The bed was comfortable, but they need to pay attention to some items. For example, the coffee maker was dirty. No way was it there for its purpose for the new guest. The refrigerator has not been turned on and ice trays were stacked one after the other. It was disgusting.

Stuck at O'Hare...thanks to American Airlines.... Put us up in the Hilton. It was serviceable. Not very clean...ac didn't work very well. Beds were fine. Staff was friendly and helpful...only had a toothbrush for complimentary toiletries...we were told to go to the shop to buy whatever else we needed. The restaurant there was pretty good...pizzas were great but the deserts were not that good...all pretty dry. So considering the circumstances...they were good. Good enough anyways.

Decent hotel, nothing special. I wish there was more seating in the lobby. Room was really cold despite turning the hear to 78. Good for an overnight stay before a flight but not a destination in and of itself.

Convenient and located in airport. But, Overpriced with under performing water pressure. It was like showering under a trickling garden hose. Hilton should target for improvement. I would not stay there unless schedule forces me to.

Small dated rooms. Service is poor to none. Went to gaslight restaurant and there is no service. Took 10 minutes to find someone to get a table. Sat down and ignored for 10 minutes. Came over to take my order and told them I have not even been given a menu. I left. Went to other restaurant Adiamo. A repurposed conference room with better service but no ambiance. Food is average but very over priced. Overall you will spend a lot of money for a very bad experience. I would never return

First time for us staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Check in easy. Check out easy. Zero surprises. Close proximity to terminal 1/2/3 was awesome. We will definitely stay there again.

No idea why anyone would spend.more than one really quick night here. Not because it's bad, but because.its purely a convience for the airport. Its extremly easy to get to and from the airport and just as easy to get to the downtown train. Not much else to say about the hotel, but its the best choice when staying near oHare, purely for the sake of convenience.

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It's connected to the airport terminal and blue line train. Check in was a breeze and got the exact room that I requested. The room was clean and standard size. You don't hear any planes overhead although you can hear everything in the adjoining room (talking, water running, farts, probably making whoopie). The toiletries are Hilton's standard from Crabtree and Evelyn, so that wasn't a surprise. There were plenty of towels which made me happy. My only concern was YOU CANNOT GET WARM IN THIS PLACE!! After being in the room about an hour after check in, I was still cold. The thermostat would not come on. I called the front desk to ask for someone to come check it. She informed me that the air conditioning system was on today because it was above 50 degrees. It was 52!! What part of the world turns on A/C at 52! The entire system is run centrally so you don't actually control heat or A/C but was advised that it would be on soon. After several hours away from the hotel, I returned and it was still cold but the thermostat did turn on the heat when I turned it to 83, and not any temp before 83. And I had to keep it there because turning it lower, you freeze. And even with it constantly running on 83 it never really gets warm. I hate to see what it feels like in the middle of Chicago's cold winters. The unit is loud so you have to turn up the tv louder to watch it. I though that I was being dramatic about the temperature until I saw a portable heater in the hall across from my room. I guess I wasn't the only one cold, and they know it to have heaters available. Yet I wasn't offered one when I complained. I guess that I should have been persistent. There are a few restaurants on the premises. The Italian restaurant food was ok but the service needs some improvements. There's a sports bar but the food comes from the Italian restaurant. The price point is expected for the airport area but $20 for a standard egg plate for breakfast is just crazy. You can order room service for the same price. If you go to the Italian restaurant (name I forget) try the French toast or the chicken caprese sandwich with fries. They were great. I did manage to get a pizza delivered from Giordano's which was equally expensive but they even brought plates and utensils. There's a full gym and pool which is very clean. Overall it was a good stay. I loved travelling to center city on the train. Traffic is horrible in Chicago which makes this hotel very appealing. You can go from your room to the train and never go outside. You can check into the airport without going outside either.

I was calling the reservation department and the lady that answered the phone doesn't seemed like she knows anything about the airport shuttle services. She put me on hold to get confirmations about pick up and a guy picked up the phone and said hello and hung up on me. It took me at least 10 minutes to get back on the line. I think he could've been more polite and respect a customer's time. It's so unprofessional.

My wife got a voucher from American Airlines because her flight was delayed overnight. The voucher was for this specific hotel. Name and address printed right on it. She arrives and the hotel refused to honor it. It is 11:00 PM at night and she's had a full day of travel. The manager told her to walk back in the cold to the ticketing both to fix it. They didn't even bother to call to verify. Terrible customer service.

Get a shuttle somwhere else (I recommend Hyatt). The hotel is totally over priced, I payed $397.99 to stay 7 hours after my plane got cancelled. The room was not great, the TV picture blurry, and I saw the crapline in the toilett from the previous guest. I got up in the morning and then the next shocker: no breakfast included. Looking back I rather would have spent the night at the airport.

Hilton Chicago O'Hare is extremely close to the airport and I would have to give it to them for having solid windows as I did not hear too much airplane noise while sleeping near the airport, however the service swiftly declines from the moment you enter. 1. Check in took very long, both the line and the process 2. House keeping wasn't the best 3. The breakfast at the Italian restaurant in the hotel, was abysmal.

Not the greatest Hilton i have been to. First our room key did not work and they said security will come up and bring us new keys, they did not. Then I called because the A.C or heat in the room was not working. They put in new batteries and it still does not work. Finally I order room service and they charge an extra $5.54 for a delivery charge and then they already have added the tip of $3.42 They did not inform me of this. After i call them they say the charges were written on the bottom of the menu. No one when ordering food, should have to read the fine print. Also the room was not cleaned well enough. Found garbage on the floor. Carpets are very dirty looking.

The location is convenient, since it is attached to the airport. No need for a cab. The rooms are fine. You really can't hear the planes taking off. The service was good. All my interactions with staff were timely and friendly.

The people at the front desk and the room were very nice. The restaurant was completely different.

We ate at the sports bar. There was no air conditioning. The food took 40 minutes to come out, and was wondering when we got it. When I pointed out the difference between what it says on the menu and what was served, the waiter said..."do you want it or not?". Clearly a Union employee.

Stay at the hotel but do not water your time or money on the restaurant. They are terrible.
