Bought a brand new unit Feb 2020. Never experienced and problems. Scheduled a maintenance because I prepaid for it in feb. Dennis J. performed maintenance on Dec 28th and my heat stopped working the next day on the 29th. I called and explained the situation and they sent Dennis back to fix the problem. Dennis explained to us that he noticed to issue on the 28th but didn t have the parts to fix it so he decided to let it be . He checked all the inspection boxes as Good as if he found nothing wrong. My heat went out again on Jan 5th. A different tech came out and replaced a few parts. I m very disappointed in the service I received because we had to adjust out schedules 3x. My original appointment was scheduled for Dec 29th and Norrell called me on the 28th requesting to come on the 28th instead. They didn t make us an priority(2nd/3rd appointment)and we had to wait around for a tech to come out. Keep in mind, my new unit was NEVER broken or any issues at all until after the scheduled maintenance. I have small children and we were miserable!!!!
