Ok hotel, convenient for the airport but not very modern and quite tricky to navigate to meeting rooms as the signs aren't helpful or non-existent. Rooms are the usual affair with coffee/tea, hairdryer, iron, tv. Free (if you join Hilton Honors) WiFi is sketchy at best. Beds are comfortable and the aircon is nice but noisy. The best thing about the hotel is the view over the airport runway, if you like that sort of thing...

It s very very important to realize when you read these reviews that this hotel s main selling point is the extremely close proximity to the terminal. Most people assume that this is a 5 star hotel, and it just isn t. Is it older and most likely due for a renovation? Yes. Its a hotel that see s a ton of traffic again due to the proximity to the airport. During the winter, they have only the heat, in the summer just AC. That s my biggest complaint about it, but I ve learned to deal with it when I stay there. The staff is mixed, sometimes you get no attention and attitude if you ask for something, other times they are sweet and are willing to help. Shower pressure is fine, unless you re used to being blown out of the shower at home. There are a ton of hotels around the airport, so if you want something more upscale and are okay with a short shuttle ride- search elsewhere.

The rooms at the Hilton are much cleaner since Covid, they still have options for food and you ll have a decent nights rest for your flight the next day.

High end hotel at reasonable rate that needs better maintenance. Easy check-in, convenient to terminal 1. Room was generally clean but carpet could use steam cleaning. A/C worked well but it turned on and off all night. Could not set the fan to ON like some hotels. Bedside lamp had intermittent switch.

It was so convenient to be so close to our flight. The hotel was clean and pleasing. Staff was polite and service was prompt. Sone services did close or were not open when needed for late arrivals and early departures.

I thought staying at Hilton meant something. I thought being a Hilton Honors program member would mean perks. How about an entire floor reserved from Hilton Honors members meant nice rooms . Think again. The ceiling in my room on the 10th floor looked the cracking ground of a field in an area experiencing a horrible drought. Going to have to think about my hotel choices a little bit harder

Missed my connecting flight to Las Vegas due to mechanical issues with previous flight into Chicago. Airline wa as able to secure a room at this hotel for me they were very accommodating and was able to get me a room close to the elevator and even shuttled me back over to the airport right the door for customer accommodations. Can not say enough about the staff, they made a miserable time comfortable.

Location is great although a hike from the international terminal. Took a bit to get checked in, wasnt offered water even though I am an Honors member. Got some food at the snack store and it was very pricey considering what it was. 1 beer, 1 energy drink, 1 salad, 1 pickle $40 bucks. Room was nice with great view of runway. Bathroom left a lot to be desired, I wouldnt even get in the shower, there was hair in it and black around the top...YUCK. Overall, loved the view and bed was comfy. Room was fairly quiet but I wasnt overly impressed with the hotel. It is great for convenience and if you like to watch planes land and take off, but that is about it.

Very convenient for those just coming in for a quick meeting. Used their meeting room services and some even flew in the morning of instead of staying the night. Excellent convention staff, front desk was hit or miss. Some were friendly and eager to help while others didn't want to be bothered. Overall great meeting and stay. Try to get a room that faces the airport, it is really cool at night!

The airport hotel is centrally located between all three domestic terminals, and convinient service to the international terminal. Service was good, though the rooms could use a refresher. The food at the restaurant and bar were varied and nicely presented. Good comfort food selections for weary travelers. For a short stay, the hotel is fine, and very convinient in that shuttle connections are not necessary for most terminal connections.

Had a decent stay. Hotel is in the airport so that's a big plus. The rooms are small but doable, the gym is nice and the bathroom has good amenities. The only issue I had was the staff in the sports bar (within the hotel). They weren't friendly, hardly gave me a greeting and told me they "ran out of to go containers" so I should order room service. That just seemed odd to me as I was already there. But the rest of my visit was ok.

Old outdated and dusty. I'm a flight attendant and I stay at hotels often. Chicago is home for me, and I'm highly disappointed with this hotel. Bad representation of Chicago. Hotel room is dusty, carpet stained, windows don't open and the hvac is outdated. The hotel is either on heat or air, no individual room settings. Desperate need of updating. No complimentary water. Bathroom outdated and small. C'mon Hilton... Step out up.

Booked this hotel when my flight was rescheduled. Best money I ever spent. The cool thing is that you can walk to it through a series of tunnels and never even have to leave the airport. Nice quiet room. Check-in was a bit congested because a lot of other travelers had been rescheduled, but they got us through in pretty good time. Nice view of the airport from the 10th floor.

