I LOVE THIS COMPLEX SO MUCH. The process was so quick and easy thanks to Lorena! The entire staff was professional and accommodating to me, I couldn t thank them enough. The area is perfect as well. The complex is secure making me feel safe! Thank you Lorena for all your help.
Worse customer service my friend applied cause they re brand new and hasn t heard anything back. How do they expect to make money if they don t even process applications and when we showed up to the appointment they didn t want to open the door for us or answer calls.
I truly wish I would have read the reviews before applying. I have applied a month a ago and received a call back. I have not heard back from them since and I have called every weekend during their office hours. Today, I called again and the phone was answered but no one acknowledged me. You could heard background noises... The complex is beautiful and the area is great but I will now be looking elsewhere and I pray my private information I shared is safe.
The manager there was very helpful and did no a lot about the apartments thank you very much lorena i really like these apartments i know I'm going to enjoy living here.
Set up and appointment to view the apartments they cancelled last minute and I have called back multiple times with no answer
The st john apartments are the best place to live at my husband and i have been here 3 months and they are very nice and friendly and if you need anything they will make sure that they get it done in a quickly. I ve lived here some months now and have enjoyed it very much. I have really great neighbors which makes living here feel that much more comfortable. The apartment is spacious and clean and conveniently came with washer and dryer. The complex recently had a Halloween festival and my kids had so much fun there. I enjoy that they care about their tenants and try their best to always hear your concerns or help you with what you need.
I love my new place! The staff was super helpful and made the experience fast and easy! Freddy the manager and the leasing staff are great.
At first this place was great. As more and more people have moved in it has been losing its charm and overall safety. I haven't had any issues until recently. It started out with a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, bringing it to not only their attention but the front office's attention as well. Needless to say, the noise continues at an exaggerated rate. I was also under the impression that I'm to feel safe in my home, not only me but my property. I have had several packages stolen from my front door. There is ZERO surveillance and when it was brought to managements attention they brushed it off and made me feel like having a packaged delivered to my door and having it STOLEN was my fault. " Maybe next time you should have it delivered to the office. We DO NOT go up and down the hallways checking for residents packages ." " Maybe file a police report?" So needless to say I am very uncomfortable in my own home and my property is everyone's business. They do have a security guard that patrols but as I was told today, they only come after hours and patrol only the "common" areas. So if you are looking for a safe quiet place to live, THIS IS NOT IT!
Every time I called, Lorena was pleasant and thorough. Today, I had a greater than expected visit, met with Lorena and she went above and beyond and at the end, I submitted my application.
Ive called twice and left voice mail each time ever since they let people start moving in no one has contacted me once. Updated: still no reply.....
Apartment complex is very nice,and grounds are clean so far, but the front gate needs to be closed after a certain time. I was told they would close them after 6pm, and since I moved here, I've never had to use the clicker. It doesn't feel too safe with anyone being able to just drive in at any time.
Update: gate still open even after the reply I got, and even after an email they sent out to tenants

The apartments at The St. John are to die for!! They are meticulously designed to appease the eye! Not only is the area nice but it offers a plethora of amenities. I am thoroughly impressed with how great the customer service is, Lorena was very knowledgeable on all the questions I had for living at The St. John .
