Don't think like me: it is a large company, they always get a lot of complaints and few compliments: the quality will be good, otherwise they would never have grown so big. I am also very dissatisfied with the handling; I have never felt as cheated as this company before, so I advise against anyone with insulation ambitions.

What happened to me: It is explained verbally that an additional cost (80 euros) is needed to mill out a flue pipe outlet, because this would be a heat leak. It is included in the quotation price, but not specified on the quotation form. When the workers are actually there, they believe that the stove pipe does not have to be dreaded. That saves you 80 euros you would say. But because it is not described on the quotation form (smart of them), the Netherlands does not want to adjust the invoice. This while they know exactly what the invoice height should be given the transaction.
I am going to ask SKG-IKOB if they want to check whether it is justified that it has been decided not to do the stove pipe.
