Jeremy was so thorough today in servicing my Lennox system. He took time to explain in lay terms about the tune-up & what my immediate needs were as well as suggestions for the future. He even set up an appointment for me with a sales rep for next week. His friendly, professional manner was a great end to my Spring Break week.
