Dennis Jones was our service technician and he performed the annual maintenance on our furnace and mini-splits. He was friendly, professional and arrived on time. There was an issue with our mini-splits that he detected and was able to track down and fix the issue. We have been using Norrell for 5+ years and have been very happy with their service.
