Called at 9:30 to report an A/C problem. Scheduled...

Called at 9:30 to report an A/C problem. Scheduled a service call for between 3:00 and 4:00 the same day (the earliest I could get home). Joey arrived during that interval and, within 30 minutes, had cool air flowing. As a contract customer I paid nothing for this service call.
