A very beautiful place. Beach friendly staff are clean, there are many variations of brakfast and clean rooms with complete facilities

The hotel is very beautiful. There are 2 pools, one that is family friendly and the other is quieter (for sunbathing etc.)
The staff is very very welcoming, smiling, adorable!
The only negative is that the sheets of the bed are not changed every day (but every 3 days), the staff sometimes forget to put towels for hair or bottles of water ...
Otherwise nothing to say, we really recommend this hotel!

Our stay supposed to be in the deluxe room, but then there was a miscommunication. So our room is not ready. So they give us complimentary to upgrade our room to the villa beach front for free for one night. the Spa is superb... Food was great.. fully recomended...

This hotel is everything I wanted!

Ambiance:
Island vibe 100% The main building, including lobby, bar & restaurant, is an open structure. When you walk up the stairs you see straight through to the ocean. Orchids and other tropical flowers abundant, with a soft musical ambiance.

Service:
5 stars! All staff is very friendly, helpful and genuinely kind.

Pool:
There are three pools. One with a swim-up bar. One resembling a typical rectangular pool, if you want to do laps (or not) and one right by the ocean, with build in rock shallows were you can lay, partially in water and enjoy the sun, two cabanas, a little waterfall and a bubbly area. Think jacuzzi without the change in temperature.

Rooms:
We had a standard, garden view, room. Everything was clean. Great water pressure on the hand-held portion of the shower, which makes washing long hair a breeze.

Food:
We had breakfast at the buffet. A great assortment of various different cuisines, from local specialties, over Indian, European, to cereal and milk. Everything was available.

The resort is lovely. Interm of location and service. The food was really good and value for money. The staff was helpfull, care and friendly. All is lovely.

Reasonably priced nice older resort away from the crowds in Bali.

I come to Bali because there was a study tour of the school and I really liked this hotel very comfortable once peaceful and proper placement of the rooms looks like they are very attentive to all her things I therefore very grateful to be able to Bali and stay at this hotel

Booked 5night stay with four kids ranging from a teenager, preschooler and infant. We stayed in the beach front villa. Despite the minor problems such as plumbing/leaks/cracks in the wall (allowing draft) the villa would most probably be the highlight of the resort! To have the privacy of your own pool, and just a stone throw away from the beach was a genuine treat for our kids. The staff are warm and friendly and the hotel's eco choices (paper straws, biodegradable banana leaf food wraps, free- trade toiletries ) were all incredibly uplifting.. My kids loved kids club and their daily activities and the helpful staff would go out of their way to entertain the kids so we can enjoy our breakfast!!! All the little things that make this resort "kid-friendly." Thank you Novotel Benoa for the great service

Pretty fun. I'm ok ... just watch so the flies don't sit on it. Cleanliness in the pool area should be improved. Others are enough.

Greatest Lobby lounge with balinese compund style and friendly reception team

While staying in Benoa, we went6 one evening to dine at a5y Novotel as a loyal customer of the Accor group hotels.
That evening there was the Balinese buffet, the buffet was very honorable, the dishes very well presented and delicious,
In addition a dance performance was offered that evening to complete the typical buffet atmosphere.
The staff are very attentive, attentive and very friendly.
The setting of the establishment is magnificent whether it is the part on the sea side or the part located on the other side of the road, very beautiful architecture on both sides.
An establishment where we inevitably want to come back to stay.

First accommodated in a Deluxe room on the street side, we chose a Beach Villa. We did well: space, comfort of a pleasant villa. And then, a little extra pleasure, last night in a Pool Villa: Wow! Calm, private swimming pool, rest and softness of an outdoor balneotherapy bath! Simply luxurious;)

Their friendly and innocent smiles make you realise that you are in bali heaven.

Breakfast and lunch by the pool could not be any better.

Breakfast chef,Sukaseni, is exceptional.
Remember our order from the first day and make great omelette everyday. Her smile is the brightest in Bali.

Room and all other facility in hotel are clean, functional and practical.

Strongly recommend to use Bali benoa if you like to explore real Bali.

The experience of Rawaaaa location and scenery and meetings in front of the sea and services and buffet breakfast is very wonderful and you can trade tanks of the sea after you agree with someone and he comes to your site ........
The captain is tired of being there and pouring at the windows.

