I made a general inquiry on the Nissan website about purchasing a Nissan,and Justin from New City Nissan reached out to me by phone, email, and text! I told him that I wouldn't be ready for a couple of weeks, and he reached out AGAIN after a couple of weeks. He had the car we discussed waiting for me, and the entire process was smooth and easy.
