When they arrive on site, within 15 minutes bad news: we don't do it, there is no digging and the soil (sand / peat) is too difficult, takes too much time / effort. Contacted by telephone about the course of events. At first it was indicated that it should simply have been isolated. Would be called back was not done. Retried 4 times to get redress, we receive an e-mail in the evening that the quotation is being withdrawn, without giving a clear reason.
