We returned home from a weekend away and found our upstairs AC was out during this awful summer heat. Fortunately Norrell Service Experts sent Justin Thornhill out immediately. He worked on the system and determined the problem was with the blower motor located in the attic. Poor guy didn t have a dry stitch on his body when he left but he expertly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Thank you so much and it feels much nicer now. We are very happy with the service and will continue to use this company for all of our HVAC needs.
