One of the shadiest companies I ever came around. Unethical, rude and with their processes all over the place. Renewing subscription accounts without renewal notifications and then takes you to court when you object. Once settled months later they still send reminders. Talking to their staff is like talking to prison guards. At Guantanamo.

Just called by Coby if we are interested in a CRM addition. Several times asked for more information but mrs. wanted to be transferred as soon as she spoke to the CRM product owner ... Ms. offered to note her details but that was not possible. Bad way of doing business

This company passes on incorrect information, so that a company is unnecessarily portrayed as bad. Getting clarity about how they get the wrong information is vague!
