Norell's staff are professional and courteous and knowledgeable. When a hot water heater ruptured in a rental property they were on site with a replacement within hours. They wear masks and follow hygene protocol when in homes and around tenants. I feel that this is a company I can rely on for quality service. KD Madison and Micah Baker were great service technicians. I would request them in the future.
