I usually don't complete service provider reviews, but am making an exception because I was so impressed with my recent AC service by Chris McKown. Based on another AC company's diagnosis, I expected a bill of over $1,000 to replace a part the other company diagnosed as bad. Chris scoped out the problem, carefully explaining everything he did, and was able to return my system to A-1 condition without replacing the part. I believe that Chris' many years of training and experience allowed him to properly scope out and repair a problem whereas the other company's young and less experienced techs were more interested in selling a "replace" versus a "repair." Because of Chris, I entered into an annual maintenance agreement with Norrell and will be asking for him when I schedule future services!
