Chris Plaza helped refinance my house and he was awesome. He was patient and persistent. Both contradict each other but he used those qualities at the right time and didn't push me outside my comfort zone of what I wanted to do. He got my rate lowered and watched the market. He was down to earth, reliable, and timely on everything he did. He would even contact me during his PTO. I highly recommend using him on any future loans or refinance options.
