Previously indicated that I do not wish to receive letters from this company. Given the reviews I read here, and the fact that we again receive a letter on the mat, it seems as if this company is struggling to keep to agreements.
Do show off the word "sustainable" on the site, and then keep sending letters to everyone. Nice and contradictory!
