2-day course at the Scrum Academy and I really enjoyed it. The Scrum Method is explained in clear language and also in an interactive way. It is not sitting down and absorbing dust, but you soon begin to use the method within the exercises. Very nice and interesting. Definitely worth it.

A start on scrum and agile work; we have also ventured. Our request was short day, the need specific and the question complex. Scrum Academie is flexible in time and availability, adjusts the content to the needs and explores the complexity of possibilities. "Scrum is easy to understand, but difficult to master" and we are now facing this challenge. Thanks to Scrum Academy, we enter our first project, scrumbling with enthusiasm and agile thinking.

The Agile Coach training from the Scrum Academy is incredibly instructive and valuable. After every training day I went home full of energy and all kinds of handy theory, tools and workshops. Roy and J.P. are very good trainers who ensure that your theory can practice and apply in practice. In addition, they give all sorts of tips and tools to further develop me after following the training. Highly recommended!

Strong training. The interactive way of this training makes the knowledge and skills really stay with me. In addition, the trainers ensure that you have both practical knowledge and skills richer in four days. There is also a lot of attention for the group process which makes you really get started with the topics and each other. That way you also get to know new people in a fun way.

Scrum Academy manages to discuss all aspects of product ownership in a two-day training course and ensure that knowledge is retained with a nice variety of presentation and working methods. An important advantage is that Geeske and Gert-Jan incorporate their own practical experience as product owners in the training that they gain from the companies they work for.

Very valuable and enjoyable training! A top training focussed on the role of Agile Coach. There was super balance between theory and learning by doing which introduced me to new approaches I could experience immediately in practice. A truly great example of experiential learning by doing. Experienced trainers with loads of personal examples from which they could easily respond to questions raised and on which to explain/build theory. A few words I associate with the training ==> fun, knowledgeable, energy, insights, enthusiasm, practical, focused, positivity, tools , enlightenment, colourful, empathic, together, growth, tips & tricks and interesting until the last minute!

Strong Product Owner training with good variety between content, interaction and real life cases. Day # 1 focuses on the basis of agile / scrum, day # 2 goes deeper into the roles and of course the PO role. Well-mixed group, great trainer and top lunch! In short: recommended.

Great training. Fun, interactive, lots of room for questions and practical application. You can immediately apply the working methods used in your work. There is also sufficient attention for the Scrum theory. With a little preparation day (based on tips Scrum academy) I then have to get the certificate fine. The two days of training can change your mindset and feel what Scrum is really about.

Very valuable and enjoyable training. With a lot of variety between exercises, theory and how to apply these yourself. Because of the training, the Agile way of working and the ideas have been revived. The scrum academy does this by giving relevant tips and tricks to coach teams and promote the Agile way of working in the organization. My experience with the Scrum Academy trainers is very positive. The trainers are accessible, open and pleasant to work with. They keep the training interesting until the last moment. And are open to feedback.

There s so much fluff, misunderstanding and buzzwording when it comes to Agile and it s implementations. Not with these guys! They know what they re talking about. They live their program and tools. Combined with an energy level that s off the chart, this has been a rollercoaster ride. And I leave with a duffel bag filled with tools, ideas and experiences. Thanks guys!!

You immediately get the urge to get started with it and you leave the training with a toolbox full of ideas and applicable tools to both continue and coach teams and organizations further in agile working.

In December 2019 followed the Scrum Master training at the Scrum Academy. It was a very interactive training, in which knowledge sharing as well as learning by doing were alternated. The exercises were set up in an original way which kept you focused throughout the training. The trainer Rose-Anne Dotinga has a lot of expertise and experience in the field of Scrum and Agile working. She shared this with the group and let us experience it at the same time. In addition, she brought good energy and created an open and trusted atmosphere. Personally it has brought me a lot of new insights into agile collaboration after 10 years of working at a corporate. In addition, the practical ways that you learn how to prioritize will certainly help me now that I want to start for myself. I definitely recommend this training!

Last week I completed my training for Agile coach at the Scrum Academy. We were trained by Gert-Jan Danenberg and Roy Gielen, both very well-trained trainers and they also gave super training so that we learned all the ins and outs of the Agile coach profession. I have learned a lot and am full of confidence for guiding organizations towards the new way of working with Agile. The location of the training in the KSM building was also very nice, close to the NDSM harbor on the IJ in Amsterdam center. In addition, I enjoyed the fellow trainees who came from all different organizations and all with different backgrounds, this made it clear that Agile is not just for IT.

