Die Matratze war extrem hart. Beim Twin-Bett bekommt man jede kleine Bewegung des Bettgenossen mit.

Staff is very friendly. Beds are a bit too hard. The food is great to do.

Very good hotel of the NH chain, we and our little Maltese puppy felt warmly welcome, all the receptionists were so friendly and accommodating (good role model for some hotel other providers in Germany). Standard room with enough space, comfortable beds and all the usual equipment. Very varied breakfast.

Good breakfast as always at NH Hotels. Hotel itself not much to do and afterwards along highway. Alexandrium shopping center is nearby. Eating dinner was good. Bar was nobody so you don't sit there quickly with his 2. So at the gas station next to it delicacies and coke smashed and consumed in the hotel room. If you want to do something you must have transportation. But fine for 1 night.

Great hotel! During this heat wave, we were looking for a hotel nearby to work and sleep in an air-conditioned room for a few days. This has succeeded. It is all a bit outdated. The beds are quite hard and it smells a bit musty. The bed linen and towels didn't smell super fresh, but everything was clean. Spacious room, with mini fridge, TV and kettle, the staff was welcoming and the breakfast great! Close to the highway but no traffic noise. Nice also that the parking is free and the wifi also worked well.

Good tourist attraction. Rooms are great. We had our own food So I don't know about the hotel food Rooms are big But need better illumination. Needs light bulbs on the head end of the double bed So one can read easily. One has to carry his own luggage . No help available Bath rooms are good

During breakfast an employee scooped the beaten eggs that had fallen next to the container and back. As far as I'm concerned, my experience with the service and hygiene in the hotel is summarized. I will continue to search next time. Plenty of choice in Rotterdam and the like.

Upgrading met airco bij 20 graden klink leuk en was prettig.
Om 11 uur van de kamer af is heel prettig.
Gehorige kamers met name met "lawaai" op gang.
Net basic sanitair.
Kluisje op kamer.
Elektrische sloten met kaart.
Ontbijt ruim voldoende van alles aanwezig.
Zou wel al punt van aandacht aan de bediening mee willen geven dat de tafels sneller afgeruimt en gedekt mogen worden.
Goede morgen zeggen mag ook....
Verder een net hotel voor een mooi prijsje incl ontbijt.

This is a hotel that belongs in the prehistoric history of the room and of course no air conditioning. Internet speed that belief is not at all in the furthest corner of Africa, it is even faster, you can get a little faster but you pay 10 euros a day for (what a scam.) I am here for work a week but hope this is a one-off!

yes, hello I had to sleep on the floor in a room of 200 degrees while the mosquitoes surrounded me .. am not satisfied .. The food is dirty and the employees who are in the hotel are also as nice as a boar .. not recommended

I stayed in this hotel for FOUR days. I have not a single complaint! Staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. They offer a mini bar which isn t overpriced too much.. in comparison to other hotels!

It is not in the best of locations if you are trying to travel to see other parts of Holland. But there is a train station roughly 20-30minutes walk away so it isn t too bad.

There is a Mac Donald s 10 minutes down the road from the hotel which is cool and there is also a petrol station next door which is handy for those midnight snakes and fags and drinks lol.

Other all I had a great time in the NH Capelle hotel. I would definitely recommend to a friend, would also recommend for them to hire out a car too lol.

Very friendly, competent and solution-oriented. Big rooms, best beds. Bathroom with small shower gel, shampoos, ...

Spacious room, everything in order and clean.
Unfortunately no air conditioning and with warm weather it is less fun. Windows can be fine but as close to the highway (definitely a plus) sleeping becomes impossible due to the immense noise.
Another less pleasant point is the doors of the rooms that automatically close and cause an enormous blow audibly in all rooms. Also not really nice for the night's rest.
We found the beds too hard, but that always remains very personal. The food is "the bar" was fine and tasteful. The price for the room is fair.

The response given by the management of the hotel in the meantime makes me happy!

Great four-star hotel. Breakfast good and plentiful, perhaps too international, but still deserves the 5 stars. Put some typical taste as icing on the cake.

Was glad the room I stayed has laminate flooring. I do not understand that many hotels still equip their rooms with carpet, it is dirty and cannot be cleaned and a fireplace for athlete's foot.

Great room, clean, tidy and with air conditioning. Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. No experience with restaurant / breakfast.

Breakfast is terrible. TV and wifi dont work. Climate is running even so turned off. Never again.

