In Alabama, in the middle of a heat and dry spell, our AC stopped cooling so I called Norrell service experts. Jason Threadgill responded, he called to confirm someone was home and he arrived just like he said he would a few minutes later. He had the problem figured out in no time and we were enjoying AC a few minutes later. He was polite, respectful and clear, it was because of him that we decided to get a service plan. Another great service from NSE for seasonal HVAC check up. The company was very easy to work with especially since I had to make a last minute change to our appointment time. The secretary communicated with the service technician and the appointment time was pushed back an hour. Micah Baker was the tech who came to the house and was very pleasant and professional. Within an hour everything was checked and good to go. Good experience!
