Massive store with all that VS has to offer. My wife got sized for bra's here on our 4 day visit to NY. Only realised when she got home that they had sized her incorrectly and gotten her to purchase the wrong bra's.

Can get pretty busy and lead to an annoying shopping experience

I love the colorful world, but in the past they had more beautiful collections. We always received a gift from each shopper, but no longer gave up the idea of the gift is not nice;) they also prevent you from kidnapping campaigns at the checkout, but they do not do anymore ...

I went in to do a return just 2 items I got to the register the associate said ugh you trying to do a return I said yes I came to do a return she lied and said that she wasn't able to do it because the systems been down for the day. So I went upstairs to vs and asked someone if the pos system upstairs was the same as downstairs she told me yes. I told her my situation with no hesitation she told me you can always do a return, that whoever told me I couldn't in pink lied. So after i did the return I went back to pink and asked her if the pos system ran the same upstairs and downstairs she told me yes then i told her about the associate that lied about the system being down she seemed uninterested and said that the system is down to until I showed her the return receipt her eyes popped up and she said oh wow you just did that I said yes. She said that maybe it's back up now.I just had to laugh and walk away. I should of told her instead of trying to lie for your associate you could of just said the truth.

I don't dislike VS they are just a bit expensive. Like what is this $45. Brassiere going to do for my bosom? I have yet to feel like I'm being massaged!!!

The customer service was horrible. The cashier wouldn't even place the 95.00 of items inside the bag until I gave her payments. I didn't have access to the items and would never steal. The situation made me want to not buy anything
