After waiting in vain for 10 minutes sitting at an outside table, I asked the receptionist to order something from the bar. After another 10 minutes without a living soul coming out, I went back and saw two waiters behind the counter. At my request, they replied that table service is not done but that, in any case, they would bring me what I wanted. In their opinion, a customer how does he know things if he is not warned, especially when the waiters inside see that someone is sitting? I was really annoyed. Incredible behavior for a hotel of that level
