On the aging side of things but still a pretty good location and good value for the money

very nice holiday, nice hotel with beach view, nice beach, nice villa..the villa big enough with private pool.. they have floating bfast, clean and tidy bedroom, clean bathup, good wifi, nice and friendly staff

Good place for family vacation. Polite, helpful and professional service. Good rooms and villas. Lots of activities in the hotel: sup boards, canoe, bicycles, pool games. Great breakfast. Good quiet neighborhood. Comparing to Kuta it is more relaxed and safe here. Minutes: expensive restaurant, room service could be better, open lobby without air conditioning.

Wonderful place, the staff can not do enough for us, the place is heavenly, I highly recommend Camille who is a French at the reception, she gives very good advice on the visits and uses of Balinese, in short hotel to highly recommend

4-star hotel, good local architecture, a little thick due to limited space. negative point is the beach / sea sacrificed. the town of Benoa is all like that. better the next Nusa Dua where there are better hotels.
I wouldn't come back here ,. unless you have budget problems.

Super nice hotel. I love it. Everyone is very friendly. The room is clean, aircon very cold, kids friendly place. I love this place. Breakfast is yummy too. I will return again to this hotel.

We stayed here for 12 nights and loved it. The hotel was always clean and the staff is very friendly. Quite, not a party hotel. The surrounding area wasn't super busy either.

Novotel Bali Benoa is a really cozy and wonderful hotel. The staffs are so nice and friendly. I also really enjoyed the beach and the bar.

This place is amazing!
The accommodation is beautiful, we stayed in a villa on the beach side of the resort and it was so quiet and spacious. We had our own little front garden, a deck with some deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Inside was a spacious room and a bathroom that was just as big as the bedroom with a comfy bathtub and other bathroom facilities.
We had buffet breakfast every morning, the food was delicious and widely catered for. On my birthday they even brought me a birthday cake and sang happy birthday to me while I was eating my breakfast.
There were several pools so there was always plenty of space for all the guests, and several places to eat and have some drinks.
There is a spa on site and while it was a little more expensive than going to a place on the side of the road, it was still reasonably priced and very relaxing.
The resort also has daily activities such as yoga and massage lessons, they have a timetable on every day. Also if you want to leave the resort and go to the nearby shopping centre there is a free bus that will pick you up outside the hotel.
Neither me or my friend wanted to leave the resort during our stay there, it has everything you need to have a relaxing stay and if you're not concerned about the cost of the food purchased at the resort then you really don't have to leave at all.

It's a nice hotel. It could be kept a lot cleaner though, especially in the restaurant which is regularly full of bugs like cockroaches and ants. Nice rooms on the beach side of the hotel. Mattresses are dated and hard in the rooms across the street. Also a worm in our food at the pool bar accross the street...can happen, but not combined with the other bugs in the restaurant...just more hygiene would do the trick ;) Friendly staff all over though!
Update after a week: more cockroaches in the sugarpots of other guests, when asked for a clean place mat, the restaurant personnel just flips them over (I hear the roaches laughing in the ribbons of the table). It's a culture of hiding the problem instead of solving it for real. If nobody complains, no problem gets solved.

Touristic and luxurious hotel. The famous breakfast is indeed worth talking about. I'll hold one star because of the service: we stay with a family but could not get adjecent rooms, very inconveniant with young children. They also didn't tell about a the option of a family room.
Further staff is friendly.

Because you can't rate something lower. We only ate and drank here. Hadn't left the place and we were completely and thoroughly sick. 7 days of gastro illness. Terrible hygiene standards. Drove us away to another Hotel in Nusa Dua for our sanity. Yuck, horrible, never stay here!

The swimming pool is very attractive, the rooms are clean especially the bathroom ... My family is very happy to stay in this hotel with friendly staff

The bathrooms are nice and clean, the beach is nice with white sand, the breakfast is a lot of choices, the staff are friendly

The beach side Villa is absolutely amazing. Wonderful buffet style breakfast in the morning and events throughout the day and evening have made the vacation an amazingly relaxing place to be.

best experiences i never forgotten...the hotel was good, room was clean and tidy, our room large enough for family room, we had bunk bed for the kids, the kids club is good..they have many activity, the pool so nice, we love it..

Lively little resort right on the beach. Can't get enough of the sun, surf and service. Facilities slightly dated but no complaints here.

Have to say that we stayed here last year for a week and again this year for a week and the difference was incredible.
This hotel had the Gaul to ask us upon check out if we consumed any drinking water , to which we responded "what drinking water".
Last year we got slippers and robes this year home. And we paid $70.00 More per night than last year.
As for cleanliness ,big decline from last year.
How can a hotel of this calibre charge so much more for so much less.

Really great hotel, the atmosphere, the staff especially the breakfast variety..

3 nights stay in their 2 bedroom villa (the most expensive) with delayed checked in (have to wait for 4 hours), extra bonus of leaking roof, floods, they gave late check out (1600) as compensation, but in the end they are trying to take it back. This hotel is so far away from Novotel standards.

water almost hit my laptop, fortunately I'm aware of this and manage to take it right away.

I checked in on 1/6/2019 and was served by a trainee receptionist with a yellow shirt with teeth.
The whole process is manual, going back and forth back and forth and back and forth again asking the next table to see the file (CCTV check), but you should buy online, of course, the process can be faster.

Brackish water, sink water is not appropriate for brushing teeth.

Outdoor breakfast menu can be few and expensive because I have to pay 190 thousand / person.

Check out was served by a grayish receptionist with 1: D dislodged front teeth

Deserve yourself to wear a five-star hotel with rates above 1 million / night.
Look, mess with your fellow five-star competitors, whose service and hotel conditions are much better so that when peak seasons is fully booked.

Feel comfort, first time warmly welcomed by the staff receptionist. Welcome drink with refreshing rsss juice. Friendly and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms, very impressed and definitely back again!

A very nice complex, extensive with activities, several bars and restaurants (poor quality for food except breakfast). Nevertheless for a hotel of this standard we expect an impeccable cleanliness. This is not the case, fan, air conditioning, very dirty and worn joints ...

Location is amazing. Beach front is gorgeous. Breakfast to die for. The in-pool pool bar was an absolute YES from us. Our only criticisms would be that the rooms and some of the exterior could do with a minor facelift, the plumbing in the rooms should be corrected as we could hear regular gulping coming from the bathroom each night whilst trying to sleep. And perhaps some sound proofing of rooms. The making up of rooms each day probably should have had more attention to detail too. Overall though, a really lovely hotel in an absolutely perfect location!

Stayed here for 5 days. Received a complimentary photo shoot as well. Only bad thing was we were placed in rooms across the road from the main Hotel foyer. But there was a guard to help us cross the road everytime. So we would love to stay here again.

Spending 2 days stay in this villa wasn't a bad choice during this time. Far from the crowd and the hustle bustle for a while by relaxing in this tropical villa. Our villa is located in Tanjung Benoa about 25 minutes from airport. We can enjoy stunning sunrise from Novotel beach area. We love playing in the Villa's Jaccuzi!! Novotel Villa (our room's type is 1 bed room villa) which provides us a huge living room wt TV, after working we can just chillin on the living room. For us, lil bit minus is for their breakfast is too small portion and no many options.

Facilities that are very qualified and suitable for families children are very fond of all kinds of games provided by Kids Club, clean and neatly arranged rooms and spacious bathrooms make that comfort more and more we want to recommend this hotel to our family and relatives and friends and friends