We came here from Ubud and wanted to get out of here right away.
We arrived at noon. Check-in was not yet possible as our room was just being cleaned. So we waited a little longer. When we saw the room we were shocked. It stank extremely and the bed was stained.
The bathroom was also not very clean and there were used cups. In addition, there was a mega moldy washcloth under the sink and everything was full of mold.
After we complained about this, we were assured that the room would be cleaned again.
The only thing that was cleaned again was not the bed anymore! Here we asked for another room. But this was not free until the next day. We are happy if we come back here!

Novotel is one of my favourite hotel.This hotel located in Benoa, Bali. This hotel have classic styles, and the room design is nice like a cottage. This hotel have many facilities like swimming pool, kids club, restaurant, bar, and a private beach. Also all the staff in here is friendly and good service.

We spent an unforgettable time here. The place itself and the staff were impeccable to us. We were definitely looking for a modern but at the same time traditional hotel and fully met our criteria.

Cons: Tea set and toiletries are not provided, must be by request.
Malam2 ask for tea, what comes only teabags, coffee and sugar, brought by hand, not a tray.
Call again asking for tools, only glasses that come, ask for a spoon so I wait again.

we booked a beach cabana, one of the rooms with the best view and access belonging to Novotel Bali Benoa ..
From our room we directly face the beach and have a private daybed so we can enjoy the beach from the front of the room ..

Not only that, from this room direct access to the swimming pool makes this room perfect ..

This is what made us, who originally only intended to stay 1 night to 2 nights ... really made us feel at home ..

On arrival you feel very welcome. Everything is explained to you right away and if help is needed, help is provided. No matter in what matters. Rooms are very modern but traditional and cozy at the same time. Cleanliness is also given :) Breakfast and other food are always at a high level. During the stay, I can only recommend a massage in the spa area, because you feel like a new person.

All the services are great! My son loves being here and asking for a repeat Especially all the staffs, they are so lovely and helpful. The beach staffs are very hands on with the kids (superb!! ). Love all the lovely staffs thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Very courteous and attentive staff. The area is west-facing touristy - but you can get there without having to search for the official taxis. Large breakfast buffet and changing evening events with barbecue and traditional themes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in each room freely adjustable. Unbeatable services--friendly and helpful staffs are everywhere. It actually has two buildings, one is on the beach front and one is across the street. Nice, cozy and relaxing room, with a sofa that can be turned as extra bed plus a daybed at the terrace.

Very expensive food and drinks, neat and large rooms, castle for tourists to pass through, beach only large stones and would advise against going into the water here. Breakfast but very good. Please eat outside.

A weeks we stayed in this hotel..we had good experieces here..good resort, nice room very traditional, clean room and bathroom, very nice beach.

During booking process, Reservation sent me wrong confirmation letter so I pointed it out and she revised it straight away. However Receptionist charged me upon check in based on the previous confirmation letter. The system was not updated after RSV made new confirmation letter. So it was taking more than 30min to come to room even we have 1 kid & 1 baby...
In restaurant on breakfast time, my hubby sat down with a baby and I came a while later. Nobody approached them at all then I looked for a baby chair by myself and brought it to the table. Right after I reached the table, Waitress came and said " kursi nya 1 aja, mau lagi?". for who?? I said "No thank you" then she had gone and nobody came to set up lunchon mat and cutlery until I asked.
on Dinner time, there was buffet but no beverage at all in buffet so tried to order glasses of water but Waitress said "tidak ada, yang ada nya sparkling aja". You force babies to drink sparkling water?
Just after checked in, towels are only for 3 pax so I asked to bring 5 sets more. But Housekeeing put only 3 sets only again on cleaning up service on the next day.
My daughter bought an ice cream by the pool and asked spoon. Waitress said that " ada Garpu aja". How can we eat ice cream by fork?
Waiter by pool told wrong opening hours of buffet for the night. Lucky I asked to Host so didn't miss it..
Basically most of staffs has no attention or brain to anticipate guests needs. Service levels are 3 stars so service charge should be 5 % or less.

This Hotel atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Staff who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
