A quiet, cool, shady place, just perfect for a visit

A little bit old in general. We got a renovated room in the garden wing.
Breakfast is so-so with the same menu everyday, hotel standard but not anything above expectations from a novotel.

Great place for Dulu Vacation, lots of activity, great breakfast. Get the BEACH Kabana if possible. Sunrise from bed and best evening ambience .

Location is nice and the room a great with a comfy bed. Beach front.

There are some overall maintenance issues, airconditioning room 326 is so noisy. A frequent service and cleaning will do, but because the indoor unit is hanging in a difficult place they probably not in the mood to reach it.

In the night there are many broken lights on the property, this you wouldn t expect from a 4 -5 star hotel.

Now in quiet times they should have engineering can check with only a 15-20 % occupancy.

The mattresses on the beach loungers have quite a few broken covers, it looks sad and this is quite noticeable..... weird they leave it like this.

I like that they don t play music in the general areas all day long.

Pool, gym, breakfast staff is really great. Especially the staff is amazing. There are enough beds and places to relax en enjoy a good holiday.

I live in Bali and probably will come back.

Staff weren't friendly compared to other resorts in Bali. The guy at the entrance didnt even help us unload or load our bags, he just stood chatting away while my wife and I carried our luggage. Rooms are satisfactory, nothing great. Everything was satisfactory, it's just the staff were really unprofessional.

They had a promo for the foods.. we tried rice bowls with beef black pepper and kungpao chicken with only IDR 25K Each.. very good taste.. you guys should try..
Too bad this covid situation pushes all the hotels and accomodation services in the area try hard to survive and one of the best way for keeping the bill paid was like novotel benoa did to survive with food's promo..

great hotel, wonderful holiday in bali, the room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, the bed clean and comfort, hotel was clean, nice and friendly houseman, good interior, thw wifi is good, very pleasant stay here for a week, someday we will come back here again.

House keeping is a good cleaner and very attentive to detail

Our 3rd visit since we had a kid, now 4 yrs old (we've been to other places in tj benoa before).The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and sincere, they become our family since our first visit. Foods and other facilities are nice as well.
The only thing that worry us is the beach, now it became shorter to the sea, compared to our last visir 20 monts ago. So, if you look a warm, nice and cozy hotel in this area, this could be the one.

Although cleaning staff is friendly, there is no trash can in room terrace. Food provided has strange taste for most local people

Friendly staff, nice and cozy place to stay, resort style, there's 3 swimming pools in the resort. You can hire car with driver through hotel and you can go everywhere, dinner buffet along the beach is nice

The service is friendly, thanks for upgrading our rooms which are close to the beach, moms at Bfast are very friendly even though they are more than 30 years old but still enthusiastic, FO staff is very friendly, Well Recommended

That the hotel is separated from a main road, is a bit suboptimal, but still well resolved. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfactory.
The room (especially the bathroom) but needed renovation. The room layout and equipment (cabinets, shelves, etc.) left a lot to be desired.
Overall, a pleasant stay!

we stayed here after a holiday from lombok, the atmosphere was very different from in lombok, we were very happy to be in this hotel, the facilities were quite complete, there wasn't anything missing from what we needed, the staff was very nimble, the rooms were nice and clean, the beach was pretty good, next year we will come back again here

Very good hotel and close to the beach. good facilities with clean and neat rooms, with good service especially from HK staff who are polite and friendly.

Good hotel. Access to the beach, swimming pools on the territory, kitchen standards, various events are held for guests. The area is also normal, there are a couple of good rests nearby, bars for every taste, but with clubs it s not very good, you need to go to other places, but riding a bike in Bali at night is already very nice. In general, I liked it here.

Beautiful accommodation, bed with the topper has been great! Disappointed in the fact that the advertised buffet has not been run all week and that there has been zero live entertainment or even music played in the al a carte restaurant during meal times. Would stay again very convenient location and good facilities.

My second stay at this hotel. Reasonable rate for such facilities. Good breakfast. Late checkout. Would be nice to have better aircon.

Bad maintainance of Rooms, amenities.
You may want TO FIX 623 toilet as their Jetwashers are Broken! Water heater cant be adjusted you can get cold water so you will just burn your skin with the EXTRA HOT showers. Room is FULL OF mosquitos beware you might get a Dengue if you stays here. Because those Mosquitoes are alot.
Linen have lots of marks and disgusting. Water are salty i dont think water boiler will be useful, no Amenities provided in the room! Really 4 stars hotel and you still need to hide those small details. Aircon are so-so but they seriously need to be cleaned.

However the bright side are
Staff's are genuinely polite and dependable.
Breakfast are good. However to little choices. Good overall. Pools are nice.

This makes At least 2 stars from me.

I stayed here with my wife and our son for 2 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and great a/c. We opted for the standard garden veiw room wich if we were to go again we would probably book the beach side room as they look a bit nicer and closer to the restaurant and beach. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, The only down sides i personally found was the wifi was too slow for me which didn't really matter as i use a local sim card. The pool looked a bit old (chipped missing tiles) with no swim up bar but if you wanted a drink the staff were more than happy to bring you one, however in that being said it was still clean and there is a kiddy section 0.4M deep. There was an excellent choice for breakfast but if you can get it included in your room rate thats the way to go. All in all a very clean and friendly environment and would definitely stay there again.

Surprisingly charming for a huge hotel. Good selection of food for breakfast, staff are polite and efficient, and the bed is the best!

Healthy Eating Water Sports 1A

Ideal for those looking for a hotel for water sports and Club Med style. But for authenticity past your path (tourist park). The rooms are ok but they lack storage and not enough isolated, suddenly you hear all. If you are looking for calm damage. The hotel offers a themed buffet in the evening, we tested it expensive and not tasty. Also the hotel is out of all the interesting places to see. There are still some qualities: a staff of great kindness to yours and very professional and the breakfast buffet is great.
