The best! If you want to experience pampered living this is the place to be. Their food menu is wanting variety but the fact that Greenbelt is just across the street more than makes up for this.

The Jasmine Restaurant is an excellent Cantonese dining venue, the drunken chicken was excellent. Remember to ask the staff about half portions, that way you can sample more...

I love their Gallery Events area and their meeting area! You'll see samples of the utensils right then and there as they have sample displays.

Clean and spacious rooms. There is also a desk for business and it is comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby and convenient.

Nice hotel. Comfort for living and near shopping mall and restaurant, Greenbelt.

It was a great hotel that we stayed in Makati, near Greenbelt and close to shops and restaurants. Nice swimming pool with mini bar at the side.

Good location at the center of Manila, close with shopping center and many good restaurants. Only the big traffic is a one star left.

It really is a nice hotel, I don't think you can find more service-minded staff, polite and friendly.
I travel around the world and it takes a lot for me to think it's special. But here it is really good.
Just the breakfast, which is Western style, Asian style and with everything you could think of for breakfast, the rooms are large, the bed is really nice to sleep in, along with the soft pillows.
They get full thumps up here.

I stayed here for 12 nights. The service is excellent. The location is very good as you are just across the GreenBelt commercial centers. The gym is good for a quick exercise. I would recommend this place to people.

I went here and availed of their dimsum buffet in Jasmine (Chinese Restaurant). The dimsum is quite good even though the number of dishes is only a few. My biggest complain is none of the food I ordered came, and it was the supervising waitress that took it.

Nice place will not be back to eat. Sick 1/2 hr later

Stay at the club lounge for free cocktails and snacks in the evening.im always a Fan of this hotel..very relaxing comfortable clean and Heavenly Beds and pillows.Dont forget to drop by at The Lobby for a great music and night cup..

Good location and cheap.If the shareholders of the company are reading this: please hire consultants or change management, your investment is not optimized! If you are a long staying guest like me, beg your company to give you a more generous budget for hotel accommodation. Staff are generally friendly but the management doesn't get hospitality sector, or customer segmentation. They have "excellent" business policies where being a member to highest tier of their loyalty program doesn't get you any tangible benefits. They want weekly deposits up front, even when the room is under guarantee of a corporate contract. I think they can afford not caring about customer retention, because they manage to get high occupancy rate despite an on going construction. The free stay vouchers etc. can only be used in the hotel you earned them, so not very useful. People working here are generally kind, warm and deserve better processes to be governed by!

Wonderful place! Breakfast and lunch buffet had so.much range but had Japanese which is my fave. Bedsheets and pillows were probably one of the best i had. and the people were so attentive and quite nice!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel on Feb 22 to attend a very special event.
This place and the staff did an awesome job!
It was a very busy day that Saturday, but the from the bellman that assisted us with our luggages, to the front desk lady that helped us with our check in... the process was great.
Our room wasn t ready yet so they even offered us a complimentary drink and snack!
Prior to our arrival, we requested if our room and our other friends room can be next to each other. I spoke to Mrs Liza Alas and she said she will be happy to accommodate. We really wasn t sure if they were able to do that because I know they will be busy.
Anyway, we were all so happy that my friends and I ended up on the sane floor and also next door to each other.
Our room was great too! It was clean and cold especially during that hot day.
Mrs Liza checked with us to make sure that we had everything we need and to let her know if we need anything.
Thank you Mrs Liza for your excellent customer service!!!
We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Philippines and will recommend New World to our family and friends.

I've had my best hotel experience ever, believe me... everything impressed me in therm of the quality - extremely polite staff, great quality and variety of the food, the room not luxury but very comfortable, very good pool, nice meeting rooms, etc. I could have a vast variety of food all along my stay which is great. The location is also great for shopping and dinning outside - Greenbelt complex is across the street.

Very comfort hotel in Manila, close to mall and food center. Better stay in Residence Club.

One of my favorite Hotels in Manila. Excellent facilities, excellent buffet breakfast, excellent gym and swimming pool. Room furniture is getting old, but bed is still comfortable. Prices tend to be on the high side, but you can find great discounts if you book early enough.

The staff is friendly and the facilities and arrangements are outstanding.

Nice hotel in the westernmost area of Manila. The price per night ranges between 80-120 / night but the service and attention are impeccable. It is a clean hotel. The breakfast for about 20 / person is impressive and cooked to the moment.

Booked an Executive Suite and it came with a VIP lounge that served all day beverages with afternoon buffet and of course buffet breakfast. View from the lounge was great and we absolutely loved the all day beverage and afternoon snack buffet!
The rest (room, breakfast, amenities, etc) were pretty much ok and what you would expect from any upper class hotel stay.

Clean and secure. Quite new set up. Conveniently located. Quite to the airport.

Terrible costumer service. I was there for 19 nights. The servers and portars are friendly but the money management - they re thieves !!

It took them 3 hours to correct the bill, the checkout took 3 hours because i saw it didn t make sense and started reviewing everything... what a bunch of crooks..

They right to rectify all their thievery.. and held me up for three hours and have nothing not even an apology..

What a disgrace!! Disgusting!!

Ps. Management you can figure out who paid you for nineteen nights and contact me to try to rectify this.. I m disgusted..

TERRIBLE HOTEL! STAY AWAY!
Firstly the lady at the check in (Shelia) had terrible customer service, rude and couldn t do her job properly.
Secondly the room and hall smelt like wee and mould.
Lastly the bed was extremely hard!!

Go to the Peninsula Hotel instead!

The dinner's food was average though I loved their desserts. The place is also cozy and the ambiance is good and cool. Also, the staffs are courteous and well accommodating.

It is also nice to hear the singer sings coz it was so relaxing.

Overall, the experience was very good

This hotel is located infront of greenbelt 3 in Makati. It looks luxurious and expensive but when we tried their buffet, it did not impress us. Their dimsum is bad and other viands. Probably because its been there for quite some time already. Although some of their desserts are good like the choco lava and red velvet.

Lovely, sophisticated, and elegant hotel, excellent service from a friendly staff, delicious foods.
We stayed in the upgrade upper floors with the private dining room buffet.
Clean room. Quiet aircon. Sumptuous bed.
Easy TV remote.
Only wish is that the shower water was a little warmer, and there was a lunch buffet included in our paid upgrade.
I highly recommend.
