I recently purchased a car from them and had it shipped to the Big Island. Of the 3 Nissan dealers I dealt with, they were the most organized and responsive, and very professional. 5 years ago I bought a Nissan from another dealer to have shipped and it was incredibly frustrating. Working with Derek was no nonsense and he followed up, always got back to me almost immediately day or night and kept his word. No high-pressure anything. No trying to pressure me on some expensive coating. He was also flexible in getting an accessory installed exactly in the location of the car that I wanted and was not standard. He stuck to his word and when I noticed a certain fee had gone up $4 he was quick to correct it. Overall a pretty easy and painless process!
Ralon Gella is the best service agent! He always knows exactly what to do Especially since I am not familiar with cars. He is always so Friendly and super helpful! He s the best! Thank you so much, Ralon!!

My most recent visit to New City Nissan went well. The service advisor was very polite and kept me informed about the work being done on my car and explained the recommended services for my vehicle. The appointment was done sooner than expected which was also great. The only disappointment was that the car wash was down and I couldn't get my car washed, which was something I was looking forward to.
Ralon was very patient and attentive to my needs about my car. I had a frustrating experience at a repair shop and Ralon listened to my concerns and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car.

I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of the online scheduling and courtesy and professionalism of their employees. It was my first service on a pre owned vehicle I purchased elsewhere, the car fax showed a record off having Nissan perform all prescribed maintenance, and I wanted to do the same. I likely will not only return myself, but will recommend New City Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, or in need of service.

We researched a lot to buy second-hand LEAF and visited lots of many other dealerships, but "Antonio" at New City Nissan successfully closed our deal with much of great satisfaction! Unlike any other car dealer sales reps, he was trying do his best to provide helpful information as much as he can (I was asking LOTS OF questions) and did talk a lot and WELL with his manager to come up with the optimal price that we wanted. I had called to make an appointment to bing my Rogue in for servicing but was unable to contact anyone. When I went on NCN's webpage, I found out that the Service Department
was closed from 8/26/20 till 8/31/2020. I was able to make an appointment for 9/14/2020. When I arrived for my appointment Mervie Cui met me. H e indicated that he couldn't find my appointment on their calendar but was able to accommodate me.
I had requested an oil change rotation of tires and a safety check. He told me that since I had less than 8,000 miles that the tire were in great condition and no tire rotation was needed. I would like to commend MervieWhen the servicing was completed I asked if my rogue had been washed. He told me that the washing station was out of order. I told him that I was 78 years old, lived in an apartment, and needed to haul bucket of water and a step stool down the elevator to my parking stall. He made arrangements to have the car hand washed. He also recommended that on the next service appointment, I should have the rear windshield wiper checked and if need be, replaced.
I would like to commend Mervie for going the extra mile for this senior citizen,

The required repair work was completed extremely well. Jason facilitated the process excellently.
Work completed on time but no car wash this time around (maybe because limited staff due to COVID 19), plus they did not top off my fluids (as they did a 35 point inspection) - electric power steering fluid was a tad low, had to end up ordering OEM fluid from Amazon as dealer wants double the price.

My friend recommended visiting this dealership because she really liked the salesman who helped her. So I also talked to Cory Asuncion, the sales consultant who took my info, sat with me for a test drive, and negotiated a lease term for me. Honestly, Cory is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with, because he provided amazing customer service. By that I mean, he had smiles on his face throughout the whole time I was there (about 6hr), and he was 100% friendly & attentive even though I was asking him to do something difficult. Overall, he was just super helpful in terms of making things work with the budget I had. What really impressed me was that even Mark Clarito, the manager, showed me a friendly attitude during the price negotiation phase, and he was able to help me lower the cost. Bottom-line, both Cory and Mark made me feel like they were on my side and genuinely valued me as a customer. Highly recommend seeing Cory if you want a Nissan and want to be treated like you matter!

The Internet Sales team were very professional and answered all my inquiries in a timely manner.
Justin was my salesman and he was honest and when he was unable to answer some questions he asked one of his co-worker. He was new and I appreciate that he admitted that he did not know the answer instead of making up things.
The finance manager, I forgot his name, was a people person. Greeted me with my first name. He was a full of energy. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was lively.
I was able to get zero percent interest on my car which what I was looking for. Before this, I was at Honolulu Ford and they gave me 4% APR even though I had a good credit score. We also went to Servco Toyota and they too gave us 4% APR.
Overall, this is a good place to start looking for a new car or used car. Check out their website, it is pretty up-to-date and they use quality camera to get all the details on their photos.
Antonio Hotta was extremely good as a sales representative; helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very obliging, flexible, trustworthy. He was never pushy or aggressive, just made sensible suggestions when I wasn't sure which model I wanted to buy.

My husband wrote a review already so no need for me to write anymore negative things. Military family stay away from this New City Nissan and go to Tony Nissan instead. I wrote a review for Tony Nissan instead. Tony Nissan is way better. New City Nissan can learn from Tony Nissan. As soon as you go to service someone is there to greet you and take your keys not like at New City Nissan where you wait until someone decides to talk to you. When they finally do it's like you are an inconvenience.
Everything was great until I opened the passenger side window for the first time since we took the vehicle (2019 Nissan Frontier) home. A sort of what appeared to be a gasket of the window was pulled off its track when I closed it & left a glue-like smudge on the glass.
Unacceptable for a what is supposed to be a new vehicle! I wish to return the vehicle.

I never write reviews, but I am so happy with my experience that I had to write one. I went buy a car, not really expecting to get approved because my credit is horrible, but I was desperate. Brian and Blair worked with me and the bank and were able to get me in a 2015 Dodge Dart that I love. And not only did Blair get me financed, but a few days later he contacted a different bank which was able to finance me for an even lower interest rate! He definitely went above and beyond and made my experience easy and my payments affordable. I definitely reccomend!!

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked about a year ago, and they said it only made the squealing sound because my car was cold even though I insisted it was more than that. This time my service advisor listened to me, and made sure to double check on my concerns, and actually fixed the problem.
I was hesitant to return to your location after last year, because I felt like my concern was just dismissed, even though I knew it to be true. I only returned out of loyalty, but I m glad I did. Please make sure your advisors listen (and not just hear) the concerns of their customers - it really does make a difference in loyalty. I am seriously considering buying my next car from windward Nissan, as they give all new car purchases free oil changes for life. This might be something you look into as well...
Getting back on track...my service advisor this time really listened to me, and promised me that he would have the mechanics look into the car closely, then called me when he got the results to let me know the status. He also offered to wash my car for free, which may seem like nothing, but was truly the extra step. I forget his name, but he truly exemplified great customer service.

I was having issues with the transmission of my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. I submitted a service request to New City Nissan which was responded to promptly.