Staff was really nice and understanding. Whoever the hotel management is, is a disgrace to the whole NH Group, to its guests as well as to its employees, as they have to apologize on their behalf. Worst hotel stay ever! And this out of the mouth of a serious traveller. I'm staying in hotels all over the world at least once a month. NH Group should close this premises asap. It's a shame that it is running under your brand name!
Dirty, old and run-down rooms. Worst of all full of spiders! And I am not talking about house spiders, that everyone has from now and then. Palm-big outdoor spiders in the room and outside all over the windows. At the entrance of the hotel, on the windows in the restaurant... changed rooms twice, but still spiders and spiderwebs in every room. We've been upgraded to a room with air-con, as it is impossible to open the windows full of spiders. Air-con only worked a little the second (last) night, so we spend the first night in a boiling room with spiders roping down from the ceiling. I've already stayed in the Cambodian jungle and even there the hotel wasn't bug-infected. The staff is aware of the problem, but as I said can't do much about it other than apologize. When you go through the ratings, you can read about people complaining about spiders dating back 2-3 years ago and still no action from hotel management as it seems.

Great, all very friendly and competent. Stayed with 4 people for one night. The breakfast was delicious and very rich. we would love to come back.

The rooms are of good quality. However, if you want a bite to eat you can only choose some pizzas and spagetti that the waiter himself has to prepare (frozen quality?) But eventually went to a great restaurant in the Kralinger forest. Very sad for the friendly waiter who obviously can't help it. If NH hotels do nothing about this and people do not meet this problem then we will go to a different hotel chain next time.

Easily accessible location close to the A20. Went here for a workout, so did not stay overnight and therefore cannot say anything about the rooms. So I went there for a day with lunch at noon. All the impression it's okay. The buffet was not ready at the agreed time, lunch was good. For the rest it looks a bit dated on the inside.

The hotel is right on the highway. By car you can quickly get in all directions from here. Parking is free! WiFi included! The staff is very nice and friendly. Small fridge and kettle in the room. It is not a new hotel but it is clean! The breakfast is great and the coffee delicious! (Corona s limitations are well resolved)

Very nice hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful.
We stayed for 3 days, had two connecting rooms, which was a great advantage for us as we hadn't found a single room. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned every day as requested. The beds were very comfortable too.

There is a star deduction because the air conditioning in both rooms did not work properly and the windows were not tight. Either it was too cold in the room (more likely at night) or too warm.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot to choose from. Many types of bread, fruit, cheese, cereals, coffee, tea, juices, etc.

Due to Corona, you currently have to inform the reception in advance at what time you would like to have breakfast, as only a certain number of guests are allowed to be in the breakfast area.

Everything went smoothly, we were very satisfied and would stay there again.

Business 4 star hotel in Capelle a / d IJssel. Easily accessible from the highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious bedroom with bathroom. Clean and tidy. Beds are good. Room is spacious and well equipped. Had a nice dinner in the bar / restaurant. Extensive breakfast also possible.

We requested a quiet room but hear the motorway in the room !!

Price-performance is not right here. I miss for the price a free sauna and a swimming pool. There is only one fitness center with a few devices. The dinner on the 1st evening was outrageously expensive. It tasted very good (which you can expect at the price), but I do not know, which justifies more than 20 euros per court. This is still an NH hotel. The nearest metro is 1.4 km away. Too far away. The rooms are not perfect clean. You really have to cut corners. At least there is a tea maker in the room. The street is very loud, by the way. That bothers me. Addendum: The chairs in the breakfast room would have to be cleaned.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms with all facilities. Very easily accessible and yet the highway (A20) is not visible from most rooms.

Again very spacious well-kept room with comfortable beds, coffee / tea facilities. Wifi, spacious bathroom with bath / shower. Wide choice at breakfast !. A short 15 minutes walk from Rotterdam Alexander train / metro station and next to the motorway exit. It is more for the business public, but for a visit to (in) Rotterdam for a weekend getaway also great!

Hotel in Rotterdam, stayed when I was working in the Netherlands last year. Nice clean rooms, good food, good service.

This hotel is less nice than what photos show. Rooms, bathrooms and furniture are 70s style. Breakfast is acceptable which means that quality of food offered is not what customers deserved by a 4stars hotel. I discovered at the checkin that my standard rooms had no air conditioning so the reception forced me to pay a surcharge for a superior room which was exactly equipped like the standard. Furthermore the location is good if you have a car otherwise you have to walk for 1km to reach the nearest train station Alexander. This NH hotel is one of the worst I have been in Netherland

There are no air conditioners in the rooms, the rooms are cramped and are suitable for 2 and not for 4 people
