The hotel building is rather old, the view is lacking

The place is far from the noise of the city, very comfortable

Staffs are very helpful, polite and friendly, but the facilities seems old and not very well maintenance, so I think its not worth the price anymore.

There are new rooms (across the hotel) and the old rooms, so I suggest you book for the new rooms. We were staying at the Tropical Terrace, and the toilet cannot flush properly, I think they have some problems with the sewer. (Even in the new rooms, also the toilet cannot flush properly). And at night there was no lighting outside our room.

For the same room rate, I prefer to stay at a newer Hotel. I think the management should pay more attention about maintaining the facilities.

A good hotel with quite complete facilities. The comfort and safety of the hotel is good with the beach blending into the hotel courtyard at the back.

If you want to have a more pleasant experience, you can choose the type of villa that has a private pool, jacuzzi, bale-bale, outdoor living room, 2 TVs, DVD player, Audio System, large sofa, tableware, refrigerator, etc.

the hotel separated by road, our room across the road, so if we wan to go the beach we can across the road, but its okay no problem, we has nice room for our family room, the room not big but not to small, the bedroom is clean and tidy, the bath room clean, we has nice garden view, we hope another day we came here and we chose the beach side

Fantastic hotel, with 3 sets of swimming pools, one facing the ocean, and two opposite the road with bar. Great facility include tennis court, day care for the kids. Friendly staff, we get upgraded to Family room with extra lounge and bunk bed for the kids with PS2 entertainment systems.
There is a bar restaurant by the beach allowing you to enjoy the relaxing private beach atmosphere. The swimming pools comes with safety vests and you can even get the sea kayak for free to go exploring the ocean within limited radius. The beach is wide when the tide is low, but sometimes littered with sea weeds. When the tide is high the water comes all the way up. You can walk from the hotel to where the water activities are (para sailing, sea walking, banana boat, snorkeling and even scuba diving).

A hotel that is suitable for families and children. There is a place for children to do activities and play, near the beach and the atmosphere is calm ..

we stay here about a week..the staff very nice, good environment, nice room for the villa, we have private pool, wifi is good, the food are variate, we're very enjoy our stay in this hotel..we're coming back again next holiday..thanks..

Very nice hotel with a traditional balinese atmosphere, with beautiful gardens and fish ponds. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was never any issue with crossing the road as there was always a very attentive security guard there to assist. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the swimming pools and the wonderful location right on the beach. It was difficult to get the kids to leave the hotel as there was always something they wanted to do, be it a kid's club activity, pool game or group fitness activity offered by the hotel staff. We would be back tomorrow if only we could!

We bought all inclusive services, only icecream by the pool, breakfast, and other diverse things weren't included. Lunch was like you could order one simple course from the menu card.We bought late checkout package, to leave the room at 6:00 PM, at 5:59 they closed the door on us remotely, while we were still in the room. Asked for help for booking the seats, they requested to pay for the phonecall to the airport... they asked for no deposit at checkin, so they demanded to pay every bill at the reception, which was like 100 meter away from the beach bar. They have charged everything in local money, but they put the bill in US Dollars, of course they calculated at selling rate. there were several other problems, list had been sent to management. Staff barely spoke english. Will never go back there.

The room is good. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast menu is varied and varied. The most favorite is the swimming pool. There are fish tanks that are close to the shoreline so you can immediately swim to the beach if you want. The morning, time and a good spot to enjoy the sunrise. Cool .. !!!

Hotel located in a quiet location.
It promotes some entertainment where guests and visitors can watch and participate. Reasonable quality price.
If you are thinking and doing the beach and forgetting, the one that serves the hotel is highly polluted due to the countless boats that provide countless water sports services there.

in the best type room, but the staff is very indifferent to being busy alone, I seem to be ignored.
almost 40 minutes of waiting without clarity and until now I am still sitting waiting, the staff told me not to wait, I just sat in the chair now and stopped.
While writing this and seeing the staff until they realize that there is a customer waiting in front of them !!!!!
