In my case, it also completely ignored the expectations that the 'expert' creates and sells and the way how and whether it is carried out by the operators.
Moisture problems would be solved by applying gratings and removing cavity pollution. That had to happen before insulation would be applied. Implementers would receive instructions on this.
Performers came, knew nothing and just pumped wall. With a big chance for even more moisture problems.
And then call customer service again and call the expert and call again and ..... as a result a very thick middle finger of the Netherlands Isoleert.
