Nice spacious rooms, were clean and the extra bed was ready and ground ready. 2 rooms taken for 1 evening and neatly placed next to each other. late checkout was great so we could start a lazy Sunday.

Beautiful hotel overlooking a small pond. Breakfast is very tasty.

Meeting room is well organized, lunch tasty but not extensive. Coffee and snacks in between are excellent!

Rooms were clean and minifridges stocked. The bartender was very friendly. Quality and diversity of breakfast items was very good as well. Very fairly priced.

Good hotel for a short stay. I booked a superior category room a little disappointed with the bathroom and the decoration.
The breakfast was just wonderful a mix of sweet and savory. Friendly welcome and smiling staff from the start to the end of the stay.

Hotel in the years and very dirty. Air conditioning is not working and was totally filthy. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom and in the room. Breakfast is good. Restaurant / pub in order but no highlight. All in all, the hotel is not worth four stars.

Kamer netjes. Alleen het bad heeft een te hoge afstap naar de vloer. Voor mensen die een wankel evenwicht hebben is dat een aandachtspuntje

Rated 4 stars as per EU. Fine location. However, only one lift works. The other does not. Rooms are non air conditioned. July 26 2019 was 34 Deg Celsius. One small baby fan for the room. Lifts carry only 4 passengers. Would not recommend it.

Nice hotel, Good location and view. Breakfast was great and fresh! Few bad points, the electric cut out in our room, twice. We got stuck in the lift. The gym is very dated with the equiptment being a health and safety hazard (treadmill). Very worn and dangerous do not use!

Coffee is mwah and very dated. Service does not really pay attention if you want to drink something. If you want to pay then the person is behind and cannot be found. (Happened 3 times)

Great last minute deal. Good breakfast buffet and great room!

Today I gave a training in one of the rooms of the hotel. As always it was neatly arranged, so that I can take care of the training and not have to worry about snacks and drinks.

Friendly front desk, warm atmosphere, nice bar service!

Staff to front desk to housekeeping excellent, only bad thing wifi was horrrrrible, pillow uncomfortable too soft and no wash rags for showering. Otherwise food and drink also excellent, clean etc.

50 JAAR GETROUWD - GEVIERD MET FAMILIE/VRIENDEN
MET DINER EN OVERNACHTING/ONTBIJT op 24/25 juni 2017

Waren gewend om elke "5" jaar te vieren met een diner in een echt gerenommeerd restaurant, maar dan zonder overnachting.
Na een persoonlijk gesprek met zowel uw Lotte van Vliet alsook met Raymond Jansen waren wij ervan overtuigd dat ook uw Luigi's Bar - Restaurant Fresco en de bij u geboekte kamers/ontbijt konden bijdragen aan een voor ons geslaagd feest. DIT IS VOLLEDIG GELUKT ! ! !
Nadat iedereen vlot was ingecheckt (12 kamers - 22 personen) hebben wij gezellig en voorafgaand aan het diner alvast in Luigi's Bar een drankje genuttigd.
Het diner was een 6-gangen menu, in overleg met ons, mede door uw zeer enthousiaste vakman Raymond Jansen samengesteld. En dit alles vergezeld door uitstekend bijpassende wijnen en afgesloten met een prima koffie met lekkers.
Zelfs de door ons aangeleverde eigen muziek (Top 100 uit 1967) werd tijdens het diner met speciale apparatuur voor ons alleen in het restaurant afgespeeld.
Na het meer dan smaakvolle diner nog een uurtje doorgebracht in Luigi's.
De kamers waren royaal, schoon - ook de badkamer en de bedden, maar toch werd door vrijwel iedereen het gemis aan "AIRCO" als negatief ervaren.
Op het zeer uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet kan naar ons idee nog nooit door iemand een negatieve opmerking zijn gemaakt - BRAVO ! ! !
Het waren juist enkele kleine aandachtspunten van uw vriendelijk personeel zowel bij de receptie als Bar en Restaurant die ervoor zorgden dat wij ons bij u echt "thuis" voelden.

