Ashley was amazing. I had a small warranty issue with my Frontier. She managed to fit it in the next day and the team did a fantastic job. They even found and fixed two other minor warranty issues while they had the truck. Great team. Great service.

I went on KBB to see how much I could get for my car. In no time, Mark phoned me and was available right away to see my car. When I went there, again, there was no wait time. Mark was friendly and very courteous, which was especially kindly, since I have a hearing problem and we kept our social distance -- something us old folks really appreciate from the younger generation. It was a very pleasant experience!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They don't care about the customer, they just want your
money! Wanted to trade in an older model Altima for a newer used model. Went thru trade in/finance and were happy to take one home.
OH NO...they call back the next day and say that they can't finance the loan. Bring the car back or pay more $$ for a new car that they can finance. How F*#!!'d up is that!
How could the sales team and finance dept close a deal with us quoting a 72 month loan pymt knowing that "btw" used cars can only go 60 months? How inefficient! They kept trying to put us in a 'new' car and offered nothing else.
Unwinding a deal is unheard of! Unprofessional! Shady deals! Wasted my time, lost out on work, mgt doesn't call back!
NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! NEVER! NEVER!

Moved off island, so no vehicle purchase. Had maintenance done on my 2008 Nissan Titan. The team including Jason in maintenance was awesome. Will definitely recommend this spot to anyone I know who needs Nissan service.

When you buy an electric car and wait 9 months on the fast charger to be repaired that's far too long.

UPDATE: 2 years ago I was disappointed with the fast charger at the New City Nissan dealership. It's GOTTEN worse! I think they just don't want tro provide the service they promise when they sell electric vehicles. It's a SHAME! ELECTRIC CARS ARE SO AMAZING! Shame on the dealership for not providing the fast charger. 10 months per year of OUT OF SERVICE is ridiculous.

I was there with my mom, husband, and 1 1/2 year old son. Picking out the car was easy. We went in with an all cash deal and made that clear once we made our decision. It was getting close to lunch time and I needed to feed my son. We were told that we were almost done. That was around 1pm. My husband left to go to jack in the box to pick up a cheeseburger for my son, but he, my mom, and myself decided to wait since we were supposed to be done soon. We did not leave the dealership until 4:30 PM. The sales person was great, but the overall experience was poor given the long wait times and poor communication about what was taking so long. To be honest, we felt like hostages at the dealership and my poor son was borderline going to have a melt down because we also ran into his nap time. I get that "sealing the deal" is important, but I did not feel like they put my family 1st. Rather the sale was the most important. I guess the plus side is that we got the car for a good price and my family loves it.

I came in for a oil/filter change while also having my tires rotated. I was told it would take about an hour and a half which is reasonable, but my car was finished within under an hour! Not to mention my guard under my car was hanging from hitting something on the road and they even fixed my guard for me! Awesome service! Thank you, New City Nissan!

Worst Nissan dealership I've ever encountered.

I purchased a certified preowned 2013 LEAF, which meant it went through a rigorous, 167-point inspection. One day after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed an issue with roaches. Once I opened all compartments, it was apparent that the vehicle was infested (eggs/shells in the trunk area). I eventually fixed the problem myself. A few days later, I used the windshield wipers during a light rainstorm, and quickly noticed they were dry-rotted. I fixed that problem as well. Both of these problems were minor, so I wasn't too upset at the time; however, a few days later the air conditioning went out. When I took the vehicle to New City Nissan, they informed me that it was due to a recall that hadn't been completed yet. That's when I finally realized the 167-point inspection was just words on a piece of paper. All three of these problems would've been caught if the inspection was completed and checked by a supervisor.

I haven't been to the other Nissan dealership on the island, but I highly recommend you avoid New City.

HORRIBLE service. Typical scammy type of sales people and sales manager. I bit the bullet anyhow since they did have the lowest price for my lease back in 2015. 3 years later...still same sleazy sales people and sales managers. I guess thats why the sales manager from 3 years ago is gone. All the sales people are gone. I can't get any straight answers for a simple and straight forward question. First and LAST time I do business with this dealership.

If you want to deal with a competent sales manager and have a stress free car buying experience, go see Derek Kam @ NCN. I had a 2 hour lunch break and found the car I wanted online. I wasn't so sure we could pull it off but in less than 2 hours I test drove, completed paperwork and drove away with my new car!! The best car buying experience ever!! Super friendly staff from customer service to finance dept. Exceptional Aloha service! Go get your new car!!

Purchased 2019 Nissan Rogue and been having it serviced at the this location since.
Located on N King St jus passed Middle Street Intersection easily visible from the street. Got a GREAT SERVICE AGENT ASHLEY who really takes care of everything. Just call her directly to schedule a day, drop the car off at 0630, have it serviced, washed and this time needed a ride from home to pick the car up when it was complete so she sent a complimentary Uber ride and left very SATISFIED! May cost a few more dollars then other places but can't beat the personal service keeps bringing you back. See you in a few months Ash! MAHALO!

