We stayed here for 4 nights with other family members. The hotel is stunning, with a lot of care and attention to everything. Right from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with comfortable bed, lots of pillows, a huge sofa, writing desk etc. The balcony had very comfortable loungers. The bathroom and dressing area had lots of room, with nice toiletries. Plenty of bottled water was also provided. The breakfasts choices were vast and delicious. It was also stunning in the evening to sit outside amongst all the garden lamps. The Bar was a fabulous place for a drink and light snack or meal. The staff were lovely. We had a few treatments at the spa which we enjoyed a lot. a beautiful property with excellent service. We would have been happy to have stayed a few more nights! Definitely worth a return trip and recommended highly.

we stayed 5 days here after from Ubud ... very different from the cool weather to the heat of the beach ... the place is nice, can see the beach, the room is big enough for our little family ... the room is clean and neat, there is a bathtub, lots of kids activities so we can be alone ..

The location is in Benoa which is famous for water tourism. The hotel area is separated by highways, spacious rooms, friendly staff and complete facilities.

It was our first time staying at Novotel Benoa, i made a mistake on booking by book beach side room instwad of beach view.
Nevertheless, it was good to stay at benoa novotel, we like the room thou, my son and daughter also like the room especially room has a showet at front yard which made us cleaning ourself after playing at the beach

Move away from the crowd, if you are bored, the daily activity at the hotel can go to watersports or restaurants around the hotel, or to sea turtle breeding ... which makes a minus if you get noisy neighbors from original China, like to knock the main door off

3 swimming pools and beach side... so awesome.. the lobby, lounge, restaurant, beach side sofas.. makes you really relax and enjoying the time during day and even at evening.... easy to find online taxi as well. It is so indonesian, and very friendly staffs. Exclusive beach makes it clean and feel more private

One time a few months ago I felt very irritated at all with a male recepsionist dressed in Balinese custom aged around 25 years who I consider less responsive. This is because I asked him 3 times in a span of 10-15 minutes and what guests would I pick up to move hotels from here while giving their names out of the room yet he still answered "no, sir, please wait" until the time has passed shows the check out time, 12.00. noon.
Finally my cellphone rang, from my office, asking where I was at that time. The guest was ready in the lobby to call my office saying that they were ready in the lobby and it was time to leave but no one was to pick him up.
When I arrived at the lobby an hour earlier I had noticed a pair of guests like a husband and wife chatting there. The big tall man, shaggy, seems to have a cold again because there is a lot of tissue paper on their table while the women look rather small for a westerner. There is no way this guest that I picked up aside was still too early to look more Arab, not European, Greek, to be exact.
It turned out that they were guests that I had to pick up for me to move to the Nandini Jungle Resort hotel in Payangan.
After apologizing for the delay I found them, so we departed from there. I reported per telephone to the office that we are now on the way to Nandini.
Fortunately, my guests feel happy, satisfied staying in a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel on the edge of a beautiful white sandy beach in the Tanjung Benoa region. "All perfect" they said. "We're satisfied to stay here," they continued. "We're looking forward anciously to staying on the next hotel in the jungle," they said.
Before leaving the hotel the receptionist might find out that I was very annoyed with him as he walked away from his station perhaps for a lunch break.
OK Nobody is perfect. A piece of experience working on the road. Not really a big deal. One bad experience will not ruin another thousand successes.

The first time we stayed spent a lot of time at the pool, there were three complete swimming pool facilities and every morning the instructor would invite his guests to do the stretching, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable

Fun, good service. There needs to be maintenance of damaged wooden and sanitary floors. The white sand is not long enough.

Everybody of the staff makes greetings pleasant. Once you arrive at the hotel, we recommend foot massage.

Lovely room... Have private bigger balcony with sofa and really an extraordinary highly recomended to stay in deluxe room.. Clean bath room.

In general, it was not bad, until huge cockroaches began to appear in the room! 2 times 3 pieces!
Therefore, the Hotel can no longer cost the money it asks for, and, of course, not the level of 4 stars.
We will write to the commission to double-check everything here. You can not do it this way.

Colorful, at breakfasts, local live Mouzon dudes lobby meditative. But for children, only the basement, where it is very cold and there is nothing for them to do. Kick-off prices are high! But they are everywhere like that, except for local chains of cafes a la kfc where you can eat for 200 rubles and locals eat only there.
And by design, everything is cool. Lots of water with fish, all kinds of pools. Sorry there is no hammam. There is no point in doing spa here, on the street it is 5 times cheaper)
I put 4 because the children's room is not direct, but for us this is very important!

Situated in a fabulous location with its own private beach, it offers all the water sports activities available right at your disposal. Has 3 pools, a gym, massage facilities, tennis court, media room, restaurant with a wide selection of food to choose from. Close proximity to other venues. Room was tidy and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, however upon closer inspection the hotel appears to be showing its age and needs some renovations and maintenance. If you can overlook the small details then it is a pleasant hotel to stay for a short getaway.

The first time staying facilities for children are complete
The food varies, the bed is very comfortable, contains a bath tub and is very privacy, the restaurant is equipped with kids coners and there is a kid club that is also very comfortable And the kids really like it

A fantastic hotel with 3 swimming pools and we are free to choose it for swimming, with clean and spacious rooms, many breakfast choices, fast check-in and out process, friendly staff.

The rooms are very good, clean, comfortable. The environment is neat and beautiful. Only bathroom equipment that is incomplete such as: no toothbrush + paste, but so fast to the room attendant Swari, the service is fast. very pleasant.

Clean, spacious, beautiful, with sufficient activities and friendly staff. Slightly more impersonal than in a small hotel, but you know that when you go to a chain. Water activities in the sea in the morning and late afternoon as the water drains far away around noon. The food was also varied due to the different theme nights. Prices rather to European standard, which is therefore a disadvantage since you are in Asia.

We had a bungalow with a private small yard and outdoor shower, large room with large bathroom and good air conditioning. The place is beautiful with a lot of tropical plants and threes. Very good pool with 6 places to take sun bath right in the pool and Jacuzzi. Also, there is well separated area of kids which my boy enjoyed since the morning till the evening. The beach is not large but the sea is not deep and you can walk longer in the water. There are places on the beach and out of it for your choice. There are 3 kayaks available for free to have nice trips through the area and watch fish and plants in the sea. The restaurant is nice and have good cuisine. we had just breakfast but is was great - diversity of fruits, croissants, cakes, and drinks, combination of continental and local dishes. We enjoyed it every morning. Every evening they have shows and thematic dinners. There a plenty of restaurants in the area to have dinner and even lunch. Also, there is an official money exchange office just outside the hotel to use. There is a gym but it is a bit small for the number of equipment available. Internet was very poor and unstable - even if we had premium pack i couldn't do much. It was restricted to 2 devices and it took hours to switch one of my phones to use the laptop. Also, at the restaurant they have been running out of clean glasses every morning and people were waiting for them. Good place anyway.

Everyone is excellent and I haighly recommendit! But there's one thing, the toilet and shower water is SALTY!

The buffe and the music were perfect. Eka and Dwi were very serviceminded and welcoming.