Good hotel, nice staff, nice room, good amenities, fairly hard mattress.

Average rooms. Air con temp can't be adjusted. Basic furnishings. Wi-Fi not great.

Very well located hotel if you want to visit Efteling and Schevening. The center of Rotterdam can be reached in 15 minutes. Price performance top. Breakfast kept very clean despite the buffet, rich and tasty. Staff super friendly and do an excellent job. Thanks for the great stay.

Excellent bed, friendly staff and a wide variety at breakfast. We were there on a sunny day and the view from restaurant was amazing.

The only downside, very long forms have to be filled out at check in, this could be automated

Bad because short-term stay has been canceled without reason. My disabled son was very disappointed and couldn't find anything comparable in the short term

Been 2x last month. First x warmly received nice young receptionist. Gave a free upgrade because I indicated that I had driven 2.5 hours and worked 5 long days. 2nd time here there was an older cross-eyed grumpy receptionist, couldn't smile or joke away. Rooms were good and clean, it was only for overnight stay so no further use was made of it.

When I bought the weekend away I was happy with the purchase . Untill we had to locate the hotel.. you deff need your wits about you.. it's not convenient to anything at all if you are there to relax.. Rotterdam as is city is beautiful will deff choose wiser next time .. the hotel is clean and staff are happy at reception.. the hotel is for motorway business men .. deff learnt a lesson . But all the same a lovely night's sleep and not a whole city to wake you up

Breakfast is good, for air conditioning you have to pay a minimum of 15 euros per night, no more of this time. Rooms are fairly neat but are starting to get dated. Sound insulation is poor, road noises penetrate well. WiFi is very moderate, sufficient for basic surfing, but too slow for Netflix and Youtube. For faster internet you have to pay extra.

A nice hotel if you want to sleep cheaply in the Rotterdam area

Perfect for business visit. Well located, nice restaurant, excellent service. WiFi is now free unless you need high speed for streaming and such. You can walk to the metro or train station.

Occasionally, I will live in a hotel that is not very Ok.

There is no room at the counter

There is no knob for the heating, and the creamer has been agglomerated for a long time.

Sleeping in this hotel in summer = impossible. We couldn't sleep through the night and tormented ourselves for hours with the enormous heat on the fourth floor. Only half of the rooms are air-conditioned and when we asked for a fan, we were offered a small table fan that didn't help. The rooms weren't cleaned once during our two-day stay and the towels weren't even touched. Breakfast is plentiful, but no distance is taken here. Only the free parking and the good location directly on the motorway make the hotel a two star hotel in my eyes. I don't understand on what basis the hotel was given four stars when the most basic, sleeping, is impossible in this hotel.

The place is good location,friendly staff. Before I rated at 4 star but after this year my complain is the rooms,furniture,special curtains getting old. Poor additionals.
No rooms with only shower instead shower in bathtub. Room cleaning poor. They do not know how to make a bed nicely.In my 10 nights stay I had to request for clean bedsheets.

Spacious, clean and tidy rooms. The whole structure has left a good impression. Quiet area, free parking, friendly staff. We found ourselves well and recommend it.

There was mold in the bathroom but otherwise it was ok.

There was a smoke smell in the hotel room, smoke detector was covered. After reporting this was released, but smoke remained penetrating (no alternative offered).

Very child friendly. Breakfast was very extensive and lots of choice, very satisfied.

On behalf of Entjes Schilderwerk we had a meeting yesterday at the NH hotel. Looks neat and it is a nice location to have a meeting with your business partners in peace!

Rooms are ok but we found on our last day that the duvets were disgusting inside the covers. I popped down to the bar for a beer and was hig with a 7.90Euros charge. Absalute rip off. Best thing about this place is the breakfast. Very nice. Book the breakfast on arrival as it is cheaper than pre- booking. I would not stay here again.

Dirty old rooms. No mask and buffet open to all without protection. If you are interested in the covid to visit

Good hotel just a pity that no public transport stops at the hotel.
