Nice hotel, with friendly staff and a very extensive delicious breakfast. Our second stay here for one night. Right next to the A20, so very accessible, but you don't notice the hustle and bustle of this road.
Stayed at this place for 2 nights as we was on a football tour.. I have to tell this story .. on the 2nd night we all wanted to go and explore the city.. so we skipped dinner and headed of to town, when we arrived back to the hotel we was meet by an angry bar tender called Tomas .. said he won t serve us anything,he was very very angry .. all non drinkers so wasn t drunk .. so what could be the problem with Tomas.. we never told the hotel we was going into town.. he went completely bonkers.. if we knew you was going out and was going to be bk at 9,40 we would of saved 2k s worth of food (the hotel was fully booked by the way).. wouldn t serve us nothing .. steam was coming out of his ears completely random .. also the bar was closed the hole time as the hotel was short staffed.. shabby decor .. Priscilla the hotel manager completely un helpful .. never again
Good service, good accommodations. However for the first stay the room was 28 degrees and for the second stay 15 degrees. Would be nice if the rooms are comfortable. Furthermore, there is sometimes a lamp that does not work.

The NH hotel is so good. The cleanliness could be better. Unfortunately, the staff speaks only Dutch or English. Cups in the room had not been rinsed or renewed. Otherwise the atmosphere was good.
Nice location for meetings or to follow lessons. Lunch is tasty and well cared for. With coffee and tea (even fresh mint!) There is enough choice of goodies. Accessibility without a car is not top. Fortunately there are shuttle buses.
Great hotel for the price range in a good location on the border with Rotterdam.

Free parking, friendly staff and price are the big pluses. The rooms themselves, although with enough space, are somewhat dated. Especially the bathroom, (where a soap dish hung loose on the wall and our son apparently had easily released the button to flush the toilet) is in need of an update / better maintenance.
About 5 years ago I had also spent the night here and in my memory the breakfast buffet was a bit more extensive then.
The room was clean and tidy, the staff friendly and the food was also very tasty. Not exactly easily accessible via public transportation but it is doable.
Been here for a meeting of Douwe Egberts. Eaten with the group afterwards. Excellent provides good food.
There is a small lake outside the room, the air is fresh and the environment is very quiet.

Neat accommodation, delicious varied breakfast buffet where we also spontaneously received champagne because of my wife's birthday. From the hotel quickly on the highway.
nice place to stay for a few days. Staff is polite, the food is good. Love the terrace of the restaurant, the lake view is really nice. PS on breakfast the scrambled eggs are not the best choice. Apart from that everything is good. 10 of 10 for the fact that you have a parking spot when you stay at the hotel. (not guaranteed)
The room is ok, not really beautiful or so clean, but it is ok.
The breakfast is good, but the behavior if the staff serving breakfast was not good. And Covid us not a good reason, to talk impolite. :)

It is a very noisy hotel, from 6 in the morning people start to get up and sound from the shower, to shouting, people talking .. The towels smell bad and if you leave them to be changed, they leave you without towels, it is Say, they do not put it on you. Good location The staff's attention is normal. I will not go back to this hotel or crazy.

Ladies at the reception were just ok! Didn t really feel welcomed but that happens when you ask what exactly is the city tax . Yes ladies, that is a question that we all have a right to ask!
The hotel is beautiful and has a nice interior!
The gym has 3 machines and a variety of weights, that was a plus!
The breakfast buffet was really the best part of the stay, wide variety of choices!
Now here we go with the downside...
It is such a shame that such a nice hotel with so much potential unfortunately sometimes suffer because of their personnel! As we entered the room, it had an old smell, the sheets and towels smelled the same way. And now the icing on the cake, the towels were also dirty with stains. This is just unacceptable!
I do hope that NH management do something with this review because this hotel is worth much more than the way personnel probably rush their job!
Neat room, all facilities available. Very slow and often hear doors slam shut. Especially a lot of noise from all sides in the morning. Personally I would rather go to VdValk. Is a bit further, but a lot quieter.
Great Secret Hotel. On arrival at 11.00 we were immediately given a room that was just released. Friendly staff, good beds, nice breakfast and centrally located.
Modern looking, good rooms. Very nice breakfast. Maybe a bit understaffed at the restaurant bar. Very good price including breakfast. Unfortunately only credit card reservation available online, but if you call they can make an exception for you if you are able to arrive before a certain time, so they know you're really staying.
Not the service and quality that I am used to from NH Hoteles. Evening service was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Day shift seemed overworked, which did not benefit the service.

Nice clean hotel, food and drink at Luigi's bar was very good and tasty. The room was very nice and the bed was also comfortable, the breakfast was nice and not too short and even a special place where children can make their breakfast. The receptionist is very polite. Was a pleasure to spend the night in this beautiful hotel.
Looks very old-fashioned and dated. Furthermore, dingy and smelling toilets. Very nice service in the bar. I would not spend the night here based on the first impression.
There is no air conditioning in the hotel room.
Only open windows for ventilation. But close to the highway, so it will be a bit noisy at night.
Breakfast is average.
There is a small pond around, you can have a look.
The room was clean and comfortable, hotel persons were very kind. We were happy to stay in the hotel.
