Service department employees are friendly, efficient and very helpful. My experience today was painless because I asked to not have to deal with the service manager. He is a donkey, in my opinion, very condescending man who I avoid at all cost.

Yesterday I called windward Honda to inquire about the air bag recall, and was told by a male in the service department not to worrie about the recall no one in Hawaii has ever been hurt by the faulty air bags and that he just got a email that the air bags would be in next week, he cut me short and hung up the phone on me. Not comfortable with this I immidiatly called Pacific Honda I was greeted by such a frendly staff and so helpful, I was told if I was not comfortable with driving the car to come in and get a loaner and park my CR-V until my car was repaired, it's funny how one person can make or break your company, I will tell everyone about my disappointment at windward Honda and how Pacific Honda went out of there way for me.

Thank you to Craig Wago and Robert Henessey for helping my wife and I with the purchase of our new 2021 Odyssey EX-L. We initially came in to see what 2020 odyssey s were available and get an idea as to what the cost would be.
Craig was patient with us and allowed us to explore all options available to us, which included taking the time to drive us off-site to see another Odyssey EX-L, which didn t suit our needs.

Business must be booming. I spent an hour, literally (I was waiting for my car to be serviced), walking through their floor room and selection outside without being approached once by anyone... despite being in the market for a $40k Honda Odyssey. Not a big deal for some, but I don't think I should have to search out assistance when I'm in the market for a more expensive car and cruising a sales lot.

I made a phone call to the windward auto spa to inquire about a safety check. I spoke with Derrick who was very friendly and professional. I asked if they had any openings for a safety check. He said they just happened to be free right now. So I said I can be there in 5 minutes. He said see you soon. When I got there, Derrick turned out to be as friendly and polite as he seemed over the phone. Well, he inspected my car right away and within 20 minutes I was paying the bill and was on my way. Good job. I would definitely recommend Derrick and the auto spa to my family and friends.

I haven't purchased a vehicle from these guys, but I have known Bob Laudick for a while now and can vouch for his excellent service. Bob occasionally sends me referrals to install aftermarket parking assistance systems for his customers and and they all rave about Bob's service.
There was one lady that stands out. She had bought her Honda from a different dealership, returned to get it serviced, only to be given the runaround. She then took it to Honda Windward, met Bob, and immediately fell in love. He referred her to me and we were able to solve her issues. It's unusual to hear so many good things about a car salesman, but Bob Laudick isn't your typical salesman.
Easy to schedule appointment. It was my first time coming to Honda Windward's service department and didn't know where to park car to drop off. No signage.
Office only allowed 2 people in at a time so I had to wait in a line outside but was seen rather quickly.
They asked if I wanted to wait because it should only take 45 minutes for a safety check. My husband was there to pick me up so I left and waited for their call. So glad that I left because they called to tell me that a gasket needed to be replaced. They promised to gave it ready my 12noon after I agreed to the added service but I was called me closer to 2pm.
All in all, I was very happy with my experience and would definitely go there again.
Me and my girlfriend were dreading the whole car buying experience but the people over at Honda Windward made it such an utter delight. They were able to get us the best possible deal and even helped us set up the insurance so we could drive off in our new car the same day. Bought a new Honda CRV from salesman Kevin. He was calm, not pushy, and knew his stuff. This was a much better experience than Subaru Servco in Kaimuki where I got my Subaru Forester serviced. Brandon Lee was rude there.

Perhaps that sounds like it b is expected, but it seems more rare now to have a salesperson who first listens carefully to your expectations for a car and helps you find It. He was knowledgeable, but he answered my questions and worked to sell me the car I wanted rather than just another car he could sell.
