Friendly staff reception ... the hotel is convenient for family holidays. Close to water sport.

Comfortable hotel, clean rooms, there is a pool and a nice beach, the breakfast menu is okay and tasty, recommended to go back to staying here

Ali and I have been coming here every year since 1997 and absolutely love it! Our kids have also been some 12 times, and are desperate to return!! The staff are always sooooo welcoming, they really look after us and keep the resort looking beautiful. It has the most traditional Balinese feel to it...and we'll keep coming back every year! We have JUST returned home again this morning, and once again thankyou to everyone at the Novotel Benoa! Sampai jumpa tahun depan!!

Just returned from an amazing recent 1 week stay at Novotel Bali Benoa.
literally was an amazing experience from start to finish.

Our full appreciation goes out to Mr Danielle the General Manager and his entire team including Miss Devi for the personal service they provided.
Thank you for making our family occasions memorable by going to all lengths.
Those lovey cakes were amazing.
We had a Dinner set up on the beach and it was set up exceptionally well and the food was delicious.

FAO The senior management team - These team members really do go the extra mile and deliver a world class service. They are real assets to your establishment and really deserve to be recognised for their efforts and genuine concerns. No request is too much for these guys. They are always there with a huge smile happy to assist.
From the moment we arrived we were provided with exceptional service. Amazing welcome drinks and quick efficient Check in. The personal service was very much appreciated.

Our every request was carefully adhered to. All staff at the entire resort were really friendly and very accommodating.

One thing I really loved was the level of interaction and personal service from Mr Danielle with all guests. I noticed he was always around and available to talk to, and was genuinely concerned about whatever concerns were put his way by other guests. He was there even on his days off (not that he should be) making certain that his guests were comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing and the choice was plentiful. Choices of fresh juices were exceptional. The lady at the Egg station was very friendly and was happy to accommodate every request just to change it up a bit every morning.

The spa experience was phenomenal and the therapists were great.

Our room located directly on the beach was always cleaned very well by the respectable and bubbly maid.

The food at the restaurants on the beach and pool were exceptional and very well presented. The pricing of the food and drinks and cocktails etc.. was very fair.

Overall an excellent experience and a massive well done to the entire team here for enabling it to be a pleasure to stay with you. Please pass on our gratitude to all team members as it certainly is well deserved.

I am heart broken because of this place. I had to cancel my trip because of the pandemic last year and they are refusing to refund me any portion of my stay. The only thing they would do is allowed me to rebook with in a small window of time. Since the world is still going through this deadly pandemic I can t make it so I ve lost all the money I put down. They don t care about you if they get their money. Thank you for ruining this experience for me.
And please keep you apologies. If you were truly sorry, you d have let me cancel and refunded my stay.

the hotel is good lots of activities, breafast many choices, the room is clean the check-in process is fast the staff are friendly ,.

overall is good, me and my family live there during nyepi holiday. we use all the facilities, but we see the pool water a bit dirty. the rest is satisfied

Smile of the hotel staff is nice. Even 20 years ago it was good to stay, but also felt that want to stay.

Simply fantastic hotel. Clean, mega garden, great nice service.

Especially the bathroom could be more often. Old equipment. Thermostats in taps do not work. Food good but could be better. Service from all this is the coolest. Everyone przemili until the pain. Despite shortcomings, it is worth coming here.

Pantastic resort for families, lots of games, a nice swimming pool, clean bathrooms and complete facilities, many brakfast choices, fast check-in and out process, very friendly and helpful staff

I love this hotel, my family have travelled over to Indonesia 3 times and we stay here every trip. The staff are so friendly, they remember your names and help you with anything. My kids love the breakfast buffet especially my 2 teenage boys who never seem to be full and the themed buffet dinners every night. We get great rates and discounts being AccorPlus members which only makes this hotel even more affordable, all the pools are magnificent with the whole hotel having a very traditional Balinese style. We have always stayed in the garden wing and I appreciate they have a security guard that stands out in the sun all day to escort guests across the busy road to the other section of the hotel. My family and I always feel so welcome here and I cannot wait to stay here again on my next trip in August. Thank you Novotel for the excellent customer service and great hotel. ~ Robyn

we have wonderful holiday in Bali, we stay at nice hotel, our room is front of beach, we can see sunrise, wonderful view, our room very traditional like uses wooden floor, outside bathtub, bathroom is clean, we love it, the internet is good, very enjoyable

After ubud we stay at this hotel..they have beach view..very nice,we had in front the beach, the pool was good, our room with tropical model very uniqe, large room, clean bedroom and bathroom also have a open air bathup..the staff very nice, the food is good, hopefully we can back here again

This is definitely not a 4.5 star Hotel. We were very disappointed to experience the dilapidated, old and in need of repair this hotel requires to bring up to a 4.5 star. The room we were given was a box made for a swine. No outlook, dirty balcony that dropped dust from the ceiling. Covers, furniture and fixtures were old and stained. I feel sorry for the workers and staff here because anyone could see they were not happy with their surrounds and having to work in these dangerous conditions. YES DANGEROUS. The location was nice on the beach, but again the atmosphere from the workers was not good. The setting was in need of revamping as most of it was falling apart. The decking around the pool needed ripping up and replacing as it was old and splitting. Small children could have injured themselves easily. Features were in the same condition. I will be looking at a complete refund. We left early by 5 days and they had the cheek to charge an early cancel fee as well. Even though they knew we were quite right about the start rating of the hotel. Sorry management but this is only a 1 star hotel. Probably needs demolishing to bring it up to scratch of a 4.5 star as it was advertised. Misleading advertising NOVOTEL.

My favourite hotel in Bali. It's so comfortable and relaxing here. This resort is spacious a d very welcoming. Food is delicious, service is very friendly. The location is a little bit off the way, but taxi service is available and inexpensive.

our third trip to bali from ubud, seminyak and last in tanjung benoa we have a great holiday ever. authentic with balinese design and ambiance, stay in private pool villa has a private pool and garden make so cozy and comfort, breakfast at the restaurant with balinese instrument by two local people was so amazing.wil definetely return back

Enjoyable holiday experience very friendly staff starting from the reception and housekeeping very attentive our rooms are equipped with play station facilities so children feel at home in the room the room is very clean

We had a wonderful week relaxing in the resort's beautiful grounds, enjoying the immaculate room with garden, Clean and tidy bathroom clean bedroom, We were sorry to leave and will definitely stay here again.

Great experiences to stay in Novotel Tanjung Benoa. Having great services from hotel staffs and great location, Nice Villa with private pool, have a nice Jacuzzi too, good wifi, clean bathroom, comfort bedroom, can't wait to back here again

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. The restaurant staff were just lovely and the food was amazing I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very well run hotel. Free shows every evening (dances, music, etc.). Ample breakfast buffet which is not a matter of course. Everything clean and well maintained. They can't do anything about sidewalk work. I will recommend the hotel.

The Novotel Bali Benoa is a great hotel, because you get a very exotic breakfast, very comfortable beds, beautiful gardens arround the appartments and if you want to go swimming its a very nice atmosphere to swim over a reef. If you want to go snorkeling here you must wear water shoes because in the water are sea urchins in the reef, which is beginning about 4 meters behind the Anti Wave Wall.