Ashley provided excellent customer service. She was prompt in communicating with me regarding my services issues and provided solutions and an estimated timeframe. She suggested taking the courtesy shuttle back home and also suggested and arranged for a temporary loaner while my car was in service. Great job, Ashley! Went there got a great price, no pushy sales experience, no buyers remorse. Honestly, one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. Also, they were great about/with my tantrum throwing toddler.

Such an awesome experience!

This was my 2nd time getting a new car from New City Nissan, and once again it was a great experience.

Everyone was great. Terrance was such a blessing and so wonderful, had me all teary-eyed. Derek, Gavin, and Dean were also amazing. They were all so kind and caring, very opposite of the cutthroat competitive reputation of mostly cars salesmen. I felt as if they really cared and simply just wanted to help me out

I am very pleased with the service today. I think the service person who helped me was Garrett. I came in for a safety check without an appointment, and he got me out in an hour. I couldn't make an appointment online, since I have a non-Nissan and that would be the only downside. If you did service non-Nissans, I would still be doing the servicing with you!

Loved the fact that Karen, my sales rep, had the insight of the Nissan frontier because she had previously worked on the production line for Nissan. She was very informative. Dean, the finance guy that wrote up my final paperwork was the best! Normally I hate that part of the deal, paying money, but he surely put up a great argument for the warranty that I could not deny. Excellent job to both of them!

I missed the payments a few times last year becaus...

I missed the payments a few times last year because Nissan didn t indicate my apartment number on the bills which didn t reach me. I brought up my account to current immediately after I realized the delinquency, but Nissan has already reported to credit card companies which made my credit significantly low. I wouldn t have missed the payments if the bills came to my correct address. I am not planning to buy or lease any Nissan in the future because of this incident.

Trustful service & Great Communication!
I visited New city Nissan to have regular maintenance (engine oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation and etc.) and to solve some issues on my car. This is my 3rd visit for the maintenance and Ashley helped me this time. She is a very thoughtful and trustworthy advisor. She answered all my questions properly even if I had a lot of questions with my poor English. Also, she gave me some advice on maintenance.
I've had a lot of bad experiences such as lying, overcharge, not finishing at other local repair shops and tire shops which have a great review on Yelp yet. I thought all the shops in Hawaii is like that. However, I have no doubt that New City Nissan's service has changed my thought totally positively. I know that the dealership service might be expensive than other shops but, I've always re-checked their completed jobs after pick-up my car. So, I can say that they always provide more and better service than what I've expected. I hope that they keep this high-quality customer service constantly. I will stop by there again to change my rear camera when it's delivered to them. Mahalo!

I (supposedly) closed a deal today--to include with the salesman, the floor manager (Cal Delos Santos), and general manager (Mike DeMello). We agreed to an "OTD" (out the door) price in WRITING. I signed the agreement, then left to pick up my wife and a check, as agreed. When I came back, Cal D. tried to jack up the price by another 6%. I sought out Mike D., who just said sorry, no can do. Absolutely, shamelessly dishonest. Maybe he made a mistake the first go around, but a deal is a deal--the fact that they would back out without batting an eye is simply stunning. I'm hoping they realize how low they've gone and call me back, but I'm not holding my breath. YES--I do I have a photo of the original negotiation paperwork showing the deal was sealed. Shameless.

The team made the transaction quick, smooth, and transparent. I called without an appointment to bring my car in on a saturday morning. Thinking that it would be impossible to come in right away, but hoping to atleast make an appointment for during the week. The Nissan maintenance rep said to come right down and they could look at the problem. They fixed my vehicle, and I was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Very professional and very thorough. I had a great experience. Thank you New City Nissan :)

After multiple phone calls and 5 hours at the dealership, we had a deal. As i sat down To sign the paperwork a new manager , walked in and said, I m sorry, even though our salesperson agreed on that price, it s too low . We can t afford to sell the vehicle for that amount, we must have 2K more to profit.
Just walk away, this place is bad news.

The friendly staff! After driving in the morning traffic to get there I can get a little grumpy, but the staff there always put a smile on my face. From the greeters to the shuttle drivers. This visit however, Ashley was able to help me decide on tires. I've never purchased tires before and she went out of her way to email me information/prices on two different tires to compare. I really appreciate her going out of her way to get me that information. She's super friendly and really easy to talk to. She made sure to call and update me and also did a follow up to check up on how the tires were. Everyone says I could have saved a little money going elsewhere but I say it was worth the money with the service that I get at New City Nissan. The staff at New City Nissan really set a positive atmosphere.
