This is only my second "tune-up" service with Norrell. The technician that came out this time (Blake Eddleman) was very professional, polite and informative. He gave me a "heads up" on a couple of items to monitor, as they exhibit signs that they might fail soon. Although I don't look forward a expensive repairs, at least I know to look out for the signs of those failures. Thanks and I'll see you guys in another six months!
