Very good service. Great places in a beautiful area

We hebben last minute een kamer geboekt omdat we zin hadden lekker een nachtje in een hotelkamer te chillen en hebben daarom een 5 sterren hotel gekozen. Helaas hebben we de volgende problemen ervaren: televisie staat niet tegenover het bed, dus je kan moeilijk in bed lekker tv kijken. Je kan ook geen eigen laptop o.i.d. met een HDMI kabel aansluiten op de TV, deze functie is (om onduidelijke redenen) geblokkeerd, en er is verder geen netflix/prime functie op de TV's. Het ontbijt was matig, er leek te weinig personeel in de keuken waardoor alles traag verliep en de eieren, bacon, etc nog niet goed doorbakken waren. 20 parkeerkosten voor hotelgasten op hun eigen terrein! Al met al vonden we het een tegenvaller, niet wat we verwacht hadden van een 5 sterrenhotel en zeker niet voor deze prijs. Kamer was wel heel schoon, bedden comfortabel en toplocatie. Weinig met personeel te maken gehad, maar ze waren allemaal heel beleefd en vriendelijk.

Locatie top. Rest overpriced. Corona maatregelen zeer ondermaats. Bij ontbijt, lift en Harmonie. Nergens 1,5 meter. Met name medewerkers niet. Risico!!! Service tegenvallend. Te arrogant en te overtuigd van zichzelf. Zeker geen 5 sterren hotel. Extreem lang (2 uur) wachten op eten in de Harmonie.
Kamers oud. Meubels bladderen. Gescheurde wasbak. Volgende keer weer Huis ter Duin...

Nice location right on the beach. Old-fashioned decor but spacious and neat rooms.

The hotel does not belong to the 5 star category. 4 would be appropriate because it is well equipped on the one hand - swimming pool and sauna - on the other hand very outdated. There is absolute renovation backlog. It is hard to believe how it came down in many places. For example the sauna. Basics are lacking in the rooms. There is no heating in the bathroom so it is very cold. The heating in the rooms does not heat them up properly either. It is cold! Breakfast is good, the breakfast service very inattentive. It wasn't worth the money. Room per night> 300 . Can only advise against.

We have eaten there, but the price / quality ratio was not balanced. The table we were seated on was already covered, but the table stuck next to the place mat. May come from detergent, but it didn't feel nice. Interior was dated, as were the toilets. I was enticed by the promotion of the spare ribs, but they were reasonable, certainly not delicious.

Usually I only give reviews after bad experiences but this time, I decided to leave a positive remark after my stay in the Hotel Oranje.
It is a high standard hotel with very good restaurant and direct proximity to the beach. I particularly appreciated their asian restaurant. The Hotel is very clean and modern. Will for sure go back for business and leisure.

I like the elegant old world feel, some think it's dated but I feel that it's intentional. The staff was top notch, the amenities were well done, and the food was also good. Side note, the blanket and bed were some of the most comfortable I've slept on away from home and I travel a ton.

We booked a room at the Hotels van Oranje in Noordwijk last Saturday (November 16) to escape from the hectic pace of the past period. The question of whether we came for the gala we let go by carelessly because this was not the case. However, the gala that was held above our room meant that the band kept us at full strength until well after midnight. The reception indicated that they should never have placed us in that room, but all suffering resulted in minimal compensation. So if you don't want to be thrown out of bed for more than 100 to 200 euros a night (and I have to work very hard for that), then I would ask if there will be events during your stay. For the rest expensive but pricey.

Given that it relentlessly rained during our stay, we spent quite a bit of time in the hotel itself. The whole experience was great and the pool fantastic. The only slight gripe was how long it took to do anything at reception/concierge.

Delicious. Very friendly service. Plenty of opportunities to have fun if we had less weather, luckily that was not the case.
1 time and ... hopefully every year!

