The float switch on our new unit tripped for the second time within a few weeks of it being installed. Carlus Wells responded to an after hours call on a Saturday night. It would have been easy to provide a quick fix especially after what I am sure was already a long day. Carlus provided great customer service taking his time (close to an hour) to investigate and find the cause of the problem. He explained why the unit cut off and how he fixed it to prevent future problems. We will definitely continue to use Norrell for our heating and air needs.
