Kathy was extremely helpful and responsive through our loan process. she helped me navigate a closing balance surplus and then when the contract changed she made the changes need to still get some money back at closing. We are a military family that PCSed to Utah and was living week to week in Airbnbs. when we did get a house under co tract they got us to close in 18 days. We cannot thank Kathy Kassel and her team enough for doing all she did for getting us into our home.
