My wife and I met John Jones, Sales Consultant, and Jessie Clark, Service Technician today April 29, 2019. We needed our HVAC units tuned up and checked thoroughly. Jessie remained with us to do the work, and we could not be more pleased, both with the quality of his work and explanation of what he did. This is the first time we have received what we would consider excellent service on our units. Jessie also cleaned them spotlessly. He made sure that the circuit boards were in good shape, that the condensate system was cleaned and working properly, and the temperature differentials of intake and cooling air were adequate. Jessie patiently answered our numerous questions and could not have been more gracious. Our sincere thank you to him and Norrell.
