The service crashed, I do not recommend it for gaming since the signal is not accurate you are paying 15 mega and when you do the test on cell phone you have 3 downloads and as one of 1 Upload and the prices of the cheapest rate are incredibly high for the very few megabytes they give you.
An example with liberty with $ 50 you pay for 100 megabytes
And with Neptune with $ 80 you pay like 5 megabytes is absurd ..

THE WORSE SERVICE EVER...just about everyday my husband calls to get it working again...WE TAKE OUR PHONES OFF WIFI (THANK GOODNESS WE HAVE UNLIMITED INTERNET PLAN WITH AT&T)...THE ONLY DEVICE WE ARE ABLE TO USE AT ONE TIME IS 1 TABLET...WE PAY A HIGH PRICE OF $90.00 PER MONTH PLUS $600.00 FOR THE EQUIPMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEPTUNO EVER TO NO ONE...I HAVE 4 MONTHS TO GO, CONSIDERING IN PAYING OFF THE DEBT & MOVING ON WITH LIBERTY.

Our circuit # is 12726, since this past Friday the speed has been unstable and poor, it has ranged from a mega to a maximum of 14. when we have hired a 20 and the worst thing is that one cannot get the answer telephone

I've been calling this week to get information on their residential services and is a waste of time. The first time the lady answered the phone she got my information and told me that Efrain Miranda was going to call me back since he was attending other customers at that moment. Its been 5 days and im still waiting for his call. That same day I called back like three times and nobody answered the phone. The next morning I called back and I spoke to a lady again and she said that Miranda was still backed up in work and that he was going to call the people that he couldn't call the day before. I'm still waiting for his call today. if this is like this to sell their services I cannot imagine what it is for their support. Too bad.

They are not professionals and they charge someone else. They are rogues. They cut off your internet so you can overpay them. Don't fall for this.

I called the sales department a few weeks ago to get information about residential services. You really get a bad vibe when they tell you that they can t help you because the sales rep is out to lunch. Really? One person. They never returned my call either.