This is an absolutely great Hotel for having to spend a night or two at the airport. I am not giving it 5 stars because of the extremely high price but the impact is that it's the only Hotel at ohare where you can literally walk out the door and into the terminal. They have a host of amenities that I doubt most people have a chance to make use of. The restaurants the fitness Lounge the huge number of rooms, I'll make this a great airport hotel choice, if you can afford it

I will not stay at this location again.

I will not stay at this location again.

Check-in which is suppose to be easy with the app was HORRENDOUS!

I used the Hilton app to check-in but was advised through the app to STILL go to the check-in center to receive my digital key for my room.

I advised the front desk that I had already checked in but they still wanted to charge my card. After swiping my card once, I was told by the check-in person that the transaction didn't go through. She left without explaining anything for 10mins.

I logged into my bank account, saw that there was a pending transaction and tried to advise that the payment was already posted.

The staff member left again and when she came back, told me that the transaction went through.

I checked my account a second time and then saw TWO PENDING TRANSACTIONS for the same amount. -_-

I asked to speak to a supervisor, showed her both chargers and she nonchalantly stated that the first transaction was declined... I showed her the pending charge on my phone and asked her how is that possible when its clear as day that there are two charges showing.

She stated that this was an issue with my bank and to call them.

I called my bank and they confirmed that the hotel charged the account twice.

I am beyond disgusted with the incompetence of the front desk staff member and then the nonchalant attitude of the manager. Neither took responsibility for the mistake.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON HOTEL. TRAVEL INTO THE CITY. AT LEAST YOU WILL GET THE SERVICE THAT YOU DESERVE.

4 Star my ass! More like I didn't get my GED!

The walls are unbelievably thin, which I would expect at like a Super 8, but not at a $300 per night Hilton. The guy next door listened the loud music or had the tv blasting starting around 3 am. Obviously it isn't the hotel's fault this guy was loud, but the walls were so thin, it became quite a disturbance and I got very little sleep.

Sorry for the long review but here are things you should know. After being forced to stay an extra day due to flight cancellations, I booked 2 rooms using the app $477 each. When we checked in there was a huge line. Of course their system was down. Our room wasnt ready so I got a down grade from business to a regular king but no refund because the system was down. Finally got to my room and it was really hot. Tried to turn down the heat but it just kept getting hotter. Opened the window the 2 inches allotted but because it s by the airport all you can smell are the fumes of Diesel and Av gas. Went to take a shower and my towel was smaller and harder than I was used to at other Hilton s. It was also stained. Called for Room Service and they no longer use the late night menu. The internet is not adequate and it takes way to long to get on so I just used my cellular data. They have no vending machines and they don t have the complimentary coffee. You can get a bottle of water. Had this been a $200 room it would have been one thing. I could have taken a taxi to the Hampton inn and been In more comfortable circumstances and had more money in my wallet. Don t stay here unless someone else is paying for it and you have no other options.

Positive:

Positive:
- Location
- room design
- Noise emissions from the airport low.

Negative:
- no Wi-Fi in the room
- Breakfast is a joke for the price. Incl. arrogant receptionist
- for a hotel of this size were only three at the front desk = long wait to check in.
- No sound-absorbing room doors. From the corridor you can hear everything.

Did not stay in any of the rooms as this was just a lay over flight for me. Or maybe I was waiting on my ride. Regardless my wife was with me, and we landed after six and a half hours being stuck in airports and planes. We walked to the CTA card vending machines because i forgot to bring my Ventra for this trip and was affronted with fifteen terminals thirty people deep. There is no way that was going to happen. Not the Hilton's fault, although it's in their favor: we now had a welcome detour. The hotel is immaculate inside and enormous. Fear and Loathing would love the interior. Eight banks of elevators showing which destination each is at in the lobby, and the huge restaurant bar at the end. We sat at the "sports bar"with decent sized and amount of televisions, and ordered a couple beers (they offer local pint vs 22oz options here) and a good looking menu of local food as well. We selected lake perch & chips. The lake perch on Michigan is one of the greatest white fish in the world, which they local beer battered and fried perfectly. The service was great, tons of room for your luggage. The bar is heavy into sports, prepare to see jerseys and ESPN on tv. The restaurant is a very large lush setting. The beers and food are worth it for the price you're passing for sure. Meet and chat with your neighbors they're super friendly.

We thought that correspondence of the front desk should be a little more polite, but is connected to airport and is very convenient. I would like to use it again because I can transfer in the U.S. and return to the next morning.

No internet for the time we stayed there......the hotel was fine. It feels like it could be due for a refresh but definitely not worn out. It is very convenient if you need a night before going downtown or elsewhere and priced right for it.
