This is only my second "tune-up" service with Norrell. The technician that came out this time (Blake Eddleman) was very professional, polite and informative. He gave me a "heads up" on a couple of items to monitor, as they exhibit signs that they might fail soon. Although I don't look forward a expensive repairs, at least I know to look out for the signs of those failures. Thanks and I'll see you guys in another six months!
Never a good night when the air is not properly working. Nothing to fear with one call to Norrell. Within an hour, we had a technician at our home. The technician was outstanding and professional (Tyler Lawley). I am very appreciative for the great service that I received tonight.

I am not getting paid to say this. I am just a very satisfied customer. No need to look any further. Norrell is a great ac company. Brian W is the technician we always use and he is awesome! He saved our air conditioner in the summer time and stayed really late to ensure that it was working fine. He explained to me that I have a drainage problem in my system and that it is what tripped the system. He showed me where to go to ensure that it is draining properly (and where to put a shop vac if not) and offered to install a safety switch to prevent water back up. I didn't take him up on that offer but he has not pressured us to get it. Ever since he came the first time, we have specifically requested him. He is always professional and since Covid hit, he has always followed all covid protocols. He cleans up after himself which is nice and wears protective booties in the house to keep dirt out. I have yet to see him cut corners. I highly recommend Norrell and will continue to use them.

I purchased an air conditioning unit from Norrell a couple of years ago, and they have been servicing my HVAC system since then. I have been very happy with their service. Their technician Michael is very professional.
Thank the Lord for Shaun Cotton. Had it not been for him we would have gone crazy. Everything that could go wrong, did, but he would not give up until the installations were perfect. We got a new furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, vents cleaned and sanitized and insulation in the attic. It was a tremendous amount of work (in the heat) and I have never seen such a good worker as Shaun. He arrived on time, went straight to work and didn't stop and was meticulous about his workmanship. In fact, all of the guys that came out to do specific work were really good. They all had the same dedication to Norrell and represented the company well. I have been in business all of my adult life and was an office manager over 200 people so I know how difficult it is to get employees that are hard working, knowledgeable and dedicated to the company they represent. You have a great bunch of guys working for you and I hope you acknowledge and appreciate it.

Jason Threadgill came and fixed my mothers heat. He showed us the problem. He was very friendly and efficient. Norrell said she was number 6 on the list but they were here before noon.
Jason did a great job and found the problem after searching other causes and came back to the real problem was a low volume of refrigerant and just charged me for the materials and service call

Jose Arriaga came today and solved a very important problem now that it s hot and humid again - my AC quit working twice. He worked on the system and determined the problem was with the blower motor located in the attic. Poor guy didn t have a dry stitch on his body when he left but he expertly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Thank you so much and it feels much nicer now. We are very happy with the service and will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs.

My technician was Cody and he arrived promptly to provide a tune-up on my A/C unit. In the process of tuning up the central air unit he noticed my capacitor was bad and explained its function along with the cost to replace it. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I hired Norrell Service Experts based on Google reviews to do the regular maintenance of HVAC Unit and I totally regret it. The unit that has been working just fine all season long was fully break down the same day after their technician did the maintenance job. The fre-on leaked from the unit, A\C unit ran without fre-on resulted in compressor breakdown. Here is how its started. After finishing the maintenance job, the technician said that the unit is old, it could go on just for a day or week or an year. He advised to replaced the unit. That was a red flag. The other technician who came over to evaluate AC performance gave a couple of options to replace the unit with estimates around 6k to 10k. A few hours after the left, the unit was break down for the first time, I followed up with Norrell Experts and raised my concerns the next day after I had the unit looked at by another technician to diagnose the problem. Norrell Service Experts had sent a senior technician who temporarily fixed the issue and said the problem was with a wire the connects the compressor and capacitor that burned out. That doesn't explain the warm-air blowing out of the A\C vent after the first technician did the maintenance job. After the follow-up call, The unit ran for a couple of days and stopped working again. I looking into exercising my options but I suggest you not to take the chance with Norrell Service expers. They are not dependable. I wouldn't trust them.

We had a total duct system cleaning with new lights on 10-28-16. The sales rep was Tyler Lawley, and the men working on the system were Adam Abts and Bradleu Isbell. They did an excellent job of cleaning the duct system.
My sweet husband watched them very carefully, and he said that they were outstanding. We want to say thank you to all three of these men. They were nice, understanding, and very professional.
Bought a brand new unit Feb 2020. Never experienced and problems. Scheduled a maintenance because I prepaid for it in feb. Dennis J. performed maintenance on Dec 28th and my heat stopped working the next day on the 29th. I called and explained the situation and they sent Dennis back to fix the problem. Dennis explained to us that he noticed to issue on the 28th but didn t have the parts to fix it so he decided to let it be . He checked all the inspection boxes as Good as if he found nothing wrong. My heat went out again on Jan 5th. A different tech came out and replaced a few parts. I m very disappointed in the service I received because we had to adjust out schedules 3x. My original appointment was scheduled for Dec 29th and Norrell called me on the 28th requesting to come on the 28th instead. They didn t make us an priority(2nd/3rd appointment)and we had to wait around for a tech to come out. Keep in mind, my new unit was NEVER broken or any issues at all until after the scheduled maintenance. I have small children and we were miserable!!!!

Based on my description of the noises made by the system, he knew immediately which part had failed and returned on Monday morning to complete the repair. K. We are very happy with all of the work that was done. The team was very professional and knowledgeable about replacing our HVAC system. They worked the entire time they were here. They got our heater going just in time for a really cold night. I would recommend Norrell to any of my friends. There was a little damage in our hall ceiling but they sent a drywall person out and he repaired it. You can t even tell there was any damage at all. We are so glad we chose Norrell and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
