Staff was really nice and understanding. Whoever the hotel management is, is a disgrace to the whole NH Group, to its guests as well as to its employees, as they have to apologize on their behalf. Worst hotel stay ever! And this out of the mouth of a serious traveller. I'm staying in hotels all over the world at least once a month. NH Group should close this premises asap. It's a shame that it is running under your brand name!
Dirty, old and run-down rooms. Worst of all full of spiders! And I am not talking about house spiders, that everyone has from now and then. Palm-big outdoor spiders in the room and outside all over the windows. At the entrance of the hotel, on the windows in the restaurant... changed rooms twice, but still spiders and spiderwebs in every room. We've been upgraded to a room with air-con, as it is impossible to open the windows full of spiders. Air-con only worked a little the second (last) night, so we spend the first night in a boiling room with spiders roping down from the ceiling. I've already stayed in the Cambodian jungle and even there the hotel wasn't bug-infected. The staff is aware of the problem, but as I said can't do much about it other than apologize. When you go through the ratings, you can read about people complaining about spiders dating back 2-3 years ago and still no action from hotel management as it seems.
