I recently had the WORKS done a used Ford Explorer that I had purchased from an individual. Allen, one of the service techs, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to have done to bring the maintenance requirements up to date. I was limited on the time that I could spend there. He was not pushy about some of the things that I did not have done, just informative about the time line for the proper maintenance schedule, which I will have done later. I have used this dealership for over 25 years. They have always given me EXCELLANT service, needless to say, I will always drive a FORD and use their service department.
