Everything is excellent! From the spacious room, to the buffet breakfast, to the cocktail hour at the Residence Club, and not to forget the customer service, top notch. Food and drinks at the Lounge is reasonably priced. And steps away from the mall as well. Will surely come back!
Located in Makati's business district. The area was safe and I could take a walk at night. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

this hotel is currently undergoing construction.
There are no warnings of this in the hotel nor when you book or check in, which I find highly inconsiderate and sneaky as they try to fill up their hotel and then deal with the issues later.
This is exactly what happened to me.
Hotel accepted my reservation for an executive room. On check in I'm told no rooms are available but I can be DOWN-graded (!!!) to a standard room ( never been offered a downgrade before - is that supposed to make me feel happier?) I'm told there are no other alternatives and that they will move me the next day, so I reluctantly accept.
The next day they move me to a room where there is construction happening on the floor below so I cannot work or sleep due to the constant drilling and banging.
I also found out that they charge the same rate for renovated rooms and non renovated rooms, which I think is unfair.
The management team have been pretty pathetic in sorting this out.
General warning - check before you book a room here to see if you will be affected by the construction works, which them seem to be trying to hide to the outside world!!
Inexpensive. Conveniently located across Green Belt mall and plaza. Starbucks and Coffee Bean around the corner.
I want to stay again. The shopping center is close and the famous dim sum shop is also very close. it's recommended
There is a large shopping mall opposite to it, which is convenient. It is near from the airport. The room is also beautiful. I thought breakfast was very good.

Stayed here on a business trip. Hotel is located near to the airport and easily accessible to all amenities. Breakfast was good. Fresh juices a must try. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly. Would recommend and prefer to stay here during my next trip.
Spent Christmas 2019 with my hubby and son here because of their Christmas promo.
This was my second time to stay in this hotel. And the service is still great. Rooms are clean, cozy and comfy. They gave an extra personal touch by giving a chocolate treat to kids and knocking on every room to greet their patrons that Christmas eve. The buffet breakfast was superb despite the long queue the following Christmas morning.
The pool was ice-cold though. But my son still enjoyed it. All in all, it was a warm Christmas experience away from home.

Stayed at this hotel after our trip from abroad. We were greeted at the airport even though we were a bit late. And the service was already by the exit gate in just 5 minutes.
Arrived at the hotel after about 45 minutes, checked in with no hassle at all. The room we got was one of newly refurbished rooms. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had great view of the Makati, the hotel's pool, and part of Greenbelt.

I live in 24th floor and all is fantastic. Wondrful place in Makati. In the morning you start your job and in the evening there is a super relaxing in the hotel. You can find Restaurants and Bars nearby.
The lobby looks nice. There are elevators for access to the restaurants although, the elevator coming from the parking from the parking lot is separated from the building elevator.
We spent a night here and all we can day is this is one of the best hotel we stayed in. Great customer sevice and the accommodation is superb as well. We haven't had much chance to explore their amenities though. The rooms are complete with toiletries and complimentaries. All the staffs are accommodating and always wearing their best smiles. The breakfast buffet is great as well. The location is also one of the best perks with this hotel. Greenbelt 3 is just across the street which houses different restaurants in case you are looking for more options.

We stayed for 3 days in the lowest grade room during this holiday season. The floor was about ten stories and the view was city side rather than shopping mall side. There was no complaint about room condition. Housekeeping and feedback are neat. It was my first time in Manila but I was so satisfied with the location because I chose it as a mall-oriented tourist destination. You can cross the greenbelt by crossing the pedestrian crossing in front of the hotel (most of the cars are pedestrian-friendly). It's relieved that there are guards back and forth. Greenbelt - Landmark - Glorieta - SM Mall You can do a shopping mall tour which is linked to this way ^^. I walked to the park about ten minutes walk, and the green belt around it was very safe and clean. I was very nervous at first, but then I went there comfortably (I am a foreigner, of course, and I have to be on the alert all the time).
The staff are very kind and speak English very well. The same is true of people at the counter or bellboys. If you stand still and give a greeting when you approach it, if you greet each other, you smile too much. I do not want to be a tip for it. Do not be too burdensome, take your baggage, give me room service, etc. If you want to be ok with this sign, you can tip me (especially room service is included in the service charge). Room service is recommended. Whether it is tailored to foreigners' tastes, the taste is good, the amount is large and the table settings are great.
When I get out of the hotel by taxi, I open the trunk of the taxi and I always inspect it. I just open it for a while. If you carry a carrier, the dog will come sniffing. Do not be surprised to see the dog.

The Lobby is Huge and wonderful, we were assisted with our really heavy bags. The process for check in was smooth than other hotels we've ever been to. No more cash needed just in case you broke something. No more going to an ATM just to withdraw.
The room was Spectacular, AC was quite warm but the temperature was just right for our stay. The room was clean, no problems about any bugs or anything. All the outlets worked and anything else in the room.
Food, I would rate a 9 out of 10. I ordered the Norwegian Salmon Steak and Atlantic King Prawns which tasted delicious.
Service is also fantastic, assisted everywhere and provided all the necessary quality care.
I would love to return there for another stay. Overall it was an excellent stay

I always like new world because of its amazing location in green belt ..service is excellent too though lobby bar food is abit limited. Service at the reception was fantastic with pleasant service. I like the fact it's beside the shopping center which was convenient for buying and eating.