Very inspiring training followed at the Scrum Academy. In 4 days you will receive many new insights and tools to make a great start as an Agile Coach. The days fly by mainly due to the alternation of theory, exercises, discussions and practical examples. Want to get started !!!

There is always something to criticize about a training or product, and there is no doubt always room for improvement. The most important thing is constructive and honest feedback. And I gladly give that. I can come up with anything, but I think this training deserves a big, fat ten. Not only the content is very interesting and useful, but especially the trainer and his methodology are top notch. Just the right speed, alternation between theory and practice, stimulating assignments and insights. A young dog with a wealth of experience. In short: the right flow. In addition, I was fortunate to have a varied field of participants with an enormous amount of professional expertise. So here comes a piece of unadulterated and ordinary advertising (and no, I did not know these guys before): the Product Owner training that Jan-Pieter gives at the Scrum Academy is a no-brainer in my opinion: do it!

I followed the Remote Agile Teams training. And the timing was perfect for me. I was just at the beginning of a new agile coaching assignment, when we got the lockdown. This training helped me to help new teams with their agile journey quickly and in a fun way. It was a tightly arranged and above all practical course, and you can immediately apply the tools and resources in your work. Recommended for those who often work with remote teams.

I was already fairly familiar with the Agile Framework, but this training gave me much more insight than the introduction at the time in the department where I worked. In two days you go into the depths often enough, you get lots of practical examples and you do active exercises to make the ideas your own. Good trainers, with a lot of experience and enough room to ask questions and easily submit examples. Definitely recommended if you want to delve into the role of Product Owner!

Agile Coach: what a great training! Good trainer, lots of interaction and learned a lot about agile coaching, but also about how to give good training, how to coach well and effective methodologies that you can use in all kinds of sessions. Even if you work for the (semi-) government a very useful training!

LOADS of theory, tools, tips & "tricks" !! Applause for Jan Pieter (now for our JP). The group was a party . That is absolutely important for the success of this workshop, because you also go into the DEPTH with each other. We even do a "return day" together as LTA . Practicing the perfection game (1 such tool ;-): A fraction more room for "sharing best & worst cases" + deepening the "win / loose" of it would make me 5-STARS. (But well, finding the balance between "time - number of tools - reality cases" is quite a challenge!) Big thanks scrum academy

If you really want to follow an up-to-date and effective Agile Coach Training, then the Scrum Academy training is highly recommended! Also for NON-IT organizations. I have experienced both theory and practice, including exercises, as very valuable and educational ... Compared to other training courses that I have followed through other providers, this is at the top.

Even coordinated with Anton from the Scrum Academy in the preparation what we were looking for. Anton has turned it into an excellent training that meets our wishes and will certainly help us to implement OKRs in the right way within our organization. The working method chosen, using Zoom and Miro, supports an interactive way of working. Fortunately, aftercare is also possible. Thanks to the Scrum Academy and to Anton in particular.

Agile coach training is really a super practical and practice-oriented training. Trainers (Jan-Pieter and Roy) were the right combination for the group. Had a lot of attention for the group itself but also for what was happening. Went home with a lot of energy and ideas.

Followed a Product Owner training online. In four half-days we were guided as a small group (3 people) through all facets of the primary education position in a well-organized manner and under the guidance of an expert coach. There was room for both theory and practical experiences and tips. Because it was mostly interactive, time flew. Recommended for anyone who fulfills or will fulfill the role of Product Owner.

The practice-oriented training to become an Agile Coach is an absolute must. During these 4 days you will be continuously challenged by the active teaching methods. The topics and examples tie in well with practice. An enrichment for anyone who wants to apply useful tools, tips and tricks in practice.

A great interactive training with practical examples in which the questions of the student are adequately answered. It is stimulatingly inspiring what safeguards a natural commitment and where each initiative is more than rewarded. Through "Go First" our instructor JP manages to create a safe and familiar "environment" within which the whole group knows how to excel in initiative and openness. This training is not only a must, a "Must Do". Compliment to JP and to the Scrum Academy.

I have followed a 'Scrum Master Training' at Scrum Academy. Very good and clear training with nice varied work forms. Given by Rose-Anne Dotinga who enthusiastically taught us the basics of scrumming and the accompanying roles. She clearly has a lot of practical experience with Agile working and Scrum. Also in the training much attention and good preparation for the certificate 'PMS1'.