Noble hotel with great ambience. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Large room. The breakfast buffet rich, with everything your heart desires. Fruit, champagne, freshly squeezed orange juice just about everything. Sunday even until 11:30 o'clock feast. Located on the beach. With wave indoor pool. We are excited

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, nice rooms. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but that should not be a reason not to stay here.

We swam a wonderful evening there. Very nice swimming pool, with a wave in it.

Clean hotel. Nice room but rather for older couples. Breakfast okay. 3 course menu, however, was disappointing. Parking is an additional 20 euros to pay while the price is already quite high.

Hotel van Oranje maakt een fout met boeken wat ons extra geld kost. Boekte een Deluxe Family Room maar moeten nu 2 separate kamers boeken (Superior Deluxe kamer). Manager Leon vind het dan normaal dat je extra betaald voor een fout die door Hotel van Oranje wordt gemaakt!

We stayed here at the end of August. It is a luxury hotel with an identical appearance. Very friendly staff. We had a regular basic room. This was spacious, but not exactly modern. Classically chic old-fashioned, I would describe it. Around the mattress was a kind of plastic cover that reminded me of a hospital bed. The windows were very dirty in our room and also on our floor. The breakfast was well arranged, the only drawback was the crowds and you had to wait a long time for your hot drink. The fresh gravy machine also broke, I also missed the brown hard rolls. Furthermore, it was all delicious and certainly plenty of choice.

Erg fijn hotel, mooi van buiten, nette entree en mooie lobby. Hotelpersoneel is er erg vriendelijk. Kamer is zeer netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbreekt aan niks. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving, lekker een drankje drinken bij Beachclub O (aanrader) en eventueel in het hotel zijn diverse restaurants te vinden (Steakhouse de Harmonie, zeer lekkere mixed grill)

The annual flower parade starts from the front of this hotel. Depending on the room, it can be seen from the terrace and the windows.

Great Hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet, and made use of the swimming pool and sauna very well. Also the soldier van Oranje arrangement was great

We were accommodated in this hotel by KLM due to delays in flights.
Good hotel, catering ok, but too far from the airport, and infrequent shuttles.

2 rooms booked for my guests from abroad. Experiences were very disappointing. Wait staff in particular is a drama. On our remark in the Bentley Bar that the (after 20 minutes served) tea was lukewarm we answered very bluntly that we could not get any warmer than this !!!

The hotel does not meet the 5 * standard. The staff is unprofessional and sometimes downright unfriendly. The rooms are ok, bathrooms are in need of renovation (cracked tiles, leaking shower hose, poor lighting). Valet parking was a constant nuisance because we always had to look for someone to pick up or pick up the car. The breakfast was boring, the hotel restaurants shine with waiting times of 1 hour between courses and wrong bill. The beach club was fully booked for days and therefore not usable, as it could also be booked by external guests.
Only the location of the hotel directly on the beach justifies 5 *.

Together with my boyfriend had a wonderful overnight stay. The food in the attached restaurant was also very tasty. For me myself as a gluten-free person (due to medical cause).

Original rooms with dark wood, good breakfast, well-kept hotel!

Amazing Rooms, locations a big problem if you don't have a car. Also, not a good spot for winters. But it overlooks the beach and is extremely cosy and chic. A bit expensive.

Good accommodation for large group gatherings on the beautiful beach of Noordwijk

The second best hotel in Noordwijk (the best and most expensive is Huis ter Duin). Clean rooms in nearly new state. All facilities. Two drawbacks : too much synthetic odors in the corridors (to economize on ventilation?). The music in the breakfast restaurant is HORRIBLE. Really to ruin your morning mood. I already complained several times about this, but they don't do anything about it. So I am curious whether this internet review will help. Loss of one quotation star per drawback; I am severe.

The place is not cheap, but it is efficiently run and opposite the beach. A little worn for its 5 stars but still ok. Breakfast buffet is fine too applying Dutch hotel standards.

Separate design, never boring and high standard, taste of owners is reflected, I love the white house !! Rooms are beautiful and luxurious, swevize is excellent and what a nice spa / pool
