I want to give them a zero. Little to no communication with the loan officer. Our closing date ended up being pushed back 3 weeks. At that point (really the last communication we got from them) was good.to go. 3 days before closing we were told our loan officer left the the company and we were denied....needless to say, I want to hire an attorney!
