid protocols in place throughout the hotel. Can't get any closer to ORD unless you are sleeping on the floor in the terminals.

Nice views, decent place. I've deducted a star* for being overpriced for it's poor quality on updates and deduction of another star* for calling reception from my room Several times and no answer... and that's sobering, considering security and safety of hotel guests.

Best hotel for those who use Chicago as transfer airport. It is the best location for passengers who can connect to the airport without leaving the airport and have no time! If you do not have an empty room, you will be sitting on the floor of the lobby to check in. It is convenient to make reservations and use it in advance. Facilities are a little old, but room condition is neat.

If there is 0 star to give, I won t give 1. We booked a room for two nights at Hilton O hare from Priceline, and we are Hilton gold member. We wanted to use the membership for free breakfast during our stay toward their policy. However, the front desk said we can t because we booked our rooms not directly from their website. It is ridiculous because we booked Hilton rooms from Priceline several times and we never had problems for breakfast. The privilege should be set for members, no matter from where they book the hotel rooms. We won t recommand this hotel if you are a Hilton member but not going to book from their website, and I will never choose this hotel anymore.

An embarrassment of a hotel. I'm surprised Hilton flys their flag over this place. We were unsold into a more expensive room, with the promise that it came with a free breakfast. The next day, expecting a modest breakfast, we were utterly disgusted to find out that our free breakfast was limited to tired muffins and cereal. They also had a spread of bacon and eggs and other warm foods. If a person wanted bacon or eggs, there was a significant upcharge in order to have them. So, the free breakfast was pretty much yesterdays leftovers. The free breakfast didnt include the other items which were already out and prepared... the simple items, which cost little, we're an upcharge item. What a disgrace. This was a nice way for Hilton to send us on our way and remind us to never come back. This was a total bait and switch and I'm surprised more people haven't complained about this practice.. I'm sure at some point it will get exposed. The hotel was way overpriced and for them to try and get into our wallet one more time after giving us a free breakfast was very insulting. We'll vote with our wallets in the future and hope others do as well .

Stranded on Chicago Airport - I slept in a "suite" - a 1990s conference room with a foldaway bed in the middle of the room. Room # 8042. If you ever have the possibility to sleep there: Try not to look behind the headboard of the foldaway bed. The air conditioning rattled - either sleep or turn it on. The food in the restaurant is reminiscent of a menu aboard a plane. The "cook" here is the microwave. But even for fresh food the prices are high. I would not be picky about all this, but for me it was an absolute shame that the wifi is $ 15 a day.

Very convenient location with easy access to/from the domestic ORD terminals. Great, clean rooms with kind service. Prices at the hotel restaurant and bar were very high, although not unexpected (airport rates).

Good rooms but bad custom service. No one could help me out with the WiFi. For some reason I wasn't working on my phone so after waiting in the line for 5min. They told me to call another extension to receive help from the technician. This guy told me like a repetead machine..what to do..got upset when I asked to go over step by step. Ended up using roaming.

There is a big difference in Hilton hotels. This is one of the worst I have encountered! The hotel is outdated, I found it generally depressing to stay at. They are understaffed, had to be in line for 45 min for check in (only one person at front desk in the middle of the day). And it is one of these hotels that safe a dime daily on electricity on the ac by having their guests sleep in warm rooms. Or the system it is just old and not up to the job anymore. Regardless, had a bad nights sleep because of it.

The plus: it is at the airport so close to the terminal. However, do yourself a pleasure and go with a ten minutes cab ride to a hotel just outside the airport, I will!

My husband and I had a lay over flight and had to stay at the Hilton. ... the room was filthy, and at the elevators leading up to the room were two prostitues who were working. One was giving a guy a blow job in a chair, while the look out girl jumped on the elevator with us to distract us from what was going... down. I was disgusted and felt gross the rest of the night. Very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. It is so worth the extra cost to walk to your hotel from the airport rather than catch a shuttle and go somewhere else. I will not stay anywhere else again if I need to be in Chicago for an overnight layover.

My wife and I were fortunate to meet a tall, gray-haired, African-American gentleman, named Allan, who works at the reception, at Hilton-O'Hare. We asked him to help us filling out an application for a visitors' visa, necessary to visit Canada. We have been struggling with it and were totally at loss. He spent time and effort at getting it done and, he, also, accompanied us to the Air Canada counter, making sure everything was ok. He never asked to be compensated for it. Hilton has to be proud and fortunate to have someone like Allan. Sorry that I never got his last name, we hope that you will know whom we are talking about. Thank You from bottom of our hearts, Allan!

Only stay here if you really have a late arrival of early departure. The heating/AC in the room is extremely noisy. The mattress is sinking in the middle. The bathroom tub is clogged. Nothing is working basically. This hilton hasn't done any update or improvement for probably the past 20 years. Its monopoly position doesn't really requires it to do so. So as consumers, we should not endorse this and should avoid this property unless we have to for the sake of getting on our flights.

The good - you can walk from your room to the check-in counter at O'Hare in less than 10 minutes, staying indoors all the way. Everything else leaves much to be desired. Decor is OK, if anyone cares. Food at the restaurant is good, but very expensive. Hotel very understaffed - long wait at check-in, long wait in restaurant. Full-height windows (with view of parking garage) very poorly insulated, forget standing barefoot on the floor. Heater is very noisy and kicks on every 10 minutes for about 30 seconds. Mattress is very soft foam, and so worn that one side is clearly higher than another. When I called to confirm the reservation, it took 15 minutes of auto-attendants, transfers and hold music, and finally the human who confirmed my reservation could not tell me if the room had a fridge. Considering rack rate is around $300, you'll get much greater value at most other nearby hotels.

So funny story... I stopped here first because I thought it was my hotel, but I was actually at the other Hilton nearby. Even still, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful and the place looked very nice. I was impressed from what I saw!

Really disappointed by available services when flying in internationally with my dog as excess baggage. I needed assistance with my bags and I had to ask 4 different people before I finally found someone to help. Then the person I finally found had no interest in waiting for me to get my dog out to allow her to use the bathroom (after a 14 hour flight) and left me with the cart. Immediately after that I was approached by another worker demanding that they needed the cart and stating I wasn't allowed to use it by myself. No wifi available in the shuttle pick up area, making it impossible for international passengers without US phone service to call for the shuttle. Will avoid flying into this airport in the future!
